The best part about Loxo is the ease of use, every thing is in one place at your fingertips. No more having to have multiple sites and tabs open. The workflow and ease of use is second to none. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far, there isn't much to dislike. The only thing would be a better phone system which they plan on rolling out this year anyway. Other than that we are very satisfied. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing clunky about Loxo at all. Very user-friendly, intuitive and easy to spin up new requirements (and new clients even easier) while including as many or as few talent acquisition team members to quickly and effectively get the req into production and identify candidates through the database or capturing applicants. While not something I necessarily "dislike", it would be nice to view job details for multiple jobs within a single page versus the need to open multiple tabs. Like many recruiters, my browser windows are consistently chock-full of tabs and the need to refresh pages in various tabs while supporting efforts on multiple requirements can be cumbersome. The only other suggestion would be a "preview" option or a quicker path to job details or job descriptions besides going through an edit screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform incorporates all functions for recruiting that I use to run my business. I enjoy using it and sharing candidates with my clients. There are a lot of capabilities here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It doesnt do a great job integrating with linkedin recruiter. I use both everyday and have to manually record my linkedin activity in loxo. But other than that, its a great CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Incredibly user friendly - great interface and workflow - Our old CRM felt "clunky" and was cumbersome to navigate - Loxo is the exact opposite - it makes everything in our day to day easier and more efficent

Loxo is a game changer in managing recruitment, candidate tracking and applicant tracking. The simplicity of using drag-and-drop technology allows the user to move candidates easily from the application stage to reject or through the interview process to offer and start date with minimal effort. Backed up with automated email technology at each step of the process. From a sourcing perspective, Loxo automatically identifies individuals who match the role's requirements and is backed up with contact data for most of the suggested candidates making the sourcing process slick and efficient. Loxo is a US-based tech company. Consequently, the time differential between the US and the UK makes communication between us on the same working day difficult. However, Loxo's commitment to users in the UK and Europe has been at the forefront of their development; they have opened a European office developing expertise closer to home. It is also worth noting that US team are always prompt and ordinarily answers queries within 24 hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Getting started with Loxo could not be easier, and the customizable fields, along with the intuitive workflow, meant you can focus on the core of your business. The UI/UX is intuitive and clean. As a former software engineer, I felt very comfortable navigating the various features. It allowed me to self-learn without having to get support on the phone every day.
The various customizations helped us a ton. It allowed us to tie automation to the job stage on a per-candidate basis. This helped us automate almost all of our communication which resulted in a tremendous candidate experience. No one got left in the dark, and we were able to employ a robust nurturing process as a result. We also utilized the google chrome extension a ton to bring in passive candidates to the system. We could then easily put those candidates on a drip campaign via Loxo Outreach. This handled our passive outreach almost exclusively.
When we needed support, they were lightning fast. I cannot stress this enough - the Loxo customer support team is by far the best I have ever dealt with for a SaaS product. They were incredibly accommodating and prompt. There is a live chat feature where the team is always ready to go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For our very specific use case and the future direction of our company, we needed to get more out of the API. We are rolling out a recruiting SaaS product, and the API was not robust enough for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate many features Loxo provides from sourcing to ongoing communications with candidates after hire. It is organized, user-friendly and integrates well with online platforms.
