It is the best tool for technical support remotely. It is user friendly tool. It is very easy to connect with customers and offers pretty good features like chatting, transferring of files and recording the sessions.

I love that we can join a session by SMS or email. It makes providing support to our clients that much more seamless. It makes organizing our support easier by allowing us to easily manage support tickets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
GoTo is a great service all around but sometimes suffers from unreliability. I can't say the same for GoTo Resolve since it's worked as intended so far. I don't have any dislikes! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I only dislike that when you want to transfer, you can't simply copy and paste the files or drag and drop the file where you like it. Using it for the last couple of months on a daily basis to provide technical and nontechnical support to different teams on the basis of their requirement. It is very simple to use; just send the link to anyone by Mail to whom you want to connect or you want to access their system, and after that, you can easily access their system and resolve their problem; it also has more functionality also, it is available with community or free plans also but with limited functionality. It provides ticketing as well as remote support solution in one place.
With GoToResolve it is easy to manage tickets and resolve issues quickly. No need to use other remote support softwares because we can take remote access directly from GoToAssist panel against that particular ticket.

The company I freelance for uses Go To Resolve; however, it was known by a different name sometime back. The software is quite easy to navigate. I like that I can use it on my smartphone and access files sent by my employers. As well, they can assess my desktop if there is an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
