What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

It is the best tool for technical support remotely. It is user friendly tool. It is very easy to connect with customers and offers pretty good features like chatting, transferring of files and recording the sessions.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

it is reliable and it works even when other tools are not allowed to connect to the device. We can then connect and reset the customers application of reboot the device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

that it doesn't auto-update the unattended access app on the client Device. and it can't be updated remotely, so we need to visit the actual device to update the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

I love that we can join a session by SMS or email. It makes providing support to our clients that much more seamless. It makes organizing our support easier by allowing us to easily manage support tickets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

GoTo is a great service all around but sometimes suffers from unreliability. I can't say the same for GoTo Resolve since it's worked as intended so far. I don't have any dislikes! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It makes it super easy to resolve tech tickets for our clients. It makes sure everyone on our IT team is on the same page. GoTo Resolve is a game changer. What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

Added security, RMM features, camera share, mobile support. Being able to create groups and add devices to groups. Teams integration even though we are not using it yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

So far there hasn't been anything I don't dislike about the product. Support has not been the greatest and billing has been slow processing our purchase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

I like that to help our customers, we can send a link to their emails, and everything is so easy for them compared to other solutions we have used before. Another thing I like is the option of inviting more agents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

I only dislike that when you want to transfer, you can't simply copy and paste the files or drag and drop the file where you like it. Instead, you need to manually choose the source path and destination path from a window of the software's own file explorer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

Using it for the last couple of months on a daily basis to provide technical and nontechnical support to different teams on the basis of their requirement. It is very simple to use; just send the link to anyone by Mail to whom you want to connect or you want to access their system, and after that, you can easily access their system and resolve their problem; it also has more functionality also, it is available with community or free plans also but with limited functionality. What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

It provides ticketing as well as remote support solution in one place.

With GoToResolve it is easy to manage tickets and resolve issues quickly. No need to use other remote support softwares because we can take remote access directly from GoToAssist panel against that particular ticket.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?

We are using it since last 3-4 years and never faced any single issue till date so i have no any point to dislike GoToResolve.

Earlier we were using Excel for ticketing and another software for remote access. But it was difficult to keep track of both.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?

The company I freelance for uses Go To Resolve; however, it was known by a different name sometime back. The software is quite easy to navigate. I like that I can use it on my smartphone and access files sent by my employers. As well, they can assess my desktop if there is an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
