In some business meetings, when someone posts a link for everyone, instead of pinning the links automatically, they continue to scroll down as the conversation in chat proceeds, which causes you to miss a lot, having to scroll back and find a link. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like the most about Webex is how easy it was to get started. The setup didn’t take long, and it worked well across all the devices we use. We use it almost daily, and it’s reliable—meetings run smoothly, and the tools for screen sharing and breakout rooms help keep everyone engaged. Sometimes it takes a little longer to load meetings, especially when using it on older laptops. And while the mobile app is great for quick calls, it doesn’t offer the full experience you get on desktop. It would be great to have more consistency between the two. We use Webex in our organization to communicate with our peers. It helps us organize and create tasks and be able to connect with one another at ease. The app has a great easy interface and allows you to have a flow of communication within your company . You can share files, messages and even search back in history of the chat by using keywords. I notice Webex can help you communicate better within your team at work and allows you to be more transparent. There wasn't much downside of using Webex , the only thing is if you're using Webex and want to have the communication on other devices you must install the app on each device as this is not cloud based. As i use this product on daily basis, the main i faced in using this that its interface is quite complex for the first time due its vast features. Though it states its wide integration capabilities with other applications however its integration with other applications can only be scaled to which the application can support. For me Webex Suite stands out for its simplicity, I enjoy the screen sharing functionality, the security features that bolster privacy and data management, the easy to navigate interface, and the audio and video quality that make meetings and video conferences really nice. Sometimes I need to update the program because almost always I lost my synced contacts, not sure why but it's rally sad every time that happen Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The scaleability, ease of use and features the platform provides. We use WebEx 2-3 times a month for our monthly corporate meetings that has over 2-300 users logged in at a time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The main thing I don't like about WebEx is when they push out MAJOR updates to the GUI and don't give you a heads-up! I've been using their software for over 10 years now and still to do this day I can't share my screen and get rid of all toolbars and icons from the screen. Meaning the 2nd monitor (which is a projector in our main conference room) that I'm sharing in the meeting with our slide show always has a toolbar or icon in a way that I can't get rid of!!!
