**What do you like best about Recruit CRM & ATS?**

I really like Recruit CRM & ATS for managing my database of accountants and financial professionals, keeping everything handy in one place. Our team uses email sequencing and appreciates the advanced search feature because it allows us to filter our large database of candidates based on specific requirements. The radius search tool is particularly handy, helping us find people in close proximity to the job location. I also like that most things in the app are preset, and if there are any custom fields needed, they help you create those. It's not difficult to use, and overall, I really like the app. I've even recommended it to my colleagues, who are all now using the app.

**What do you dislike about Recruit CRM & ATS?**

Licenses are a bit on the costlier end. So I would say they need to come with a lesser priced model. Maybe if the platform could be slightly faster.

I use Recruit CRM & ATS for managing a database of financial professionals, keeping records organized. The advanced search and radius search features help filter and locate candidates effectively, making recruitment more efficient.

**What do you like best about Recruit CRM & ATS?**

What I like most about Recruit CRM & ATS is its search capability. I spent a lot of time looking at competitive products to make sure I had the best search capability and the most comprehensive parsing, and all the research I did led me to Recruit CRM. It does most of what I required, whereas many of the other systems do not. It handles Boolean, but also has an AI assist, and I didn't have these things in my other system. It's an all-in-one system that incorporates all the latest capabilities that my thirty year old system does not. The parsing captures a lot of things my previous system would not, including ZIP code, title, and corporations that it worked for, and it would automatically load those corporations. The setup was not that difficult once I got the hang of it. It did take some time to learn the different ways in which Recruit CRM implemented their fields, but once I got the hang of that and learned more about customization, with their assistance I was able to convert over. It's a very good system.

**What do you dislike about Recruit CRM & ATS?**

{"I would say the implementation of AI is not perfect.","I have the advantage of using large language models outside of Recruit CRM & ATS and incorporating them into the search bar to get full AI capability when creating a Boolean string.","It did take some time to learn the different ways in which Recruit CRM & ATS implemented their fields.","I'm still testing the system now to see if it has converted completely.","I use it with JuiceBox even though they currently are not integrated.","I only say eight because it's very difficult for me to ever recommend a nine and impossible for me to recommend a 10 since nothing's perfect."}

It's an all-in-one system with the latest capabilities my thirty year old system didn't have. The search and parsing are comprehensive—it captures things like ZIP code, title, and corporations it worked for, and automatically loads those corporations. It handles Boolean plus has AI assist.

**What do you like best about Recruit CRM & ATS?**

What I like most is their customer service. I give them a 10 out of 10 on it. Once a month I set up a call with maybe 10 questions or so and send it to my account manager ahead of time. She always comes very well prepared and ready to answer all those questions, and if there isn't a solution, she almost always elevates it to their technical team to see if it's something they can do or maybe even add it to the program. The platform as a whole works extremely well. It's very intuitive and easy to learn. For the recruiting industry it's excellent and has everything you really generally would need. The customizability is pretty nice. As far as CRMs and ATSs go, they're top notch and have everything you'd ever need, and they're very affordable. It's a platform built for recruiters, whereas Salesforce is extremely customizable but extremely difficult to get exactly how you want it, and it costs more. The initial setup was very easy. Everything works well for me, and all the small things I've needed help with, they've had a solution on a training call or it's something they're working on.

It's a platform built for recruiters, with everything I'd generally need for the recruiting industry. The customizability is pretty nice, and it's affordable. Their customer service is top notch, and the platform as a whole is intuitive and easy to learn.

**What do you like best about Recruit CRM & ATS?**

I really appreciate the email sequencing feature in Recruit CRM & ATS. It's been a major part of my workflow because I can create a sequence and have multiple emails added to it so I don't have to constantly follow up with my candidates and clients. The system automatically sends out emails, which is a big help. Additionally, the invoicing tool is another feature that stands out for me. It's super handy because it allows me to create and send invoices with just one button click, saving me so much time compared to when I was using Xero. It customizes the invoice based on our standard template, which makes our work much faster and easier.

