The first thing that comes to mind as something I like the best is the very helpful chat feature. Loxo’s chat is client-focused, very responsive, and quick to respond. More than their customer success features, which include Youtube tutorials, Loxo itself is pretty simple to use. Our team includes 20 users and we have a large database of candidates to maintain, but Loxo helps us do it with ease. Loxo seamlessly documents each contact -- including every voice calls, texts and emails. On a marketing note, global email and text templates are very helpful and easy to format. Our team finds it difficult to quickly decipher which jobs are permanent and which are contract. That said, there are only a few clicks to find this information, but they would like to be able to tell at a glance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Loxo has been very easy to use with an amazing support system and it provides a great candidate sourcing tool, basically combines an ATS/CRM and ZoomInfo/DiscoverOrg type of data all into one.
