## NinjaOne Reviews
 ### 1. Intuitive, Robust RMM with Excellent Patch Management and Remote Access

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David L. | Systems Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I like the GUI and how easy it is to use, especially being able to deploy bulk actions and switch between different devices on the network. It includes all the expected RMM features, and they’re packaged into the product nicely. Patch management and automated task/script deployment are very useful, intuitive, and robust. I also use the dashboard a lot to gather helpful information at a glance across the whole network environment. I also like the remote desktop access related features within NinjaOne RMM.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There isn’t much to dislike, since no platform or application is ever truly perfect. This one isn’t perfect either, but it comes very close to feeling flawless. If I had to nitpick, it would be the small restrictions around what and how you can deploy through automation, along with the limited set of settings templates available.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s helping us manage our end-user devices more effectively by giving us the ability to hop between various devices on the network. Being able to do work in the background without interrupting the user is also very helpful. Additionally, replacing our on-premise WSUS server with patch management through NinjaOne RMM is a big plus, since we no longer have to carry the maintenance overhead of a WSUS server hosted in our environment. Our overall performance and capability in supporting issues have increased.

 ### 2. NinjaOne revolutionized our IT infrastructure.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** caleb c. | System Administrator I, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like the best about NinjaOne is how it is able to take many of the applications that we have had through separate Vendors and bring them all within one pane of glass with NinjaOne's App Integration. This saves an impressive amount of time and money with the way that NinjaOne makes their systems easy to implement, as well as how intuitive they are to use. One of the key features we didn't have before NinjaOne is a ticketing system that enables us to track our daily Helpdesk endeavors, as well as device management of our mobile devices, computers, servers, and aspects of our network infrastructure. If we are ever in need of support, the NinjaOne Team is just a ticket or phone call away to do their utmost to ensure that we are able to leverage every bit of the NinjaOne experience available to our enterprise. They are fast and responsive to make sure everything we need is delivered in a timely manner and their system is always performing at a top-notch pace. And all of this for a price that is affordable and competitive within it market.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

My least favorite thing about NinjaOne is how rudimentary the Ticket reporting is, as well as how narrowly defined the ticket types are.

We use tickets to track helpdesk operations as well as projects that are ongoing, of which has their own standard timeframes for ticket resolution.

The ticket reporting doesn't allow for reporting of specific ticket types. As a result, our reporting is very skewed towards the Helpdesk side looking lackluster.

If there was a way to implement reports that could be pulled based on ticket type that would be optimal because we could pull report metrics for both our Helpdesk team as well as our project team all in one place.

Until this is updated, we have resolved to use a different tool for project tracking.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To name a few things, NinjaOne is what we use for all of our device management and monitoring including computers (laptops, desktops), Tablets, Servers, and some network devices. This is important to us now more than ever as we are working towards becoming NIST compliant for certain contracts. The MDM system also allows us to remote into our devices with Ninja's native remote access software called Ninja Remote, which is a secure and NIST compliant application, whereas some of the other freeware that we use to use is not compliant.

Probably the biggest area that I am personally involved in though is automation. NinjaOne allows for a vast degree of automation of applications and processes within it's scope. This saves us time and money. From clearing simple caches on a machine to installing software to provision a new device, NinjaOne allows for a one touch system where we can set it and forget it until it is basically ready to ship out to a user.

We also have recently implemented backup on some servers, as well as on our IT teams workstations. We also utilize Ninja ticketing, which has been a huge game changer for helpdesk tracking and metrics. Before keeping track of Helpdesk issues was more or less a nightmare through email, teams, and just keeping a stickynote or notepad page. It also helps us take our numbers to our Executive branch to give them some real data of how we are doing, if we need more help resources to get everything going on taken care of.

 ### 3. A Powerful All‑in‑One Platform that meets modern needs!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aden G. | 3rd Line Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne RMM is a well-designed remote monitoring and management platform that stands out with its simplicity, strong performance, and broad feature set. It feels likes it's built for modern IT teams and MSPs, providing a unified toolkit that covers everything from endpoint management to backup and patching, all within a single, intuitive interface.

One of NinjaOne’s biggest strengths is its core RMM functionality. Device monitoring is fast, reliable, and highly configurable, which helps us proactively spot and resolve issues before they affect our users. Real-time alerts, scripting, and automated remediation cut down on manual work and make day-to-day operations noticeably more efficient.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

While NinjaOne RMM excels in many technical areas, its built-in ticketing system is one place where there’s still room to improve. For our team with straightforward ticketing needs, it works well enough and gets the job done, but it can start to feel restrictive compared with more mature, dedicated ITSM platforms.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping us automate patching for our customers and gives us the chance to offer then additional services like MDM management and cloud backups which adds value to our service we provide.

 ### 4. NinjaOne Makes Setup and Scripting Effortless—with Unlimited Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Georges C. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The ease of setup, the light agent requirements on both Windows and Mac, the script library at hand, the ability to create any script right of the bat are all qualities I enjoy while using NinjaOne on a daily basis. Not to forget, the unlimited support and onboarding session that you can request is a hidden feature not to take for granted

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

One thing that I dislike, that's rather on the end user more than on NinjaOne, that when the user doesn't install an OS or App update, the machine will be shown as unhealthy, which I find a bit too much for a hanging slack update.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The endless range of Windows app that you can install with NinjaOne is more than you can handle. Once your account manager enables the WinGet integration, almost all the versions of all the software are at the tip of your fingers.