**What do you dislike about Recruit CRM & ATS?**

One of the features that could be improved is the data enrichment tool. It's not as powerful because I have the data enrichment subscription, which is an add-on product of their platform. It does not give very accurate phone numbers and does not provide phone numbers for all the profiles. But still, it is basic and gets the work done.

Having used Recruit CRM for over four years, what stands out most is the combination of functionality, ease of use, and customer support.

The platform provides everything we need to manage our recruitment process efficiently, from candidate management and CRM functionality through to workflow automation, reporting, and communication tools. It is intuitive, continually evolving, and has helped us streamline many of our recruitment and business development activities.

What truly differentiates Recruit CRM, however, is the people behind the platform. The support team is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping their customers succeed. More recently, during a particularly challenging period for our business, Sanjib went above and beyond to understand our situation and work with us to find a solution that allowed us to retain our data and relationship with Recruit CRM. That level of empathy, flexibility, and customer care is rare and speaks volumes about the company’s values.

Recruit CRM has been a trusted partner to our business for many years, and I would highly recommend the platform to any recruitment business looking for a robust ATS/CRM backed by exceptional customer service.

There is very little to dislike about the platform overall. Like any system that offers a broad range of functionality, there can occasionally be features or updates that take a little time to learn or fully optimise within your existing processes. However, the Recruit CRM team is continually investing in improvements and is highly receptive to customer feedback.

If I had to identify one area, it would be that some of the more advanced functionality and customisation options could benefit from additional user guidance or best-practice examples to help users maximise the platform's full potential. That said, the support team is always available to assist, making any learning curve relatively short.

Overall, the benefits of the platform far outweigh any minor challenges, and Recruit CRM has remained an important part of our business operations for over four years.

Recruit CRM has helped us centralise our entire recruitment and business development process into one platform, eliminating the need for multiple spreadsheets, disconnected systems, and manual tracking.

What I like most about Recruit CRM & ATS is how intuitive and complete the platform is. It combines applicant tracking (ATS) and client relationship management (CRM) very effectively, which makes it easy to manage the entire recruiting process in one place.

The interface is clean and user-friendly, allowing teams to adopt the tool quickly and work more efficiently. The automation features, visual candidate pipelines, and integrations with email and LinkedIn help save a lot of time on administrative tasks and allow recruiters to focus more on the strategic side of recruiting.

I also really appreciate the reporting capabilities and the visibility it provides into each stage of the hiring process, making it easier to make faster, data-driven decisions. Overall, it’s a very powerful tool that significantly improves recruiting workflow and team productivity.

while the platform is generally very intuitive, some advanced features take time to fully discover or configure, and the learning curve can be slightly steeper for new users who want to take advantage of all the available functionality.

The main benefit for me is increased efficiency and visibility. **What do you like best about Recruit CRM & ATS?**

Ease of use is excellent, highly customizable, can easily add custom fields, workflows, sequences, views and templates to build your hiring process and pipelines.  You can bring legacy SaaS and other platforms, as well as integrate new tools via API, Zapier, Integrately, Make, n8n, etc.  I had over 475,000 ATS/CRM records and RecruitCRM Customer Success and Data Migrations teams were outstanding.  Thorough, professional, knowledge and strong accountability culture and communications skills.   The website integrations, connections to major job boards, and automation tools are making all aspects of our recruiting operations more productive and accurate.  Sourcing, submission, client communications, lead generation and nurturing.  The integration with linkedin is very useful.

**What do you dislike about Recruit CRM & ATS?**

It's early.  Any issues I have with a platform now is a ME Problem.  I used my last ATS for 18 years, as was quite expert as both a use and an admin (I own this agency)  More to learn, for me.

