What I like most about Webex Suite is how it brings messaging, meetings, calling, and webinars together in one seamless platform. It feels very reliable, especially for large teams and enterprise environments. The security and compliance features are strong, which matters a lot for business use. I also appreciate the AI features, such as noise removal and meeting summaries, because they help improve productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One downside of Webex Suite is that it can feel complex and overwhelming, especially for new users. The interface isn’t always as intuitive as some competitors. It can also be more expensive for smaller teams. Sometimes performance depends heavily on network quality, which may affect meeting experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Most of the basic functions work nicely and reliably. Scheduling sessions, joining meetings, and managing a small number of participants is generally smooth, which really matters when coordinating across distant places. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One limitation I noticed while using the Webex Suite is coordinating a meeting when there are many participants. In particular, you can only view the participants who are visible on the main screen, and when someone is presenting their screen it becomes difficult to quickly scan what everyone is doing at once, which is possible in other video conferencing tools. Having a broader view of participants would make coordinating meetings much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like best about Webex Suite is its reliability and strong security, which makes it suitable for professional and enterprise use. Meetings are stable, and audio/video quality remains consistent even during longer discussions.
Another good aspect is that Webex Suite brings multiple collaboration tools together in one place, like meetings, messaging, and file sharing. This helps teams communicate and collaborate without switching between too many different applications.
I also find the meeting controls and host features very effective. Managing participants, screen sharing, and meeting settings is smooth, which is helpful during client calls, team meetings, and presentations. Overall, Webex Suite feels robust, professional, and dependable for day-to-day business communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing I dislike about Webex Suite is that it can sometimes feel heavy and resource-intensive, especially on older systems. During longer meetings, the application may consume more memory, which can affect performance.
The user interface, while powerful, can also feel a bit complex for new users. There are many features and options available, so it takes some time to get comfortable navigating everything, compared to simpler meeting tools.
Additionally, some advanced features are tied to higher-priced plans, which may not be ideal for smaller teams or organizations. That said, these drawbacks are mostly related to usability and cost, and overall Webex Suite remains a strong and reliable platform for enterprise communication. I like Webex Suite's stability and security, especially during long training sessions and large online classes. The user-friendly interface makes it easy for both trainers and participants to join and interact. I also appreciate how it helps us overcome distance and scheduling challenges by enabling smooth virtual classes, training sessions, and meetings. Webex Suite allows us to connect trainers, participants, and teams from different locations in real time, improving communication efficiency and reducing travel costs. The support for session recording is a great feature as well. The initial setup of Webex Suite was simple and quick, and we switched from Zoom Meetings because Webex Suite provides better stability. Performance can be affected on lower bandwidth connections, especially during large meetings. Additionally, some advanced features require better in-app guidance or tutorials to help users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Webex Suite's excellent balance of usability, dependability, and flexibility is what I appreciate most about it. Because of the user-friendly interface, regular users can easily collaborate, hold meetings, and send messages. Even in larger settings, implementation is simple, and the platform provides strong integration with enterprise systems, calendars, and current tools. Productive meetings are supported by Webex Suite's consistently high audio and video quality. Customer service is another important strength; when problems occur, the support staff is helpful, informed, and quick to respond. All things considered, Webex Suite facilitates effective communication, seamless teamwork, and reliable performance across groups and geographical boundaries. The thing I don't like about Webex Suite is that it occasionally feels resource-heavy and has performance problems. In comparison to more recent collaboration tools, the user interface may feel outdated, and some advanced features can be difficult to set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What stands out most about Webex Suite is how easy it is to work with on a day-to-day basis. The platform is straightforward and doesn’t feel overwhelming, even with all the tools it offers. Setup is relatively smooth, and users can start scheduling meetings, chatting, and collaborating without needing much guidance. Because everything is in one place and simple to access, it naturally becomes a tool people use regularly rather than only when they have to.
Another strong point is the range of features combined with dependable support. Webex brings together meetings, messaging, file sharing, and security in a single solution, which reduces the need for multiple apps. It also connects well with common workplace tools, making integration easier for most teams. When issues do come up, Cisco’s customer support is generally responsive, which helps teams stay productive and confident using the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing that could be improved about Webex Suite is that it can feel a little complex at first, especially for users who only need simple meeting features. The wide range of options means there’s a short adjustment period before everything feels familiar. At times, the experience can also vary depending on internet quality, but these are fairly minor issues in an otherwise solid and reliable platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Webex Suite is how seamlessly it brings meetings, calling, messaging, and customer interactions into a single, secure platform. The reliability of audio and video quality, even in low-bandwidth conditions, makes collaboration smooth and professional.
I also appreciate its strong enterprise-grade security, smart features like noise removal, live transcription, and AI-powered insights, and how well it integrates with business workflows. It feels purpose-built for organizations that need dependable communication, whether for internal collaboration or customer engagement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Webex Suite is that it can sometimes feel heavy compared to lighter collaboration tools. The interface has a learning curve for new users, and some features are buried under multiple menus, which can slow down quick actions.
It also tends to be more resource-intensive, especially on older systems, and occasional updates can change workflows unexpectedly. For smaller teams or simple use cases, it may feel more complex than necessary, and the pricing can be on the higher side compared to more lightweight alternatives. It is truly an all-in-one collaboration platform with excellent video and audio quality. Extremely capable but has learning curve; setup may feel complex for new users. Strong 24x7 enterprise support with high satisfaction score. Used daily across industries; especially strong for meeting-heavy teams. one of the most complete suits in the market with excellent integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Webex suite can feel comples to setup and its interface is something viewed as cluttered or less intuitive, leading to a learning curve for new users. Sometimes it feels laggy and mobile app freezes, especially on slower networks. The pricing and licensing confusing or costly for smaller teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like the high-quality screen sharing and annotation tools in Webex Suite. These features make virtual consultations just as effective as face-to-face meetings by enabling real-time collaboration on documents. I also value the end-to-end encryption and security features, which ensure that client data remains strictly confidential during collaborations. The integration with Outlook and Google Calendar is essential for me, as it auto-populates meeting links in my calendar and my clients' invitations, avoiding any confusion. Logging in and syncing my calendar was seamless, making the start-up process easy for me as a user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The desktop app can be quite resource-heavy. It sometimes slows down my laptop when I have other heavy applications open. Optimizing the app to use less memory would help maintain a smoother workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having used other applications for virtual meetings, using Webex on both PCs and smartphones has definitely improved the results we were looking for, which were stable communication, easy-to-use tools, and better control over the sessions that can be developed for our organization's work team. We honestly don't know why the whiteboard application opens a new window in the PC browser. Our humble opinion is that the whiteboard session could be displayed within the same initial window, but there must be a compelling reason why they use a different browser window.