 ### 5. Simple and Powerful Endpoint Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maarten D. | System engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like most about NinjaOne is its simplicity combined with powerful functionality. The interface is very intuitive, which makes day‑to‑day management fast and efficient, even in complex environments. Remote access, scripting, and automation work reliably and save a lot of time. Updates and monitoring are clear and consistent, and the platform scales well without becoming overly complex. Overall, it allows me to manage endpoints proactively instead of reactively.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

While NinjaOne is very user‑friendly, some advanced configurations can feel a bit limited or less flexible compared to more enterprise‑focused tools. Reporting and customization sometimes require workarounds, and deeper integrations or fine‑grained control could be improved. Documentation is generally good, but for more complex use cases it can be somewhat high‑level.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne is solving the challenge of managing and monitoring a large number of endpoints in a consistent and efficient way. It brings monitoring, patching, remote access, and automation together in a single platform, reducing the need for multiple separate tools. This benefits me by providing better visibility into system health, faster incident response, and more proactive maintenance. As a result, routine work takes less time and issues can be resolved before they impact users, improving overall stability and service quality.

 ### 6. Simple device management with a modern interface and clear status information

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Florian S. | Informatikkaufmann, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Simple management and distribution of all devices in the network. Windows updates and software can be distributed with more or less effort. The interface is also contemporary, modern, and you are informed about the current status of the devices in a simple and straightforward way.
The support is also great, you can create a ticket with 2 clicks, book a meeting if needed, and receive immediate assistance.
The support sessions are also very straightforward and the atmosphere is very relaxed.
If you are familiar with scripting or engage with it, you can map virtually endless scenarios in Ninja.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Small disadvantage: Dojo and help articles are mostly in English. Also, the "exams" can only be taken in English. It would also be great if you could configure the certification so that only the topics you actually use are covered. More automation templates concerning the initial setup of a device would be great. For example, as soon as the agent is on, having the option to adjust power settings, disable the firewall, etc.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With nearly 250 devices in the company, we were looking for a tool that would provide us with assistance regarding the status of the devices, the management of updates and patches, as well as with larger software installations. We were able to cover this to a large extent with Ninja.

 ### 7. Easy All-in-One Patching, Deployment, and Help Desk with Fast Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jamey B. | Information Technology, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I like the ability to run patching, software deployment, and help desk functions all in one location. The software is easy to use and set up, and it helps me automate many processes so I can free up more time. The price is ok for a rural hospital. Now we cannot use all of the functionality that is available, but we do have integrates with Azure. When you do have issues or questions you can get support fast and get everything working again.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The thing that I dislike about Ninja One would have to be the pricing for all options with a smaller team. The reporting could be upgraded to allow for easier to read or create reports.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne solved the problem of too many separate tools and too many manual IT tasks. Between patching software, Vulnerability's, remote access and ticketing you can now see everything from one site.

 ### 8. It is very easy to use. Even for a person who doesn't have a lot of experience.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Olaf v. | Servicemanager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2022

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Windows patching and 3rd party patching works like a charm. The overview is clear. It's easy to find the things you want to do and easy to use, even for someone who doesn't have a lot of experience. Also, the reports look very nice and can't directly be sent to the customers.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The Dashboard is a standard dashboard. It would be nice if this would be adjustable or you could create your own dashboard so that you can fine-tune it to your needs.

**Recommendations to others considering NinjaOne:**

Check beforehand what you are looking for and let them show you how it works within ninja.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne fixed for us the patching. It's easier to keep everything up to date and it saves us a lot of time so they can work on other things.
Monitoring also approved we get the rights messages and not a lot of items that need no action.

 ### 9. Easy Remote Support, Useful Insights, and Amazing NinjaOne Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Craig H. | Technology Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The insights the platform gives to us. How easy it is to deploy. The capabilities the product has, either natively or through partnerships and plugins (apps). The great community and the amazing support and friendliness of the NinjaOne team.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Features and demos are heavily skewed towards Windows, and macOS is almost an afterthought in much of the documentation and available information.
Signing on with SSO and 2FA is rough!
The lack of information when turning on a feature (app) - you can turn it on, but you have no idea if it is free (some are included) or if you will be billed for it, which forces you to have a conversation with your account manager (even if they are lovely).
Support for macOS is a little iffy (things that just work in Windows don't tend to in macOS).
No visibility of billing or any real account management capability in the product - most things need to get done through your account manager.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visibility into our clients' estates. Easy management of devices. Remote control capabilities built in, including Remote Desktop and remote CLI access.

 ### 10. Clean, Fast All-in-One RMM with Automation and Remote Access That Just Works

Clean, fast UI – it’s genuinely pleasant to use. You don’t feel like you’re fighting the tool to get basic info.

All-in-one visibility – patching, monitoring, remote access, scripting, alerts… it’s all in one place instead of duct-taped together.

Automation that actually helps – policies + scripts + alerts can quietly handle a ton of routine work without constant babysitting.

Remote access that just works – quick, reliable, and integrated (no jumping between tools).

Great support reputation – NinjaOne is known for being responsive and human, not “submit a ticket and wait 3 weeks.”

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Price can add up, especially for small teams

Reporting isn’t super deep

Some advanced security features are missing

Setup/automation takes time to get right

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Exactly look all good and excellent choice, giving a dislike , but Need some integration changes - like -- reboot notification should be uncheck - to stop reboot notify long running maintenance device like- Hosting services, esxi.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me, NinjaOne has significantly improved operational efficiency and strengthened overall system reliability. Overall, NinjaOne delivers tangible benefits by boosting productivity and supporting a secure, well-maintained IT environment.

NinjaOne is also very easy to use for managing system security updates. Remote access is simple, and one of the best parts is the vulnerability scanning, which is especially important when onboarding a new system. Our client was surprised to see how many vulnerabilities were still pending. We ran scans on the customer’s system and then fixed the findings according to the setup policy in NinjaOne. In general, it’s easy to manage and helps keep everything under control.

