**What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?**

I use LogMeIn Resolve to remote into PCs and fix user issues, and also as a helpdesk ticketing system. I really like the ability to connect quickly with my users and see a snapshot of all pertinent information about the PC, like resources etc. If a user says their PC is running slow, I can go to the performance tab to see what's hogging resources, like the CPU or RAM. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?**

There is not a good way to contact support and it often takes several days or weeks to get back to you and also I never get any updates as to what is happening with my ticket or any resolution when it is resolved.

**What problems is LogMeIn Resolve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LogMeIn Resolve to remote into PCs and fix user issues without guiding them to connect. The unattended feature streamlines PC access, and the performance tab quickly identifies what is hogging resources.

The advanced tools—such as file transfer, system diagnostics, and session management—make troubleshooting much more effective. **What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?**

Combining patch management with a remote support feature makes this product especially useful. It’s easy to use, so it isn’t a challenge even for junior staff, and they shouldn’t struggle to get up to speed. It also integrates multiple business units onto a single platform and, in my experience, outperforms most products available on the market.

Providing remote IT support through it is straightforward, and onboarding new admins onto the platform feels seamless. It’s also a steal given its low pricing. With the newly added AI features, the job gets done even faster.

Forgetting my signature key but that's more of a user problem

**What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?**

The best feature in Resolve is hands down their support section, where you can connect to a remote PC by simply giving the user a link to click on and downloading a launcher for Resolve. This was super helpful in my position because we were moving from using a certain remote viewer, and when it came to deploying the system, we did not run into much trouble at all using this feature. We deployed the installer primarily using Intune so that it will push out to all target machines, and the support feature came in clutch for the machines that were not working correctly on Intune. We use Resolve on a daily basis to support 300+ end users within our business and have been super impressed so far. Both myself and the rest of the team have found it really easy to navigate through Resolve to find and use information/features.

**What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?**

There are a lot of features that we do not use, so I cannot speak negatively on those without having experienced what it is like to use them, such as the helpdesk feature, which is a big feature that is a part of Resolve, but we use another system for tickets. The only thing that I can say I was not a fan of is the geolocation feature for each device added because it is wildly inaccurate, so if you need to know where a particular device is, do not bother relying on this information.

I also find that when I'm on a remote session and switch tabs, it has the tendency to glitch, and the stream disappears. It means I have to disconnect and then reconnect, which is less than ideal when trying to sort an issue out urgently for an end-user. This has happened far too many times for my liking, but maybe it is something that will improve over time.

**What problems is LogMeIn Resolve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a solid RMM platform, and Resolve holds its own when it comes to that. Right from when we had a demo for Resolve through a vendor to now that we have integrated and use it on the daily, I have been nothing but impressed at how well it works.

At times, the Teams integration fails, requiring us to depend on LogMeIn’s technical support for a resolution, which can take days or weeks to fix.

**What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?**

I like LogMeIn Resolve for its seamless screen sharing capability, which helps greatly in support activities. I also appreciate that it can be used directly in a browser tab, which adds to its convenience. Additionally, the ability to invite participants and chat during sessions are features I value.

**What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?**

Fileshare has extra prompts involved, and preventing the other user's computer from going into sleep mode is an issue. If I am connected to the user's machine, it shouldn't matter that they have stepped away if I am already connected and moving around on their screen.

LogMeIn Resolve helps me screenshare seamlessly for support purposes and can be used in a browser tab, making it more convenient.

I have liked getting remote access to devices, even if no user is present. I like running remote execution and running the terminal on someone's computer without them realizing I'm on there.

I would like to decide what color the labels are. Sometimes the alerts don't update when I update them. I have had to delete updates and remake them. I don't know if I am able to delete old labels that aren't being used anymore.

I like that with LogMeIn Resolve, as long as the software is installed, I can easily connect to the end users. If it's not installed, it's convenient because the end user can download the software and we can get connected that way.

There's always a delay when you do control alt delete to get to the change password screen. When you're switching users, there's a delay.

I find the Config Wizard amazing as it walks me through everything, so I don't miss anything. I am impressed by how quickly the setup was, taking only about an hour before I was ready to deploy devices. I also like the real-time status lights feature.

I can't get any Android phones enrolled.

Wouldn't know, now that it's deployed, it doesn't load. Feel like I was bait-and-switched into a known broken platform.

**What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?**

I really enjoyed the backend access that came with Logmein Resolve, being able to run Powershell scripts, copy files and folders and view file structure without bother the user.

**What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?**

I work in a 100% remote setting, so when Logmein Resolve doesnt start and a user has trouble, i have no way of assisting them, other than asking them to restart their computer in the hopes that the Logemin Resolve might restart and then allow me to access. This is espcially painful when installed on a remote server in Azure when you need to login. Logmein Resolve struggled to work with Windows virtual desktops with Multi-session, it would always attempt to login to the last account that accessed it, so it would often login to a users live session while they are working. It didnt give me the posability of logging in as admin when starting the session.

**What problems is LogMeIn Resolve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We no longer use Logmein Resolve, so i unfortunatly cannot commecnt on this.

**What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?**

I have been using Go To Resolve (formaly Go To Assist) for the past 3 years. I find it easy to use, easy to add users and easy to access remotely in order to provide support.
No user need to be on the other side in cases I need to access a different PC.
If neede for any questions, I found their customer service to be supper helpful and very friendly.

What I dislike about Go To Resolce, is the lack of easy way to nstall the remote user access on the remote computer as it was under Go To Assist.

