The most helpful part of Employment Hero is that it is all at your finger tips; from onboarding to employee management, ensuring policy compliance from employees to celebrating team wins.
The HR platform was easy to implement, and when required, the support team were able to quickly assist with any questions, queries or issues we were having, especially during the implementation which was a breeze to work through.

The only thing that we had issues with was the complexity of our Enterprise Bargaining Agreement and implementing that in the Payroll platform. Many rule sets had to be configured and tweaked to ensure they were working correctly, however, the support team were extremely helpful to help resolve whatever issues we encountered. One of the best features is the automation. It automatically calculates everything, from tax deductions to superannuation contributions, ensuring everything is accurate without the need for constant oversight. The integration with other HR features is seamless too, making it easy to manage employee records and stay compliant with the latest regulations. We recently moved from being a non-award entity to being under an award and I must say Employment Hero features has made this transition smooth. Easy personal info and employment related document storage. Easy ability to manage multiple entities with one login. We love the one button Employee Happiness Survey. Great leave approval and visibility. We use it in our businesses daily. Straight integration with Xero. Great onboarding tool. All 'round it's a robust people management solution. Ive recommended a couple of improvements in the past which have all come through to the web app so the team are clearly invested in producing a high-value product. Employment Hero makes managing and storing employee files so easy. Being able to track and update policies and performance reviews is also really helpful when managing an employees lifecycle. As the recruitment feature has developed significantly over the last couple of years it streamlines that whole process and makes sourcing and screening candidates much easier. With constant updates, it can be difficult to stay on top of it all. In the past it feels like the communication of these updates were lacking or delayed making it stressful when things are changing for employees and I don't have answers yet. The features of Employment Hero have changed the way we manage all aspects of recruitment, employee details, documents, performance, compliance, training, and employee recognition, to name a few. It has reduced our administration time in the People and Culture space and the regular support that we have been provided and continue to be provided is beyond anything I have had experienced any other platform.

From getting staff details digitally and being able to get rid of manual paper timesheets. Staff have access to their payslips on their phones and do not need me to download and print copies for them anymore.

My personal appreciation for this platform is: everything is available on my phone. I check my leave and make plans on the weekend with friends, and I don’t have to wait until Monday to give them a yes or no. I check, access and download my payslips in my hands when I need it and the tones of partnerships if simply amazing... (I’ve already used your program for flights)
