Greythr is very user friendly and interfaces are very easy to understand. The customised payroll sheet and custom reports makes it great.
one of the toughest job is to calculate income tax during IT declaration and proof submission, which greythr handles very smoothly and most important in digital form . 24Q , Form 16 generation makes our job simple. i joined my company with no hands on experience in payroll and i learned it quickly because of Greythr. Sometimes not able to customise reports based on our requirements.

The best part of greytHR is that it is very easy to use and efficient. It helps in end to end payroll management, accurate calculations and compliance with statutory regulations like PF, ESI, and TDS.
Also its Employee self service facility helps employees to access their payslips, leave balances, attendance records which reduces the workload of my HR. It eases payroll cycle and all payroll related activities such as getting IT Statement, doing IT Declaration, adding Proof of Investments and downloading payslips. It gives you an enhanced experience for leave management, attendence tracking and claiming expenses.
It gives you facility of SSO login via Google, Linkedin and Facebook which makes it easier to login and no need to remember another set of creds to remember for your Payroll portal.

the UI was very simple. To mark the attendance it was just a couple of clicks. Submitting the reimbursement was really quick. The quick link to the documents was also smooth. The performance of the overall system was good.
