"Reliable Tool for Team Communication and Collaboration"
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

We use Webex Suite in Infosys for meetings, calls, and team messaging, and it works reliably for daily communication. The audio and video quality are consistent, and features like screen sharing, recording, and chat make collaboration easier during meetings. It’s especially helpful for connecting with team members across locations and keeping communication organized in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

Sometimes Webex can feel a bit slow, especially when joining meetings or switching between features. The interface can also take time to get used to for new users. Occasionally, there are minor connectivity or audio issues depending on network conditions, which can affect the meeting experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable AI Features that actually save time daily"
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

I specifically rely on the automated meeting summaries and action item generation. In our department, we often have back-to-back sessions, and being able to catch up on a missed 30-minute call by reading a 2-paragraph summary is a game changer. The Cisco AI Codec also keeps the audio crystal clear even when I'm working on a spotty home Wi-Fi connection, which was a major pain point with our previous tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

Management of notifications across devices could be smoother. I sometimes find that I'll get a 'ping' on my desktop and mobile simultaneously even when I'm actively typing on my computer. I’d also like more granular control over rollover calls; currently, when my colleagues’ lines roll over to me, the ringing can be quite disruptive when I'm already deep in a separate task. "Smooth and Reliable Platform for Seamless Meetings and Collaboration"
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

With Webex meetings usually run stable without much disturbance, which helps during client discussions. Screen sharing works smoothly and makes it easier to explain points clearly. Chat and recording features also help when revisiting discussions later, especially when multiple meetings happen in a day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

There are times when the interface feels a bit heavy and not very intuitive, especially while switching between features during a live meeting. Occasional lag happens in longer calls or when network is not strong. Some settings and controls also take time to find, which slows things down during quick discussions. "Efficient Calling Solution with Room for Improvement"
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

I use Webex Suite every day at work for making over 70 outbound calls, and it's helpful in tracking each call and the time spent. I like how easy it is to copy and paste a phone number, so I can make lots of calls each day without manually typing in numbers. This feature helps me hit my call goals faster and save time on each call. The setup was pretty simple, and even after four years, I find it very easy to use and get accustomed to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

I wish I could silence all rollovers from my coworkers. It feels like my phone is constantly ringing from rollovers and it is loud when I'm on a call. I would love an option to silence all rollover calls, still have them pop up on my screen, but not make any noise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Webex Suite Keeps Group Discussions Orderly and Easy to Follow."
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

The Webex Suite is particularly helpful in scenarios in which multiple persons are supposed to talk without overlapping one another. I use this tool to moderate a discussion in which every individual has an equal opportunity to express their opinion, and in this way, it facilitates the process of keeping the discussion in order and understandable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

During big gatherings, there is sometimes a short interval at the beginning during which it might not be clear who is talking currently, and this necessitates identifying the speaker from time to time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good UI and integrations, but video calls and pricing ROI need improvement"
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

Webex Suite is good and the UI feels very similar to Microsoft Teams, but it still lacks some basic utilities. The Whiteboard integration is really helpful for quick brainstorming sessions and makes it easy to capture ideas on the fly. That said, video calls need a better upgrade, as the overall experience could be smoother. The quick calling feature is available, but I think it should be named something clearer, like Meet or similar, so it’s easier to understand at a glance. AppHub integration is also really helpful, especially the GitHub integration, since it lets me get quick insights without switching contexts. Premium plan is also reasonable but its not good ROI considering pricing of almost 100$. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

Need better call and support for web meetings, Along with audio and video well versed and covered. Vidcast seems to be forced on users which is no need for private meetings and org level Video and meetings platform. AI agent need more refinement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Robust Remote Collaboration with Powerful Video Meeting Tools"
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

Webex is a robust and capable solution for remote communication and collaboration. It works well across a wide range of devices, making it easier to stay connected and communicate effectively with business partners and providers. I like the different tools it offers for video meetings. screen sharing and remote assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

While the interface looks high-tech, the learning curve for its features can be longer than with similar apps. Also, as a macOS user, I found that (at least during the initial setup) getting it to work correctly could be challenging for beginners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A practical solution for meetings, messaging and Better Team Collaboration"
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

What I like most about Webex Suite is its ability to combine meeting, messaging, and collaboration into a single platform that supports everyday business communication very well. It stands out because it helps reduce the complexity of managing multiple communication tools and creates a more unified experience for teams. This is especially valuable in environments where employees need to stay connected across different departments or locations. I find it useful because it supports a variety of communication needs from scheduled meetings and presentations to quick team discussions and ongoing coordination. Adding these capabilities in one place helps improve work efficiency and collaboration. It makes me feel more organized on our platform, contributing to better alignment of our teams by making it easier to share, update, and communicate consistently. Webex stands out to me because it offers a dependable and well-rounded collaboration experience that supports both communication and productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

Webex Suite provides a solid communication and collaboration experience but there are still some areas where it could be enhanced. The platform can sometimes feel more complex and unexpected, particularly for first-time or less technical users. Navigating different tool settings and collaboration options may take some time. A more intuitive design could make adoption easier across teams. It could also benefit from a more streamlined experience when moving between meeting, messaging, and other collaboration functions. In some cases, simplifying workflows and making frequently used options easier to access would improve efficiency in day-to-day use. For administrators and larger teams, clearer setup controls and easier customization could also add value. Overall, Webex is effective for communication and collaboration, but further improvements in user interface and simplicity would make the platform even more efficient and accessible. "Instant, Reliable Collaboration Across Locations with Webex Suite."
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

Webex Suite turns out to be most effective when working with colleagues who happen to be located in other places than mine. With its help, I can easily contact them, show my screen when required, discuss current problems, and do all these things almost instantly and without delays of any kind. Moreover, the software is capable of handling lots of participants, which makes it very helpful in case of technical discussions involving many specialists. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

Sometimes there are situations when audio starts changing its devices, but it happens only when joining from another place and does not cause significant inconvenience for participants. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Collaboration with Reliable Meetings and Helpful AI Summaries"
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

What I like most about Webex Suite is how it brings everything I need for collaboration into one place. Instead of jumping between different apps for meetings, messaging, and file sharing, it’s all integrated and easy to access.

The meeting experience is also very reliable and smooth. Features like screen sharing, breakout rooms, and the ability to quickly join from a calendar invite make it really convenient, especially when working with teams remotely.

Another thing I appreciate is the AI features like meeting summaries and transcripts. They make it much easier to catch up on discussions if you miss something or join late. Overall, it just makes communication with colleagues feel more organised and efficient without being complicated to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

One thing I don’t really like about Webex Suite is that the interface can sometimes feel a bit cluttered and not as intuitive as it could be. When you’re trying to quickly find certain settings or features during a meeting, it can take a few extra clicks, which can be frustrating.

I’ve also noticed that joining meetings can occasionally feel slower compared to some other platforms, especially if the app needs to update or load plugins. Sometimes the desktop app and web version behave slightly differently as well, which can be confusing.

Another minor issue is that notifications and messages can be easy to miss when there are multiple spaces or threads active. It would be nice if there were clearer ways to prioritise or organise conversations. Overall it works well, but the user experience could feel a bit smoother and simpler.