**What problems is Recruit CRM & ATS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Updating records has been a revelation:  candidate uploading directly in to ATS, resume parsing. Data hygiene and data enrichment a major plus.  The client submission /resume presentation tools (portal, email with attachments or Executive Search report options) have worked well for all parties.  
I would 100% say the best aspect of RecruitCRM is that we can partner with Customer Success team and work to build together. The platform is highly customizable and open, and the CS team is more than willing to work to execute on our vision, even if its a tool or platform they have not worked with before.

What I really like about RecruitCRM is how complete and structured the system is. Once you understand how it works, it becomes a very powerful and clear platform to manage your candidates, clients, and processes.
The integrations with email work very smoothly and it really helps with keeping track of follow ups and communication. I also see frequent updates and new features being added, especially around AI, which shows they are continuously improving the product.
And I have to mention Sanjib. He has been amazing. He responds very quickly, is always willing to jump on a call and really takes the time to help me with my questions. That makes a huge difference.

**What do you dislike about Recruit CRM & ATS?**

For me personally, the system can feel a bit overwhelming at times because there are so many features and possibilities. If you are not very technical like me, it can take some time to fully understand everything.
That being said, with the help of Sanjib I always figure it out in the end, which makes the experience a lot better.

RecruitCRM helps me keep everything in one place such as candidates, clients, communication and follow ups. It brings structure into my workflow and makes sure I do not miss important actions or opportunities.

I love that Recruit CRM & ATS is the most customizable platform I have known, after testing other tools like Hellowork, Cadremploi, and Beetween. Innovations are frequent, with several updates each month, and customer support is significantly superior to other more expensive ATS. The ability to go very far in customization perfectly matches our high-level recruitment agency's activity, where our processes often differ from those in the market. Also, the initial setup was very well supported by the Customer Success team and developers, which allowed us to make the tool exactly as we wanted. Finally, I find that the cost is very advantageous compared to competitors, which makes it even more attractive.

The native statistical part of the application remained modeled on the native pipelines and properties, which made the statistics incorrect for our customization. Although a more advanced paid version exists, this makes the overall cost less attractive.

I love how Recruit CRM makes all of the behind-the-scenes admin a lot quicker. We can customise and automate workflows, allowing our recruitment team more time to actually speak to candidates instead of spending hours on tasks. The customer service and analytics team have been brilliant, answering our queries very quickly and resolving issues as a high priority. Even if we can't do exactly what we want on the CRM, a great alternative solution is always found. The initial setup was very easy thanks to the extensive support we received, including frequent calls with a dedicated account manager. Overall, the service is excellent, and I would recommend it highly.

There were some issues with using Recruit CRM & ATS functions on Safari, but the team have worked hard to resolve these.

The UX is appealing. There are many customization options available, users can independently adjust relevant fields, and the list views are visually appealing.
Support responds quickly and is always available, as is the Account Manager.

Some of our processes cannot be mapped in a fully straightforward way. The profile generator could be improved, and it should be possible to restrict access to fields based on user roles.

I really like the public sharing link feature in Recruit CRM & ATS. It's excellent because clients can access it, provide their feedback, and even share it with other hiring managers, which makes the process a lot smoother.

I think the data enrichment tool could be improved. Also, the portal access for clients isn't great and could be better. The AI sourcing is still in beta stage and needs improvement too. The initial setup was overwhelming due to multiple features, even though the team made it easier.

I use Recruit CRM & ATS to manage a large database, move away from Excel, sequence client emails, and reduce follow-up pressure. Its improved UI/UX facilitates candidate sharing.

There are many things that, for us, are not useful for our business model, and others that do have other solutions and are not in Recruit CRM.

It is the perfect tool for Headhunters because it allows you to integrate and interrelate the 4 important pillars: client, contact, candidate, and job. This allows me to have all the information in a single tool.

I don’t dislike anything. However one evolution could be to introduce more functionality on the business development side.

We have proposed some improvements, which have not yet materialized, since they need a high vote to work on them and apparently have not had much quorum.