 ### 12. Ninja Platform: Fast, Reliable, and Easy to Navigate with Great MSP Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon E. | 3rd Line Technician, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The Ninja Platform has a very easy user interface to navigate and all information is available in a easy way for an engineer to find. The integrations are great for for MSPs which allow automatic billing and asset management from your PSA solutions. Compared to the other products that I have tried Ninja has by far been the best solution in terms of speed and reliability and it's cost per unit is better than the other solutions.

The AI Intelligence still has some way to go but the useful features like summarising what issues users may face installing Windows Updates can help an engineer choose whether or not to approve a patch.

The support is good, and responses are fast.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Whilst the support team is good, the results are inconsistent, I've contact support with what I believe to be a simple request a get what feels like a canned response.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation has been a major driver in helping engineers work more efficiently. Ninja provides a solid platform for scripting, and it’s made even easier by the ability to apply scripts through policies, which supports a consistent, uniform rollout across an organisation.

 ### 13. A Game-Changer for Scalable IT Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leonard C. | Infrastructure Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne has fundamentally transformed how we manage our IT infrastructure. The single best thing is its truly unified platform. Before NinjaOne, we were juggling multiple tools for patching, remote access, and monitoring. Now, it's all under one clean, intuitive dashboard. The automation capabilities are a massive time-saver; we've automated routine maintenance and patch deployment across all our devices, which has freed up our IT team to focus on strategic projects instead of constant firefighting. The remote access is fast and reliable, allowing us to support our users instantly, no matter where they are. On top of the excellent platform, their customer support is top-notch; they are responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful whenever we have a question. As our organization grows, NinjaOne's scalability gives us complete confidence that our IT management can keep pace.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Honestly, it's difficult to find significant faults with the platform itself. From an integration perspective, while the existing integrations are good, we are eagerly looking forward to a future Jira extension, as this would be a huge boost to our workflow. Additionally, a deeper integration with SentinelOne would be incredibly valuable. Specifically, the ability to more seamlessly patch vulnerabilities flagged by SentinelOne and have the vulnerability list automatically update post-patching would make the combination of these two tools even more powerful.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne solves critical business problems by tackling tool sprawl, manual maintenance, and remote support challenges.

It replaces multiple, costly IT tools with a single, unified platform for endpoint monitoring, patching, and remote access. This consolidation has significantly increased our team's efficiency and provided a clear, holistic view of our IT environment.

The platform's powerful automation eliminates repetitive, manual tasks like patch deployment. This minimizes human error and frees up our technicians to focus on strategic projects instead of reactive maintenance.

For our distributed workforce, NinjaOne provides fast and reliable remote support, which means less downtime and quicker problem resolution for our end-users.

 ### 14. Reliable, Efficient Remote Device Management with Actionable Performance Insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashino T. | IT Manager, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I’ve been using NinjaOne for the past five years, and what stands out the most is how reliable and efficient it is for managing devices remotely. It provides detailed insights into system performance, which helps me quickly identify and resolve issues before they impact users. The remote management capabilities are especially valuable because I can perform troubleshooting, updates, and maintenance without interrupting the end user’s work.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

One area that could be improved is the remote access experience, particularly when switching monitors within Splashtop, as it can sometimes feel less seamless than expected. While it works, making this process smoother and more intuitive would enhance usability.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne helps us manage and support a large number of remote employees and multiple branches across different locations. Without a centralized RMM tool, it would be very challenging to monitor device health, perform maintenance, and resolve issues efficiently. With NinjaOne, we can access devices remotely, deploy updates, and troubleshoot problems quickly without needing physical presence. This has improved our response time, reduced downtime, and made it much easier to support users regardless of their location.

 ### 15. Flexible, Scalable RMM with Granular Monitoring for Complex Workstation Environments

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Conn M. | Client Platform Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I really like the flexibility and scalability of the RMM tool; it allows us to get really granular with our monitoring and configurations, which is great in a manufacturing environment with multiple workstation configuration standards.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

One of the biggest downsides right now is the lack of granular control around the endpoints backup solution specifically; we'd like to assign or not assign a backup policy to endpoints dynamically, but the solution currently doesn't allow for that. For example, we'd like to enable NinjaOne backup for all 1:1 assigned devices, but exclude shared workstations, but there's no current way to dynamically assign, not assign, or disable the backup solution on any given endpoint. There's also a decrypt cert issues with the macOS version of the NinjaOne Backup solution, but this is being addressed by the developers.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote access is a huge one. We're a globally distributed business, so allowing our US-based team to easily access and perform automations on devices across the world is a godsend. NinjaOne also allows us to have a "set and forget" attitude towards Windows patch management, as our machines just apply updates as they come in. And even when there is an issue with an update, the failure logs are easy to read and remediate on the endpoint.

 ### 16. All-in-One Monitoring, Remote Access, and Fast Patching with NinjaOne

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Frank W. | IT-Technician, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Most helpful are the the integration of many ways to monitor all different kinds of devices with ease. There many applications to choose from and use them all in one platform. All critical informations are visible once on the desktop. Very helpful is also the integrated remote access app so you have only one platform to manage complete infrastructures and solve critical problems without using another tool. After coniguring all aspects you have a whole automatd patching an monitoring tool and the efford to handle customers will be reduced to a minimum. THe GUI of ninja one is very responsible and after a bit of learning als comfortable to use. the performance of applying changes to monitored system is also very responsive and patching will be done in a few moments. Onboarding of new devices or complete infrastructures can be done in an easy and fast way. regarding the pricing for me it is a very fair product. Regarding the new introduced AI supported automatic patching features we will start to use this also to have less effort in following up all manged devices manually.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Currently I can't find any things what I would dislike. Some more report template samples could may be more helpful. The whole NinjaOne solution is for me curently the most handy monitoring and patching tool.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

IMHO the most important problem that NinjaOne is solving for us is the follow up of existing device problems. We are now capable of pre active handling to avoid upcoming problems.

