What do you like best about Wati?
What I like most about WATI is how it brings structure, automation, and team collaboration to WhatsApp, which is otherwise very unstructured when used manually.
Some features I find particularly valuable:
Automation & workflows: The ability to set up automated replies, follow-ups, and reminders saves a lot of time and ensures no lead or customer is left unattended.
Team inbox & chat assignment: Multiple team members can handle conversations from one number with clear ownership, which makes collaboration smooth and efficient.
Broadcast messaging: Sending bulk updates and reminders on WhatsApp is easy, organized, and far more effective than email or SMS.
Tags & segmentation: I can tag and segment contacts based on intent or stage, making follow-ups more targeted and relevant.
Dashboard & visibility: Having complete chat history, notes, and performance visibility helps me track responses and maintain accountability.
Overall, WATI makes WhatsApp communication scalable, reliable, and professional, which is what I value most. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Wati?
Workflow flexibility: The automation workflows are powerful, but at times they feel a bit rigid. More conditional logic and customization options would make them even more effective for complex use cases.
Analytics & reporting: The current reports are helpful at a basic level, but more detailed and customizable analytics (like deeper funnel insights or agent performance metrics) would add a lot of value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
