What do you like best about RingEX?

I truly appreciate the incredible support from RingEX, which I didn’t expect to be at such a high level. I also value being able to speak with knowledgeable experts whose recommendations genuinely help our team. The integration of RingEX with different programs—CRMs, ERPs, and other platforms—is fantastic; it isn’t just a standalone tool, and it really helps streamline our operations.

The audio quality during calls is excellent as well. On top of that, the setup was very easy thanks to the thorough training materials, including PDFs and step-by-step guides, which made the transition smooth for our small team. What do you like best about RingEX?

I like their advanced package the most. It includes analytics that help me see how customers are interacting in their journeys and allows for searching analytics, which also aids in marketing and special promotions, making things easier overall. I also appreciate the initial setup process being very easy with scheduled implementation. Features like auto attendant, ring groups, and call queues simplify workforce management, and I value having voicemail to email, online fax, and meeting tools included. What do you like best about RingEX?

Calling, messaging, video meetings, and faxing are all in the same place, which makes my day so much more efficient. The interface is clean and intuitive, so I can quickly find what I need. What do you like best about RingEX?

I use RingEX for internal communication in the workspace and communicating with outside people. As a Maintenance Coordinator for a Property Management company, it's a lot of use for calling vendors, tenants, owners, and other office spaces. I really appreciate the space to save drafts, keep records of calls with AI notes, and expedite communication. The AI notes and transcript features are fantastic because they can summarize the calls in a way that's easy for other people to understand complex ongoing situations, even if the communication is informal. They do a great job of understanding the context. These features provide context and save a lot of time by summarizing the key components of a situation for further follow-up. The initial setup was pretty easy, and I don't recall having major setbacks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingEX?

The only issue I've encountered so far is that when I first started using the AI notes, it was configured in Spanish and I couldn't correct it. It resulted in hangups and mistrust but I had it fixed when I called technical support. The only downside is that I couldn't fix it by myself.

What do you like best about RingEX?

What do you dislike about RingEX?

Lack of upfront transparency around SMS/10DLC eligibility, combined with incorrect guidance across multiple departments during setup. We clearly explained our business model and use case prior to signing, but were not informed of any potential limitations. After onboarding, we were told our business was categorically disallowed for 10DLC and that there was no viable path forward.

After getting no meaningful assistance, we made adjustments ourselves and were able to successfully obtain approval, directly contradicting the information provided by RingCentral.

Once approved, we then discovered that the functionality we originally needed, a shared SMS inbox, requires an additional paid add-on per user, which was not clearly disclosed during the sales process.

Support has also been inconsistent. We have had to follow up multiple times to receive responses, including from our assigned account representative, and have submitted technical questions that went unanswered.

When attempting to escalate the issue and discuss options for resolving or exiting the contract, one representative provided a non-functional scheduling link and another had availability several weeks out. Follow-up emails went unanswered.

Overall, the experience has been defined by incorrect guidance, lack of transparency, and difficulty getting timely support when issues arise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RingEX?

I like RingEX because it's easy to use, user-friendly, and not complicated. This makes it really accessible for me and my team. I can use it on my phone, which is great for last-minute work tasks. It gives me easy access to team communication while keeping my personal messages private, a feature I appreciate a lot. What do you dislike about RingEX?

I think that setting up text messaging, at least in California, is a little bit complicated. And, I wish there was a little bit more guidance on how to set it up, with, you know, the customer service or our rep. Rather than having to, you know, have a specific IT person can set it up. I like that with RingEX, one number can be used for everything like voice, fax, and texting. We especially like the AI-assistant features; the summary of notes from calls is incredibly accurate.
