**What do you like best about Employment Hero?**

Employment Hero has significantly improved and streamlined many of our day-to-day HR and payroll processes, creating greater efficiency, visibility, and consistency across the business. It reduces the amount of manual administration required, minimises the risk of errors, and allows processes that were previously time-consuming to be completed far more efficiently.

From an operational and HR perspective, it assists greatly with maintaining compliance by ensuring accurate record keeping, employee documentation, leave management, payroll processing, and timesheet approvals are all managed within one centralised system. Having everything stored electronically also improves transparency, accountability, and accessibility for both managers and employees.

The system provides employees with direct access to important information such as payslips, leave balances, rosters, timesheets, policies, and employment documents, which encourages greater ownership and self-management. For managers, it allows improved oversight of staffing, attendance, approvals, reporting, and workforce trends across all sites.

Employment Hero also supports consistency in processes and expectations company-wide, ensuring that approvals, documentation, onboarding, disciplinary records, and compliance requirements are managed in a structured and professional manner.

Overall, the platform has helped modernise our systems, improve communication and workflow efficiency, support legislative compliance obligations, and reduce administrative burden across the business.

**What do you dislike about Employment Hero?**

One area I dislike about Employment Hero is the limited level of customisation available around visibility and workflow management. Certain functions feel disconnected and cannot easily be viewed together, which can make processes more time-consuming than necessary. For example, it would be highly beneficial to have timesheets integrated with leave visibility so managers can view attendance and approved leave within the same screen, rather than needing to move between multiple sections of the system. This would improve efficiency, reduce the chance of oversight, and create a more streamlined user experience.

**What problems is Employment Hero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to implementing Employment Hero, we utilised a highly manual system where many processes and reports were extremely time-consuming to complete. Since transitioning to Employment Hero, we have been able to significantly streamline our processes, improve overall compliance, and reduce administrative workload across the business.

The platform has created considerable time savings on a day-to-day operational level and has also provided strong support to other departments through improved visibility, reporting, and workflow management, which has been a fantastic improvement for the business overall.

Considering we've only been with Employment Hero just over a month, the time and service from you has been outstanding. You helped us start a new employee handbook, finalize our policies, and tighten up our contracts, which has been invaluable for future-proofing our business.1

I also spoke with Tom Brennan about some platform queries today, specifically regarding setting up our leave categories, and he was ever so helpful also.2

I was a bit worried at first as we did the self-implementation, and some parts felt uncertain, but once I got through to speak to you and Tom, I feel this was definitely the right choice.

the terminology of the training video showing how to use seem to be different to what is on the desktop, it seems not all videos have been updated, the AI doesn't seem to work consistently and I feel the support access isn't practical if you have an urgent problem. However because I have not had a great deal of time to explore I am unable to fully comment

**What problems is Employment Hero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am a standalone HR manager and im struggling to explore the system fully, we have had employees get blocked or locked out the system and I have sought advise but i am still waiting. The system set yup seems a little clunky and we have had a lovely advisor Cherry helping up, however this is going to be a slow process

**What do you dislike about Employment Hero?**

Support tickets sometimes take a long time to generate.
Go1 integrations can glitch. Support tickets take at least 24 hours to generate via EH queue. Then it takes ages (48 hours) before the actual Go1 integration problem is resolved.
Seek integration also does glitch. I've had a number of ads not go up. This tends to happen when I've made a typo or need to change the initial ad and the integration seems to glitch when trying to update the ad with the changes. I then need to call Seek to have the ad taken down and organise a refund.
The initial HR package also included legal advice. I'm not sure where we're at with that.

**What problems is Employment Hero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Administration of various HR functions is now able to done via a single portal. The tool is easy enough to be adapted and flexible enough to cope with changes.

**What do you like best about Employment Hero?**

Ease of use and the overall functionality look good in theory, but they still don’t feel fully put into practice.