 ### 17. NinjaOne Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rafael G. | Administrador del Sistema, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I consider of greatest value in NinjaOne is its automation capability and the flexibility to create scripts, as they significantly optimize day-to-day operational tasks. Its interface also deserves special mention, being clearly intuitive and usability-oriented, allowing for agile and frictionless monitoring and management of endpoint alerts. Lastly, the integrated ticketing functionality in NinjaOne is one I use most frequently and, over time, it has become our main tool for managing incidents and requests.

Additionally, I greatly appreciate the speed with which technical support acts when a breakdown occurs.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The aspects I consider least useful about NinjaOne are the groups and custom fields, as so far, I haven't needed to resort to these features to optimize my work. Additionally, another point that doesn't quite convince me is the limited customization capacity of the ticketing form in the systray: I perceive it as too basic and with very little room for configuration.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne helps me manage incidents related to both endpoints and security, allowing me to maintain better control and clearer tracking of each case.

 ### 18. Reliable endpoint management that simply works.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charles d. | Operations Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Simply put, it just works. It’s a well-rounded product with very few issues. Everything works smoothly, the API is great, and the roadmap feels active and well maintained.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Nothing major stands out on the platform. There are a few minor UI inconsistencies and occasional navigation confusion, but overall the product feels well designed and put together.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before NinjaOne, we were juggling multiple tools for endpoint management, patching, and remote access. That made it difficult to keep a clear, real-time view of device health, and troubleshooting was mostly reactive. Alerts weren’t always actionable, and patch compliance was inconsistent across the environment.

We were also spending too much time on repetitive work — checking patch status, fixing failed updates, and logging into machines individually for basic issues. It slowed everything down and didn’t scale well.

Since moving to NinjaOne, we’ve consolidated all of that into a single platform. We now have proper visibility across endpoints, and the alerting is actually useful instead of just noise. Patch management is far more reliable, and automation has taken a lot of the manual effort out of routine maintenance.

The biggest impact has been on time and responsiveness. We’re spending far less time on day-to-day tasks, resolving issues faster, and catching problems before users even notice them. It’s also made it much easier to standardize how we manage devices, which has improved overall stability.

 ### 19. RMM Platform that is Reliable, Fast, and Easy-to-Use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** janam@netflo.co.uk P. | IT Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne is extremely easy to use and very intuitive, even for larger environments. The remote monitoring tools are fast and responsive, and the automation features save a huge amount of time. Patch management works consistently, and the dashboard gives a clear overview of all devices and alerts.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Reporting could be more customizable, especially for clients who want specific formats or detailed breakdowns. Some advanced automation options require manual setup that could be simplified. A few integrations feel limited compared to other RMM platforms. Nothing major, but there’s room for deeper customisation.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne helps centralise device monitoring, patching, and remote support into a single platform. This reduces time spent jumping between different tools and increases efficiency. Automated patching makes systems more secure without manual intervention. The alerting and monitoring features help identify issues before they become major problems, reducing downtime and support workloads. Overall, it improves productivity and gives better visibility across all managed devices.

 ### 20. NinjaOne: User-Friendly, Intuitive, and Efficient for Scripts, Apps, and Updates

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bennet J. | Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne is a tool I can highly recommend to everyone. It’s very user-friendly, intuitive, and easy to operate. With NinjaOne, it’s simple to create scripts, install applications, and run updates efficiently. In addition, the extra features make it easy to document important information, which helps keep everything organized and transparent.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

If any required functionality is missing, it can be submitted to NinjaOne via a feature request. For more urgent matters, you can discuss them directly with your dedicated account representative. Because of this, I don’t have any points I dislike about the product.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne addresses one of the key challenges for MSPs and IT departments: managing devices centrally. It provides a single, centralized platform to monitor, control, and maintain endpoints efficiently, which simplifies daily operations and helps keep systems secure and up to date.

 ### 21. NinjaOne for our organization after 2 Years - Updated April 15, 2026

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Francis F. | Systems/Network Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2024

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Ninja One's console is very easy to use. It has a lot of options and tools for us to use in our organization such as our organized list of computers to remote into, reporting, backend tools, and the ticketing system that we integrated with our own ticketing system. We are still in good standing with the software and have no desire to go into another remote software system. After nearly 2 years, we've had more users utilizing this tool and even automated our backups using the NinjaOne tools.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Remote Desktop still has its moments of kicking people out during the middle of a session and constantly taking longer times to get someone back on their computer. We reached out to support, but looks like this might be an issue that needs to be further looked into. It seems to be within our network at our Corporate Office. Also, some errors have no explanation. Getting messages such as "Something went wrong, try again later" does not help us at all.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to navigate through all our devices in our organization and assist our end users for support. Our PC's and Servers are all on our NinjaOne account, so we can seamlessly navigate all the way through to keep our organizations devices. Also, we are able to give users in our organization remote access while being able to manage their profiles. And now, we began backups from across our organization that is linked to our servers and Google Workspace. I recently started using the console to track network activity and using command tools. We have recently implemented another product onto NinjaOne called SentinelOne, which is our anti-virus software we use for our organization.

 ### 22. Modern, Intuitive Interface with Reliable Remote Access

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brent P. | Service Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne has a modern, intuitive interface that makes it easy to quickly access the information I need about our endpoints without unnecessary clicks. The platform presents data in a clear, actionable way, which is important in a fast‑moving operational environment. Remote access is also straightforward and reliable, making it easy for our team to connect to systems and resolve issues efficiently.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

While the platform is easy to use, policy management could be more dynamic. Policies are largely static today, which can create additional manual effort when managing devices with varying roles, conditions, or lifecycle states.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne helps us centralize patch management and remote control for endpoints, reducing manual effort and improving consistency across systems. Patch visibility and deployment are straightforward, which helps ensure devices stay up to date and compliant. The built‑in remote control capabilities allow technicians to quickly access systems and resolve issues without relying on separate tools, improving response times and overall operational efficiency.

