Very easy to connect to customers and troubleshoot problems with their software. I like the ease of just giving them a simple site like fastsupport.com to go to and them only having to enter the support code Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only negative I have ever encountered is that when I have customers using admin creds to protect specific processes from running on their machines, they are not prompted by GTA to install as a service. I cannot control the computer when the admin creds are in use, until that process has closed. I wish it was easier to be able to install as a service for users who do not have an account, but techs are connecting to their workstations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Go to resolve is easy to access simple GUI interface. Connect to businesses to solve their problem from one platform.
It is just like Front end PC use. You can copy and move files by controlling the remote desktop.

The GUI for rendering support is very clean, funtcional, & organized, making it very easy to use. I work for the IT department at a small-ish business & we have used several different remote support platforms and GoToAssist is by far the easiest & best looking. I dislike the way that GoToAssist handles the connecting to remote clients that have multiple monitors. Sometimes when I open up a new window on the remote client, it opens on one of the other monitors besides the one that I am viewing and it takes me a minute to remember to look at those alternate monitors. GoTo Resolve had made it very easy to connect and access the PC remotely and literally do anything that you would do if you were in front of the PC. Reboot, move files, run commands or diagnose the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We didn't feel any big downside with the GoTo tool. Sometimes the video might lag due to poor connection or file transfers felt slow but that definitely gets overshadowed by GoTo's other features and ease and reliability to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best part of GoToAssist/Resolve is that you can add workstations/users to a list of unattended devices to streamline connection time. It is super useful for those employees who tend to have consistent issues or need help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only part that I have found to be problematic is when a user does not have their taskbar locked or have Auto-Hide on the taskbar when in desktop mode on a Windows PC, I have not been successful in getting the taskbar to appear when hovering over the bottom of the user's screen - they usually have to do it for me. first of all that it has a free plan for indie remote tech support, plus lot of features that it has but the one that i like most is TI automatization; you can automate process , run custom scripts to make your work less heavier and pretty much less time consuming. The only thing is the plans are not according the market; i strongly believe it can be worked out a bit to match competitors from other remote apps, nothing else than that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In my opinion, or you can call it in my personal use case, what I feel the best thing I liked about GoTo Resolve is
1. I could access and boost my productivity while connecting multiple screens, which highly improved the efficiency of my workflow.
2. It Allows me to connect with my clients and their customer to quickly diagnose the issues on their machines and provide a quick fix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As I mentioned above, the two things I mostly rely on and my dislikes resolve around them only,
1. On multiple screens, arranging them together has always been challenging to minimize the efforts.
2. Sometimes, it consumes a large amount of time or I should say it struggles a bit while recording the session after the session is done. I have used many other tools like Google Meet and Zoom, but their session recording capabilities feel better than this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
GoTo provides us with communication solutions. We are a hospitality business focused on rental equipment for events and we mostly used them to communicate internally between our team as well as external calls such as calling third party companies and clients. Generally, they provide services to program our phones which they do quickly. Any additional extension that has to be registered is also done by them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing that can prove to be challenging is dealing with old hardware that cannot be updated. Some old hardware may present issues that may result in being unable to update them to new versions and cause issues with services provided by GoTo. As a result, it is not a GoTo fault but more of a hardware issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