**What do you dislike about Employment Hero?**

The performance review process feels limited. Booking review periods for employees is restrictive, and it doesn’t allow enough tailoring for different situations. The workflows are also cumbersome to set up and use, and the guides don’t provide enough detail to make the overall process clear. Permissions are another area that needs better explanation, especially when you’re in setup mode.

Also, if you onboard someone in one month and they don’t start until the following month, you still have to pay for them for both months, even though their system access isn’t available until their start date. This wasn’t explained upfront.

**What problems is Employment Hero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’re planning to use EH to automate the processes we currently manage manually. I’m also hoping the platform will deliver strong analytics to help us better understand and track what’s happening.
At this stage I'm not seeing a massive difference in automating our very manual processes (eg: performance reviews).
Employment has a team of support people based in Australia, we are located in the New Zealand, the support to date is vastly inadequate, the chat bot is useless when asking it a question that is more complex on how to set up an employee, almost every question is sends you in circles, suggest you always state human agent and then you get a person. When you do get a person they do not know their product at all and you will get a variety of answers by dealing with different people on the same issues.  They also close off tickets when not resolved or communicated theya re resolved.

It mostly helps streamline our HR Management, payroll.

Customer Service is average. Yesterday I was on the chat with 2 people who were trying to help me. They were completely unhelpful and the attitude seemed well that's all I can do and it was SLOW. Eventually I asked if I could be escalated. She then mentioned phone support. So after waiting over an hour on the chat I called. Phone call took approx 20mins waiting and then SARAH G sorted my issue in a few minutes. She was awesome. But by this stage I was unbelievably frustrated.

**What problems is Employment Hero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Honestly we use pretty simple features. I understand the self service model of the business. But if you aren't technically savvy like me, I'm unlikely to try new features that I have to teach myself to use. The platform isn't flexible at all which doesn't always suit us.

I like the fact that it is user friendly and easy for employees to navigate. The app is intuitive and user friendly. Desktop version is also visually nice and reasonably easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Employment Hero?**

There is a lot of functionalities that I was told at the sales stage that are available and customisable and they are not. I was surprised for example how limited custom reporting is, I worked on many HR systems before and none of them (maybe apart of BreatheHR) was so restrictive. You made the app and visually nice product, I would invest in building capabilities for HR teams now.

it is a great platform for leave management and storing of basic data.

  ### 8. Employment Hero Makes Onboarding and Recruitment Fast, Simple, and Organised

**What do you like best about Employment Hero?**

I really like how simple Employment Hero makes onboarding. Setting up new staff is quick and straightforward, which saves me a lot of time. The recruitment side is also great—it’s easy to create job ads, track applicants, and keep everything organised in one place.

I also love that, once everything is set up, the system syncs smoothly with payroll, so there’s no double-handling of information. The app is another big positive: staff can do about 90% of what they need directly through it without having to log into the website, which makes things much easier for them. 

It’s also really easy to create and upload policies, induction content, and other documents. There are still features I haven’t had the chance to use yet, like performance reviews, but that’s only because it’s just me in this role, not because the system is difficult.

I appreciate that Employment Hero is always updating and improving the platform. Support has been great too. At first, I wasn’t a fan of having to submit a ticket for everything, but now that chat support is available, getting help is much quicker.

**What do you dislike about Employment Hero?**

Processing the pay run isn’t as quick as I expected. It works, but it’s slower than I was led to believe. Our award also wasn’t available in the system initially, so it had to be built, which added extra time during the transition.

EH does offer some reporting capabilities, but the available fields are limited and don’t really meet our needs. The ability to create fully customised reports would make a big difference.

**What problems is Employment Hero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The transition from our previous provider took some time and effort, but we had support throughout the process. Once everything was set up, day-to-day use became very straightforward. I use Employment Hero daily for onboarding, expense claims, and managing leave, and we process payroll fortnightly, so having everything in one system makes a real difference.

Employment Hero has definitely saved me a lot of time compared to our old setup. Having onboarding, recruitment, payroll, leave, policies, documents, and general HR admin all in one place has made my workload far more manageable. It has reduced manual admin, improved consistency, and made HR tasks more efficient overall.