 ### 23. Robust RMM solution at an afforable price that continues to grow and expand their product offering.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Devin M. | IT Manager - Infrastructure & Security, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2024

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Very easy to use interface. The integrations are easy to use, especially with Active Directory, JAMF, and EDR tools like Crowdstrike. It’s also very straightforward to integrate, import objects, and then deploy the agent. Creating policies and pushing applications is simple, and updating applications is just as easy. I also love the integration with FreshWorks, their integration with Qualys and Crowdstrike Spotlight for Vulnerability Management. Their Backup product is very competitive for the market, and the documentation in their Ninja DoJo is excellent. We are also using their MDM solution for Android since Meraki SM is being shutdown. Their Android MDM is more consistent, works better and very well built. Finally, we started using their Patch Management system and it does a great job with correlating vulnerabilities to patches. I am still not happy that their integration with third-part vmdr requires an API-relay server, but it is still a good solution. We use NinjaOne every day, and we really appreciate that it includes a native remote tool for the service desk to help employees with IT issues.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

- Their ITAM and Documentation system needs work to become as powerful as Kaseya's IT Glue. Since these products are in their infancy, I only expect it to get better with time.
- I am hoping to see BCDR in their backup product one day.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Allows us to consolidate multiple vendors into one platform, save money, time and automate many processes that we did manually.

 ### 24. Lightning-Fast UI, Seamless Remote Access, and Constant Innovation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David C. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

From the moment I launch the quick User Interface, NinjaOne is so fast to startup day to day, I now open it before my email. The constant integrations the devolvement team provides show they are not wanting to stop innovations. They also don't charge for each little thing. Only when the integration will make you money, will they charge something. Onboarding a client is simple and only take a few minutes to get the client up and ready. The main reasons I like NinjaOne best are the quick access to a remote screen, so I can walk a client to success or troubleshoot issues in real time. Another big plus is being able to create End Users, so they can benefit as well and have that same remote management feel. When pairs with the AI and Automation features, anything I want is available anytime I want it, or it will be the next time to PC turn on and connects to the internet.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The only downsides I’ve run into are internal. The NinjaOne DoJo can be problematic because logins aren’t always accepted when using the same credentials as the traditional login portal. Beyond that, it’s hard for me to point to any other real negatives, especially since their team is very responsive about helping you find a solution or making you aware of solutions that already exist.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are solving the problems with Detection Gap, Update Anxiety, Endpoint Performance, and Audit Headaches. NinjaOne is solving my problem of fragmentation. By putting RMM, Patching, and Backups in one AI-enhanced "single pane of glass," it gives me back my time and significantly lowers my organizational risk.

 ### 25. Intuitive UI and Powerful Automation That Save Technician Time

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James S. | Helpdesk Technician, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

One’s biggest strengths for me are the UI, automation, and onboarding experience. The interface is easy to work in, which helps when moving quickly between devices, alerts, remote tools, and scripts. New device onboarding is simple, and the automation features save a lot of manual work. Custom fields are especially useful because they allow automations to be more targeted based on device-specific information. From an ROI standpoint, the biggest value is technician time saved and better standardization across endpoints.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The biggest downside has been deployment time. Getting everything rolled out and fully implemented has taken much longer than expected, which delays adoption and slows down the full value of the platform. Once it is in place it is useful, but the deployment process has been a frustration

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne is solving the problem of having to manage devices, onboarding, patching, and routine support tasks across multiple tools. The biggest benefit has been being able to centralize that work, automate repetitive tasks, and make new device setup more consistent. That saves technician time, reduces manual effort, and helps support endpoints in a more standardized way.

 ### 26. Responsive Support, Intuitive UI, and Powerful Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rocky B. | Senior System Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I would say that Daniel is exceptionally responsive and helpful, support has been good. I like the integrations and constant updates that are being done, the UI is intuitive and easy to use and performance so far has been good. Pricing is decent, there are cheaper alternatives but not with the same functionality and AI probably does need better implementation perhaps if they'd allow AI to triage new support tickets, it'd be really amazing, and allow for custom API implementations.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

PSA needs to be expanded upon, the integration with quickbooks and invoicing is a little confusing at best, really needs to be optimized.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Obviously management solutions and it has a more all in one feel than a lot of alternatives that require 3 or 4 dashboards, SentinelOne being seen per device directly on the dashboard for Ninja is excellent for example.

 ### 27. Night-and-Day RMM Upgrade: Responsive, Intuitive, and Easy to Integrate

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** William K. | Director of Technical Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Using NinjaOne was a night and day upgrade from our old RMM solution. The interface is very responsive and the features are intuitive to use. It feels like we get more done instead of having to learn the tool. Integrations are easy to configure and tie into a lot of the other tools we use.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Anytime a system is designed to make it really easy to do something, its smoetimes hard to do a lot of that thing. So bulk updates or wide changes are sometimes more "clicky" than I'd like.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We came from a legacy RMM platform and moving to NinjaOne has let our team do more becasue working with it isnt such a slog through legacy and outdated systems. Doing thinks like creating custom policies or automations is so much easier in NinjaOne, which means we're more likely to leverage those features.

