What do you like best about greytHR?

The best part of greytHR is that it is very easy to use and efficient. It helps in end to end payroll management, accurate calculations and compliance with statutory regulations like PF, ESI, and TDS.

Also its Employee self service facility helps employees to access their payslips, leave balances, attendance records which reduces the workload of my HR. What do you dislike about greytHR?

The main aspect I dislike about greytHR is the limited customization options available. Additionally, updating employee salary details requires recalculating each time, which, while understandable as a necessary process, feels time-consuming. What problems is greytHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

The major challenge that this platform resolves for us is salary calculations, as we are an incentive-driven company thus, manual calculations for us are time-consuming. Additionally, the attendance and leave management features have been a great support. It has significantly reduced the chances of human error and ensures compliance with government regulations like PF and ESIC.

Before greytHR we have been relying on consulting services for manging process automation. There were numerous challenges in employee info documentation, payroll and leave management. What do you like best about greytHR?

I am using greytHR for more than an year now and I believe it as a one stop solution for HR management. It gives you a simplified view for all your HR related activiies. It eases payroll cycle and all payroll related activities such as getting IT Statement, doing IT Declaration, adding Proof of Investments and downloading payslips. It gives you an enhanced experience for leave management, attendence tracking and claiming expenses.

It gives you facility of SSO login via Google, Linkedin and Facebook which makes it easier to login and no need to remember another set of creds to remember for your Payroll portal.

Gives you a great user-friendly interface that even a non-technical person can easily use the tool very efficiently. This saves a lot of time for IT Admin, Finance and HR team so that they can focus on other activities giving a very transparent view of all your activities.

It has usefull options with setp by step guid in every stage. It made all our HR job easy and accurate. We like the each and every option software has like reports, mobile application, geo fance, web login and many more featurs and also the payroll module leave modules are next level. What do you like best about greytHR?

the UI was very simple. To mark the attendance it was just a couple of clicks. Submitting the reimbursement was really quick. The quick link to the documents was also smooth. The performance of the overall system was good.

I can see the Payroll option on the landing page.