It allows fully customizable Pipeline, Any automation you can imagine, affordable, and allows Kanban view of Pipeline. Account Management is amazing as well. LinkedIn Integration works well!

It is not super intuitive; setting up Master Pipeline and then secondaries is a bit tricky
Only allows 1 email trigger per candidate stage (Automations is the workaround)

I appreciate the comprehensive nature of Recruit CRM & ATS, which covers all recruiter needs, and the exceptional support team, who make me feel welcomed and provide invaluable assistance regularly.

I would like to have more native features within the app. Currently, some features are available, but several of them are add-ons. For example, features like LinkedIn chats inside the platform are a paid add-on.

We really liked and hoped Recruit CRM would work for us given it supports both BD and search process management.  It's an ideal situation for an upstart executive recruitment firm. We even had a referral from a friend who liked the platform.

**What do you dislike about Recruit CRM & ATS?**

Unfortunately, service and clarity on how the solution would work once we signed up were both issues.  We had to pay for a premium tier of service to test critical features for our use case.  Then when we tested these services and determined they would not meet our needs, we immediately (within 36 hours of purchasing) notified the representative that the service would not meet our needs and we needed to cancel.  The head of sales and our direct counterpart were friendly enough, but were not able to accommodate our request to cancel and get a refund for our upfront purchase (which again, was required to test the use case we had). We had really wanted this to work out, but I cannot in good faith recommend them at least for someone in our situation, which is founders of a boutique executive search firm.

I've found the usability of the system to be pretty intuitive and easy to use overall! This is our first time driving adherence to an ATS/CRM system for our organization so there's a massive shift in our change of behavior. I've found the system to be easy to grasp and not a barrier to change.

Rutvik has been our guide in getting up and running with the system! We really value his communication, support, and level of service he has provided for us!

**What do you dislike about Recruit CRM & ATS?**

The only downside we've encountered thus far is that some of the job posting capabilities and criteria don't fully align for the major role that we recruit for which are sales roles. In sales roles, we need a lot of flexibility to communicate job location potential (there are usually multiple major markets or even regional locations) and the compensation structure is different versus only posting a salary range. There are workarounds for these challenges though so it's not a major hindrance; however, it would be nice to have some adjustments to encompass this function moving forward where possible.

Providing us a centralized resource for all of our candidates, jobs, and internal infrastructure resources/documents for our team that is completely remote and works from a home office to increase communication, visibility, and efficiency.

The software itself is of high quality and offers all the features I need to efficiently manage my hiring process. What's even better is that the pricing is very reasonable, especially considering the level of functionality it provides. 

But what really sets Recruit CRM apart is their customer service. Anytime I've had a question or needed assistance, their support team has been incredibly responsive and helpful. It's clear that they care about their customers and are dedicated to providing a great experience. Overall, I highly recommend Recruit CRM to anyone in need of a reliable and affordable recruitment solution.

The customer service at RecruitCRM is incredibly quick, efficient, and they always go above and beyond.  The system is easy to use and very customizable.The implmentation process has been quite pleasant.  Our talent acquisition team enjoys working in the system and how organized all of their candidates and the process is. The team at RecruitCRM listens to feedback and wants to continuously evolve.  The AI features and workflow integrations is the next phase our team will be implementing and we couldn't be more excited!

We can't think of any downsides.  We hope in the future they will look to implement an offer template section that we can use instead of an outside vendor like docusign or adobe.

Recruit CRM is constantly evolving, growing, actively listening to your feedback with the BEST customer service. We use it daily for managing all of our job orders, sourcing, marketing, and automation. Our account manager, Rutvik, make sure we are always in the know about when new features are being implemented and how we can take full advantage of them. In addition they have a strong back end team that allows us to integrate CRM with our other daily tools as well like outlook, slack, linkedin and more.