 ### 28. Efficient Remote Management with Powerful Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paulo L. | Formador, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like best about NinjaOne is its simplicity and efficiency. It offers a clean, intuitive interface combined with powerful automation and reliable remote management, making day-to-day IT operations faster and easier to manage.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

One downside of NinjaOne is that some advanced features and customisation options are more limited compared to larger, more complex platforms. Additionally, reporting and fine-grained control can sometimes feel less flexible for more demanding environments.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne is solving several key problems for us:

Proactive monitoring: It detects issues before they impact users, reducing downtime.
Automation of routine tasks: Updates, patches, and maintenance run automatically, saving time.
Centralised IT management: Everything can be managed from one dashboard, improving visibility and control.
Faster response to incidents: Remote management tools let us fix issues without needing to be onsite.

Benefits: These solutions have increased our operational efficiency, reduced support costs, improved system reliability, and allowed the IT team to focus on higher-value projects instead of repetitive tasks.

 ### 29. Simple, All-in-One Endpoint Management with Strong Automation and Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Test A. | IT Admin, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What stands out about NinjaOne is how simple and intuitive its interface is, especially for managing endpoints at scale. It combines monitoring, patch management, and remote access in one clean platform, which reduces tool sprawl. Automation features are strong and help cut down repetitive IT tasks. It’s also known for fast performance and responsive customer support, which makes day-to-day operations smoother.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

One downside is that reporting and analytics aren’t as advanced or customizable as some competitors. The pricing can also scale up quickly for larger environments. Some users find the mobile app less capable than the desktop version. Additionally, deeper integrations with certain third-party tools can be limited.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne helps solve the problem of managing many endpoints across different locations from a single dashboard. It reduces the complexity of IT operations by combining monitoring, patching, remote access, and automation in one platform.

 ### 30. Easy Fleet Health Monitoring, Fast Remote Troubleshooting, and Responsive Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex P. | Desktop Support Technician, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The ability to monitor the health of all of the devices in our fleet, roll out patches, shorter time to help troubleshoot users systems, ease of remoting in to a users system, easy navigation of the user interface portal,, and prompt response of the support team. Also seamless integration with out ITSM platform.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The pricing can be a little more than the competition, but it's the investment; especially for multi-campus businesses.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With a small IT team and multi-campuses, we are often going back and forth to each location to support a user or set up a system for a user, which takes time out of our day. With NinjaOne RMM, we can easily and quickly support a user as well as potentially prevent an issue all from our desk. Minimizing the time wasted by going to the users workstation.

 ### 31. Exactly What the Doctor Ordered

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steve S. | Director of Information Systems and Technology, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2023

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The Windows and third party update agents have undergone a major overhaul and we are seeing a vast improvement with successful patching.
With security always at the top of mind this task is imperative to be as good as it can be.
Our current MDM product is end of life and we will be taking a look at the latest iteration of the NinjaOne MDM add in.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The documentation area of NinjaOne is good but it could be expanded to include things like certificate/domain expiry that competitor's products do.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The automations, both built in and PowerShell scripts that we have written, saves us countless hours every month.

We know virtually everything about the machines in the environment from RAM installed, CPU utilization to warranty details

Other tools in our I.T. Toolbox are also available right from NinjaOne, like ScreenConnect and Bitdefender.

 ### 32. Unmatched Intuitive GUI and Friendly, Helpful Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam L. | Assistant Manager of Help Desk Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The ease of use and how intuitive their GUI is truly cannot be matched. Their support staff are extremely friendly and helpful as well. It's been a great partnership so far, and I'm looking forward to the new developments they have in the pipeline!

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There are a few nitpicks I have, such as the ability to filter out specific objects not being available in the GUI/filters options, but overall its been a wonderful time using their product

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne is the centerpiece of our business model. It handles all our RMM needs, including automation and patching services, and provides everything needed from a comprehensive GUI providing easy to reference stats at a glance. The performance of the RMM service is second to none as well, one of the biggest complaints we had when it came to competitor software like CW:Automate.

 ### 33. Simple Web-Based Deployments with Handy Built-In Remote Desktop

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leonardo E. | IT systems support specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I like the fact that configuring and setting up scripts, new installs, basically anything with a new deployment is simple and easy. It is easily accessible through the web interface.

Sending commands through the dashboard like reboot or install scripts is very easy. Not the fastest but not the slowest either and it works. I do enjoy have the built-in remote desktop feature. It makes it simpler to where we do not need to have any other 3rd party software.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I cannot really say any downsides as our enterprise uses it at it's most basic level for patch management and onboarding new devices.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently we are enjoying the built in remote aspect and the pricing and affordability of it adding on to the account. It makes it easier for us to consolidate 3rd party software in to 1 thing.

 ### 34. PowerShell Integration Makes NinjaOne Incredibly Flexible

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Johnny G. | Endpoint Management Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The best thing about NinjaOne is how well it integrates with PowerShell. Anything it doesn’t do natively can be added by importing a script, whether that’s a custom script or one that was uploaded by the community.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There are times when a third-party patch will fail, and Ninja is not the best at providing a clear reason for the error. That said, they’re consistently improving the third-party patching, and it’s already better than it was even a few months ago.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has greatly improved our visibility into vulnerabilities and strengthened our ability to patch machines, with clear insight into the patches themselves. On top of that, they have now incorporated AI into patching, which can even prevent a troublesome patch from being deployed to machines, giving you time to determine whether that patch will be an issue in your environment.

 ### 35. Intuitive, Easy to Deploy, and Excellent Support, so Easy even our IT director can use it.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Javier M. | Senior Director of IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The best thing about Ninja one is the ease of use, it is very intuitive, I was able to get it up and running as soon as my account got provisioned, before even meeting with the onboarding team. Support has been excellent, they have been able to answer all my questions and they schedule a call whenever we have a need. The integrations with EDR and the capability to create scripts and install/uninstall scripts is amazingly easy. Pricing is excellent from a user perspective and from an IT director perspective, I don't know why I didn't subscribe to Ninja one earlier.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

WHAT????? there's nothing to dislike. the product is amazing, and the support is excellent.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ninja one has given me visibility across my end user devices, has made it easy to automate daily activities and has made support for end users a breeze.

