One of the standout features of GreytHR is its user-friendly interface. Navigating through the platform is intuitive, even for those with limited technical expertise. Setting up employee profiles, managing attendance, processing payroll, and generating reports can all be done seamlessly within a few clicks. In terms of improvements, while GreytHR offers a robust set of features, there's always room for expansion. Additional integrations with popular accounting software or advanced analytics tools could further enhance its capabilities and provide even greater value to users. Well, the payroll somehow working partially effective.
I like the ticket-raising flow, where I am informed that the ticket has been received by the team (Acknowledgement), followed by working updates and finally the status update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I had high expectations for the greytHR app, but unfortunately, it has been quite disappointing. The app is not as user-friendly as advertised, with frequent glitches and slow load times that disrupt workflow. Simple tasks, like logging attendance or approving leaves, take longer than they should due to the app freezing or failing to load data.
Secondly, the labels of the tabs are confusing. For example, "Leave" is part of the attendance system (a core functionality); however, in the greytHR app, "Leave" is a primary tab label, and the attendance module is included within it. I suggest the product team change the tab name to "Attendance" and include the leave module under it. This suggestion was given to the customer service executive but was denied.
Moreover, the mobile app lacks key functionality compared to the web version, limiting its effectiveness for remote employees. Notifications are inconsistent.
In its current state, greytHR doesn’t meet the needs of a modern, fast-paced workplace. I hope the developers address these issues soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