**What problems is LogMeIn Resolve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem that Go To Resolve is solving for me is the ability to see the screen that the user is seeing and better understanding the issue they are having.
In addition I can install any upgrades or software needed on all the users PC's without trveling or sending a long list of instructions of what to do and how.
Another problem that Go To Resolve is solving for me is remote training for new users.

the dashboard is simple and easy to navigate, the client installation is easy and quick.  The product has so many features it was beyond my expectations.  It was super easy to integrate.

**What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?**

The web dashboard allowing not only remote desktop assistance but also having the ability to check out the specs of the pc, its current use / processes etc and also having the powershell there to use has been great.
Powershell scripting batches of intalls / config changes / tweaks etc has also been useful especially for those stubborn machines not picking up group policies due to one issue or another.

**What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?**

The AI is not quite there yet in my opinion, but it is improving all the time, I much prefer / trust my powershell scripts to what it produces, and everyone it has produced so far has needed a teak or two.

**What problems is LogMeIn Resolve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to write and process scripts on machines that do not often connect to the domain, and if they do connect do not stay connected long enough to get patches / policies applied, Having a batch script and being able to select the individual end pcs to apply it against is a feature I really like.

**What do you like best about LogMeIn Resolve?**

What I really like on GoTo Resolve is the possebility to search devices by there username. Using other programs, I spend a lot of time, directing collegues, who needed help, to a software and instruct them how to give me access on there computer. With GoTo Resolve the only thing I need to know is who called me. I can find there device by simply looking for there name in the program.
I also really like that the application and the web version reconise my keyboard language. I give support to people in diffrent countrys with diffrent keyboards and Go To resolve have the best solution for the diffrent keyboards and I did not recived any problems what so ever.
I also like that I can use GoTo Resolve as application and on the Web. Runs very smooth on both and provides everything thats needed!
I also like that you provide a msi file for installation, so I can enroll it to all company devices.
The option to use a download link to direct support was okay, but I did not have too much occasions to test it.

**What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?**

Since the recent update, the software performs very slow. I think it´s an issue of the update and that its likeley fixed soon. 
The fact that I need to enter a security key is sometimes annoying. I know it´s always better to have security measures in place, but sometimes the settings reset it self, so insted of providing the security key once a week, it will be needed for every action and I need to reset it again. 
Happend to me after I used the web version after a while of using the application.

I can search for user computers by there users name. It saves valuable time, I can use to help them.

GoTo Resolve has made it easy for me to provide remote assistance to users and where when I'm anywhere. I was very easily able to get it to run on my smart phone allowing me to quickly solve a IT issue at work while in the middle of a road trip.

**What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?**

The two biggest issues I've encountered is GoTo Resolve is a bit more resource hungry when providing remote support compared to other remote desktop solutions. Some of our older machines run extremely slowly when I'm using it to remote in. Additionally if the GoTo Resolve client on a machine decides to stop it can be a pain instructing a user how to restart it and is usually easier to tell them to reset the entire machine.

I like what was described to us as a selling point, ticket system, integrated with Teams, inventory management, ease of use, etc.

Be careful of their terms of use.  After using the service for many years, I retired recently.  I was charged for yearly renewal of the service.  The day I received the renewal invoice by email, I called and cancelled.  They had already charged my credit card and informed me if I wanted to cancel, I had to do before the renewal date.  I was never informed that the subscription was up for renewal.  So now I have a year subscript for something I will not use.  In my opinion this is very questionable business practice.

Easier interface yet providing all important functionalities. 
remote desktop feature is quite similar to anydesk
but unlike anydesk, It rarely has shown any connection issues. Its superfast and very reliable in terms of remote connection.
I have used it across macbook, windows and ubuntu. Its flawless across all platforms and easily integratable. 
I also like the abundance of documentation available in case of any help. 
Customer support is above par. They are able to resolve issues most of the time.

**What do you dislike about LogMeIn Resolve?**

Customer Support: Its at par only. At times, I had to do a lot of to and fro to get an issue resolved with the customer support. Delays are also frequent.

No physical presence is required as it provides efficient and fast remote access. 
I use GoTo assist for project running and management on a remote desktop with ease.
we use it as helpdesk tool as well. It scales well with the number of support requests and minimizes response times from support team.

I use GoTo Resolve to connect to our client's computers and servers to troubleshoot issues related to our software. It is better than other tools in the way that i don't have to guide clients to grant me specific permissions. Also it gives us control via web and clients don't have to install anything on their computers.

Sometimes the screen freezes mid operation and we have to reload the URL to get access

Ours is a software company that gets installed on servers. To troubleshoot issues we need clients' server access. Our clients organisations prohibit installation of remote access softwares on their system. GoTo Resolve helps us to connect to client's screen without any instll needed at client end.

Everything is all together in one place and the UI is solid. The mobile app is also really good compared to other ticketing/inventory systems that I've used and that's a big plus for me. Being able to run scripts, manage devices, and remote software are all pretty great as well. Was pretty easy to implement into our environment and easy to integrate. Users didn't have a hard time getting acclimated to it as well as it's pretty simple to use.

Could be user error on my part, but the software usage isn't as accurate as I would like. Amount of customization for help desk fields could be better.

The ticketing tool has got all the necesary feature that a basic person can understand and work upon. It is a user friendly tool where we can raise a ticket easily. We can also integrate it with multiple other softwares or aplications

I find it very easy for the help desk agent and the end user.   The abillity to see the client connecting and downloading the application is awsome.
The remote controls are very nice and the software does not lag the connetion with overhead.

The use on Mac environment is not as nice when making the connection.  It is some times difficult to assit the user to make the connection.