 ### 36. A Must-Have for MSPs and IT Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josh W. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2023

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne is a rock-solid platform that has completely transformed the way we provide IT services to our customers. With Ninja, we are able to have all of our IT tools and management under one umbrella making it extremely easy to keep an eye on all of our servers and workstations. Their support team is OUTSTANDING and gives quick and helpful answers to our questions. Our account manager calls us personally to review any issues and ensure we are running smoothly.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The look and feel of their product sometimes feels outdated. It does not inhibit our work, it just could be modernized a bit.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to have independent systems for everything, which made it difficult to remotely monitor and manage our devices. Now, everything is under one umbrella for a fair price. It reduces the time it takes to respond to issues.

 ### 37. NinjaOne: Intuitive, Efficient, and Backed by Extensive Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David M. | Chief Executive Officer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like about NinjaOne is that it is easy to use, readily accessible, and offers extensive support. The user interface is intuitive, allowing me to accomplish tasks efficiently, and I can get help whenever I need it.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There isn’t anything about NinjaOne that I find unhelpful. I haven’t had any issues with the platform, and everything has worked as expected.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne is addressing the critical challenges of IT management by streamlining workflows, automating routine tasks, and enhancing system visibility across our organization. This has empowered our team to be more proactive in resolving issues, reducing downtime, and focusing on strategic initiatives rather than getting bogged down in manual troubleshooting. The platform’s intuitive interface and robust automation capabilities have transformed our operations, enabling us to deliver a smoother, more reliable experience for our users while driving greater productivity and efficiency.

 ### 38. Fast, Easy Remote Management with NinjaOne + SplashTop

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joe K. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I like the remote process of having both NinjaOne and SplashTop. The interface is easy to understand and use. It runs great and rarely if ever lags. At the price it can't be beat when it's coupled with BitDefender. Support is always available and ready to help. Patching is a breeze with it, as well as performing command prompts and other actions on it to assist users.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

My one issue is I wish there was a way to change user roles within it so I could make users admins on machines or take away rights more easily.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping with remote machines and reducing site visits for some of our farther locations. Machine management and inventory to better tell who has what machine and when they're due for an upgrade. Patching cycles are much easier now and stress free.

 ### 39. Powerful RMM Scripting and Smooth Onboarding Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Max P. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Having a RMM tool that has full scripting capabilities and native functionality without a need for clunky external integrations for most day-to-day tasks eases operations and reduces a significant chunk of labor. Unlimited onboarding support allows for a smoother experience actually using the tool.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Issues with launching Ninja Remote and poor error codes relating to it hinder the UX experience. In all other regards Ninja Remote is a powerful tool that we enjoy using.

Pricing can always be better, but it's largely a good value.

Integrations can be spotty at times, but in fairness to Ninja that may not necessarily be anything that they can control.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a remote first MSP, having the ability to interact with, monitor, and resolve issues fully remotely. With the vast majority of issues being fully resolved from the Ninja panel, we experience a fantastic ROI.

 ### 40. Combines everything you need

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bernhard W. | System Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2024

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

One dashboard to manage multiple customers and their endpoints.
Easy to troubleshoot with logs of clients and possibility for remote access

by far the best feature is the remote powershell and command line tools.
Generating and installing the client is straight forward and can be automatically rolled out via intune.

Standalone Ninja Remote App works like a charme on mobile phones

Helps you in your daily work on troubleshooting end customers.

the newly implemented intune integrations makes rolling out ninja clients easy and provides an always up to date app to be rolled out

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

the one thing I don't like is when you add a device which was already in ninja once it creates a new entry instead of using the old one

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

remote accessing clients and executing remote powershell commands. all accessible with one dashboard

 ### 41. Streamlined Ticket Management with Some Remote Desktop Challenges

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kasey K. | System Administrator, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I use NinjaOne for our day-to-day ticket management and RMM. I like the feature that allows me to click on a user's device from a ticket without having to go to another application. We are also able to push out PowerShell scripts with ease. The initial setup was smooth and added a lot more features compared to our previous tool. NinjaOne offers better functionality, which was a major reason for switching from Autotask.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The remote desktop feature in NinjaOne is very buggy and I would like to see better reliability when trying to connect to a computer.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use NinjaOne for ticket management and RMM. It allows users to submit tickets in multiple ways, monitors devices for issues, and eases PowerShell script deployment. I like the feature of accessing a user's device directly from a ticket without needing another application.

 ### 42. A Powerful All-in-One IT Management Solution

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Imran I. | Technical Support Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The interface is clean and straightforward, making it easy to navigate and quickly find what you need without wasting time.
Another key advantage is its all-in-one design features like remote monitoring, patch management, remote access, and scripting are all available in a single platform, which helps reduce the need for multiple tools and keeps everything in one place.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

One drawback of NinjaOne is that some of its advanced features can feel a bit limited compared to more robust enterprise tools, especially when it comes to deeper customization and reporting.
The reporting, in particular, could be more flexible and detailed, which can make it a bit challenging when you need very specific insights for clients or internal use.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the main challenges it solves is managing endpoints across different locations. Instead of switching between multiple tools or systems, everything can be monitored and managed from a single dashboard, which saves a lot of time and effort.

It also makes it easier to automate routine tasks like patching, updates, and basic troubleshooting. This reduces manual work and helps keep systems secure and up to date without needing constant attention.

 ### 43. Organized Ticketing and Handy Remote Scripting, but Ticket Search Needs Refinement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charlie A. | Technical Support Engineer Apprentice, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I like the ticketing system. I think it gives users like me a good way to organise tickets into different categories, which helps keep things tidy and makes the overall view look cleaner. I also like the scripting aspect of the remote desktop connection, because you don’t need to be on the device to perform an action.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

i dont like the search for the tickets i think that could use some modifications as when i search id like it to search for the word in the title and not the whole ticket if thats what it currently does and maybe give an option on ticket or just title.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

im able to do my job by assisting end users with their day to day problems.

