We run all of our recruiting activities through Loxo, as well as our business development campaigns. As a sourcing tool, Loxo is better than LinkedIn Recruiter, at a fraction of the price. We enjoy Loxo as it doesnt resemble any of the archaic recruitment systems we have dealt with in the past in any way. The functionality, ease of use, and ability to create compounding value for our international team of consultants is refreshing. Loxo is a fast and reliable platform that is incredibly easy to learn and use. I was nervous about migrating data from a CRM we've used for 20+ years, but the Loxo team eliminated this concern very early in the process. I love how the pipeline is managed on Loxo.