**What do you dislike about Recruit CRM & ATS?**

When we started with them they had all the features that were a must have for us but not all the features we wanted for the same price point. After a full year of using Recruit CRM they have all the features we wanted and MORE. Last year when I researched CRMs/ATSs they were more affordable with a lot more potential. That is still the case, as long as you are patient with them their service will go above and beyond your expectations with constant new updates that make your life easier.

Recruit CRM allows us to stay organized and focus on the business without stepping on each others toes when it comes to client and candidate outreach. It helps us keep all of our information in one place and makes sure nothing slips through the cracks with its easy to view displays and customization. At a glance, visual overview of the recruitment process in the Kanban. Easy to see where we have reached in the recruitment process. All information easily accessible including recent emails. Easy to update and tailor to our requirements. Seems to be flexible enough for systems integration with other platforms eg Wordpress and gmail. After sales service is prompt and efficient.

No real business development process already integrated into the system, so that we can have an overview of our BD efforts on the client side with a live pipeline. We currently use Google drive for this, alongside the CRM/ATS, so more manual than we would like it to be.

We previously used Bullhorn which was very US-orientated and slow. This new system is fast, updates quickly and is very versatile to use across the team. We wanted to work on recruitment processes together and this allows us to do so. RCRM has meant more collaboration and a faster pace of work.

The software is really easy to start working in.I really like the integration with Linkedin and Crome. So easy to get candidates into the CRM. The team at Recruit CRM are developing the software in a incredible speed. New functions coming all the time, and now AI has entered the software which is great. This software is also priced right. Value for money. Good support form the team if you ever have any question. The best CRM & ATS we have tried so far, and we have tried a few. We ues it dayly in our work. My best recommendation.

There is nothing I dislike about the software, but for our small business, we do not take full advantage of all the features of the software. And if I had to put my finger on anything, it would be the graphical design.

Our company has been through multiple different CRM systems, and none do what Recruit CRM can do. Bringing together Sales and Recruiting on the same platform created new ways for us to run our business more efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Recruit CRM & ATS?**

The only downside for us is being a company of our size, there are features we can't wait to implement, so you could say it holds us back from being that much more efficient in other areas of our business.

**What problems is Recruit CRM & ATS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having both our Sales team and Recruiting Team on the same platform. The ability to create workflow rules within the system to have our processes run smoother. Finding solutions for current processes. Data integrity.

I like how easy and uder friendly the system is, and how we don't manually have to put in all the data.

I wish there was a texting feature, But other than that it's great.

It's helping us but we can make calls to candidates and contacts through the system and it's easy to enter data.

If you ask me what's the real deal with RecruitCRM? It's just how powerful yet straightforward it is. I've tried a bunch, but none come close to how it smartly organizes info without overwhelming me. It's like having a personal assistant that knows exactly where everything is. And if I ever get stuck or confused? Their support team is always there, and trust me, they're the real MVPs. Hands down the best in the biz. Loving it! 👌🔥

RecruitCRM! hands down, it's the best on the market right now. But, there's always room for a bit of improvement. While its reporting tools are good, they could use a tweak or two to make them more intuitive. Still, it's ahead of the curve, and with a few tweaks, it'd be unbeatable. 👌📈

The system can not be edited as much as we would prefer to work with how we would like to capture information.

**What do you like best about Recruit CRM & ATS?**

Recruit CRM has been a game-changer for our recruitment processes, streamlining most of our operations. We've been particularly impressed by the professionalism, dedication, and support from every individual we contacted. Their commitment was evident during the transition and training period. The migration process was nearly seamless, and we successfully transitioned without losing any crucial data.

**What do you dislike about Recruit CRM & ATS?**

There are still some reports that are missing, but it would be unreasonable to say that we "dislike" that about Recruit CRM. I've got the info they are working on improving their report system and adding some more features, and in the meantime, we'll be able to pull out necessary reports using their API.

**What problems is Recruit CRM & ATS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recruit CRM offers extensive customization options, allowing us to easily navigate through hiring stages and manage candidates. The LinkedIn extension, in particular, is invaluable for automating our sourcing processes.
