I like web conferencing in general because it improves flexibility. You don't have to be in the same location as someone to have that personal connection of talking and seeing them. You pick up more interpersonal cues than you would on a voice call alone. I like webex in particular because it's easy to use, you can choose to start an immediate meeting or schedule one for later, and the other person doesn't need an account or special skills to participate. They seem to not make all features available to all users. I'd like to use some of the more customized features, but they are blocked due to our plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The audio and video quality in WebEx is really great as compared to other platforms, it also has breakout rooms which makes team meetings easy during webinar or review meetings. Also unlike other platforms, here having an account is not mandatory to attend meetings which makes it more user friendly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is pricey as compared to other platforms specifically speaking about the international callings and even normal calls are expensive. Plus, you won't find much reactions or emoticons in this platform that others usually have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
