Being a data scientist, coach, and content creator at the same time means that I have a truly varied daily routine. These aspects make Google Meet help a data scientist, coach, and content creator like me in my day to day tasks. The platform is simple and integrates with Google Workspace tools, which makes it my go to for virtual meetings.

My Favorite Features of Google Meet:

Easy to Use: Even on busy days, I can effortlessly schedule and join meetings at any time.

Reliable Performance: I can confidently say that I'm able to focus on the content of the meeting rather than worrying about any disconnections or dips in audio/video quality. This means that whenever I’m hosting coaching sessions or working with someone on a project, the connection is stable and the audio/video quality is top notch.

Screen Sharing: This feature is extremely important, as it allows the user to share their screen and helps make explaining complex concepts during coaching sessions or during data presentations a lot easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Google Meet itself is better place to done with meeting and discussion as it is easy to share and get members on board and also the main thing that make more relevant that it is free(easy to use and free).The Features like live caption, background blur, grid view make it better palce and its cross platform compatablity and all make it a better choice over all the options in market Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The main thing that Google Meet is missing its the whitebord that is frequently need in meets and discussion to explain and the plan ready that was main motivation behind the meet as the meet is easy to use but this single most important that Google Meet lacks in it and also the some advance feature that the other players offer such as zoom and all Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Google Meet is very easy to use. But Implementation phase we need a Google account, and we can start or join a meeting with one click. It works well on both mobile and desktop. The video and audio quality are good, and it runs smoothly even with a slow internet connection. I also like that it integrates well with Google Calendar, making it easy to schedule and join meetings. The background blur and noise cancellation features are helpful. One thing I don’t like is that some features, like recording meetings, are only available for paid users. Also, there are fewer advanced features compared to Zoom, such as breakout rooms or in-meeting reactions. Sometimes, the connection drops or lags if there are too many participants. The most helpful thing about Google Meet is that it can connect people not just in different cities but also different countries. You can schedule and join meetings. During lockdown, Google Meet was a real life saver for many schools, colleges and corporate institutions.

While Google Meet offers so many features but I find that there's a lack of some advanced features like virtual background.

As a Pulse Uganda Account Manager, Google Meet has been a great tool for helping me get my work done on time. It makes it easy to have video calls with my supervisors and team, no matter where we are. I havem't found any, especially where there is a stable internet connection. For instances when the intenet is unstable, people tend to drop off or break a lot when communicating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are man things:

1. It is very user-friendly, its usage, usability, button placement, readiness for new user, is amazing

2. It can be easily integrated via sharing link

3. It does not require any special training - All these menitoned are super easy to implement.

4. Connects with calendar that too with a single click

5.Features like screen sharing and live captions are essential ones and meet did a great job integrating them very well

Bonus: As it is a google product, it get well along with all other google products, like calendar, drive, gmail and whole of workspace

Customer support in the form of FAQs and personal support is great of course

And it is something which I have used almost everyday in my professional career.

Some downsides which I hace faced is:

1.Screensharing restrictions

2.The screen freezes sometimes, despite a good internet connection

3. It needs some features like waiting room and

4. More power and tools to the host

é facil de usar, é só entrar no site e começar a usar.É bem intuitiva, mesmo pessoas que não tem conhecimento pode fazer uma videoconferência.

Também é facil de colocar na agenda o compromisso se você tiver uma conta do google.

Tem pouca duração para usar em reuniões mais longas, se precisar de mais de 60 minutos não será possivel. Terá que enviar um novo convite e pode ser constragedor dependendo de quem tiver na reunião.

Poderia ter mais imagens de fundo para utilizar, algo mais simples que condizam com a realidade, podem aprimorar para uma IA melhor para gerar imagens de fundo. Google meet has been a great collaboration tool for me and my colleagues, and does not have any big downside. Still, One thing that I would like from this software to improve is to provide consistent connection to the users who are having poor or low network or internet speed without getting disconnected.