 ### 44. Simple patching and quick system overview

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cindy U. | CTO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Simple patching and a quick overview of my system. In addition, there is free support and training as well as an overall absolutely uncomplicated interaction.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The initial phase is – as with any major program – a hurdle at first. However, once everything was set up, the initial problems vanished into thin air.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a very small IT team and have to manage multiple locations without being able to be on-site. For this, we needed quick, uncomplicated access to servers and devices – exactly what Ninja One solves for us. Additionally, we previously lacked an overview of our computers, their patch status, and the installed software. We were also able to map this with Ninja and track it much better. Through the integration of Sentinel One (AV software), it was also possible for us to significantly simplify the deployment without having to involve an intermediary.

 ### 45. Clean, Fast, All-in-One IT Management with Truly Helpful Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amol B. | Technical Support Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne stands out thanks to its clean, intuitive interface, which is easy to navigate from day one. It combines patching, monitoring, and remote access in a single, streamlined platform, so everything feels cohesive. The automation features save time on repetitive tasks and help reduce human error.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Reporting and analytics can feel limited when you have more advanced requirements or need executive-level insights. Pricing can also rise as you scale the number of devices and add add-ons. Scripting and automation are powerful, but they come with a learning curve.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne helps address the complexity of managing and securing multiple endpoints across different environments. It brings monitoring, patching, and remote access together in a single, easy-to-use platform, which makes day-to-day administration more straightforward. Automated alerts and remediation help reduce downtime and cut down on manual intervention.

 ### 46. NinjaOne Makes Remote Management Fast and Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heath H. | Corporate Technology Manager / ISSM, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne lets us access remote systems quickly for updates, management, and basic troubleshooting. It also allows admins to enter credentials while users are still logged in, which is especially helpful for profile-related installs and similar tasks. Customer support has also been great, with very quick responses whenever we’ve needed help. This is something we use almost daily while troubleshooting.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

We’re still exploring NinjaOne’s patching features, but so far it’s been a solid product for us. We haven’t run into any issues, and the overall experience has been smooth to date.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We now have a reliable, well-rounded solution for accessing remote systems, troubleshooting directly with customers, and using automation tools to resolve system issues more efficiently. Overall, it has streamlined how we support users and made it easier to handle problems end to end.

 ### 47. Reliable Remote Desktop, Strong Automation, and Affordable SaaS Backup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris A. | Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Reliable Remote Desktop functionality that's included in the base price. Good automation features. I can manage Windows and macOS endpoints reliably. macOS MDM works with Apple Business. The SaaS Backup is a really affordable way to back up data, and I prefer it over file backup.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

They have a large amount of automation scripts, but I often have to find a script elsewhere. I would like to have custom categories for scripts.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping with operational efficiency. The faster I can close a task, the faster I can move on the the next one. I was also looking for a platform in which I can manage all endpoints (UEM): macOS, Windows, Linux, iOS, Android. It's great that they signed a BAA which is required by my healthcare clients.

 ### 48. Excited to see what other features are added to the platform!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alvy M. | IT Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Remote patch management is straightforward and keeps IT operations simple. The script library is excellent, and the interface makes it easy to identify relevant CVEs when we troubleshoot patch issues. Pricing per device and add‑ons is clear and competitive. My favorite feature is ad hoc discovery via Active Directory, which lets us deploy agents to devices we haven’t physically accessed yet, as well as new machines that might otherwise be missed.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The MDM doesn't allow unattended Android Access. and other MDM/RMM out in the market have this capability.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne handles vulnerability management and scanning across our end‑user computers. When a patch is released and has issues, we’re notified in real time and can resolve it quickly. Overall, it has been a great platform to use, with the few caveats I’ve already mentioned.

 ### 49. Seamless Integration with Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jae K. | IT Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne works seamlessly with Intune and Jamf. We rely on Intune and Jamf Pro for onboarding, then use NinjaOne as RMM after for OS and Software Patching. Its policy and automation also make it easy to manage “Early Adopter” testing rings for more flexible options to our users

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The Windows agent is incredibly powerful with almost every option you need, but the macOS agent could be improved more, especially when compared with dedicated MDM solutions like Jamf Pro and Kandji, now Iru before.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the past, both OS and Software patching for Windows felt like a blocker, often forcing reboots or disrupting users at the worst times. NinjaOne addresses this by giving much more granular, just-in-time control over patching third-party applications, so updates can be managed without any down time.

 ### 50. NinjaOne: Effortless Onboarding and Efficient IT Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anu B. | Technical Data Annotator – UI/UX Screenshots, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I find NinjaOne's real-time monitoring and fast remote access impressive because they make troubleshooting instant and effortless. The automated patching and clean, intuitive interface save time and keep every device constantly up to date. I appreciate how it integrates smoothly with our existing IT stack, making monitoring, patching, and demoting more efficient across all systems. Transitioning to NinjaOne from a mix of legacy RMM and manual tools immediately improved visibility and reduced our daily IT workload. The initial setup was very easy, thanks to the cloud-based console and guided onboarding, which made development straightforward. Everything was up and running smoothly without complexity.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Some advanced reporting and customization options feel limited, especially when trying to build deeper analytical insights. The platform could improve by adding more granular automation controls and smoother integration with certain third-party tools.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use NinjaOne for patching, remote access, and backups. Its fast remote access and real-time monitoring make troubleshooting instant, while automated patching and a clean interface keep devices updated. It replaced slow and inconsistent tools, reducing IT workload and improving visibility and efficiency.