After two years we are moving along quite well with the system. Sometimes there are some things that may not go quite the way it was expected, but the EH team helped every step of the way.

**What do you dislike about Employment Hero?**

The chatbot feature can waste time as it continues to source solutions even if I ask to speak directly with a human.

**What problems is Employment Hero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm still not fussed on the chat bot. For basic problems it seems to work ok, but it does detract me away from my actual work after directly asking to speak with a human and needing to wait as it continues to sort solutions. I understand the system and if I am contacting, it is usually a case that I need to speak with someone. There are also work arounds online provided by EH, but most of these tutorials are not kept up to date. When a process changes, it should be updated immediately to the current process online as to not confuse the client using the system.

**What do you like best about Employment Hero?**

I use Employment Hero for both HR and Payroll, and I like that it provides real-time changes and updates which are really handy. It's great that our business only needs this one software for all our HR and Payroll needs, eliminating the necessity for other programs. I find it really user-friendly, and I've had fantastic 24/7 support. On payroll day, if there are last-minute changes to employee contracts, they can be immediately applied and flow through to payroll. I also appreciate how seamless the new employee onboarding is, and employees find it easy to use for both HR and Payroll. We did our own implementation and, although there were a few issues, they were quickly rectified with support and guidance from the Employment Hero team.

I really like that Employment Hero is very user-friendly. One of the best parts is how my staff can see their roster or payslips as soon as they're published, and they can apply for their leave through the app. It’s been a big step forward for us since now our staff can do these things anywhere and anytime, unlike before when they had to come into our venue. The app and online accessibility are fantastic features we didn't have with our previous software.

**What do you dislike about Employment Hero?**

Our staff are unable to use the shift swapping or shift bidding functions because they are using the HR platform & it is on,y available in the payroll platform,. It would be very useful if it was integrated into both sides of Employment Hero. The initial setup required a lot of time to create Excel spreadsheets and input data with all staff details.

**What problems is Employment Hero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Employment Hero lets us see rosters and payslips online and apply for leave easily, saving us from having to visit the venue physically. It's a big improvement for our staff, providing flexibility to access these anywhere, anytime. With the introduction of weekly superannuation payments we are waiting on a SAFF file to be created as this is the format type required by AustralianSuper from July 1st.

I like Employment Hero for its seamless onboarding function, template library, docs management, and compliance tracking. These features save a lot of time for me by reducing the need for manual HR activities. With just a few clicks, I can issue contracts, onboard employees, and send relevant induction content, which streamlines the entire hiring to offboarding process.

**What do you dislike about Employment Hero?**

Development- 1:1 module. It’s hard to get through its workflow and managing to make it work. A common headache for people managers i would say.

Employment Hero automates manual HR workflows, such as issuing contracts and onboarding in a few clicks, saving time on HR activities with its seamless onboarding, template library, docs management, and compliance tracking.

**What do you like best about Employment Hero?**

It has significantly improved our holiday management processes and boosted employee satisfaction, as staff can now view their own holiday balances and manage time off far more conveniently.

Once implemented, the system is straightforward to use. It has also made managing employee information much more efficient, while improving the accuracy of our record-keeping.

**What do you dislike about Employment Hero?**

The link between payroll and HR for holidays seems unnecessary, and continues to be very frustrating as it causes delays in processing payroll. We would prefer holidays to sit within the HR platform only. 

We’re not even using half of the features because the setup of new features is complicated and unless you have a degree in computer programming it is very difficult to follow set up processes. That said, once everything is set up properly, the system is good and straightforward to use.

Customer support and account management could still be better, but they are improving all the time. It’s much easier to speak to a person than it used to be. When issues come up, they resolve problems quickly, and communication is good throughout the process.

Reporting is quite limited and could be better.

It has improved our record keeping across HR and Payroll. 

Holiday management is now so much easier, especially the fact that employees can self-manage their bookings and balances.

It is easier to get an overview of the workforce.

Employment Hero has helped us to move and maintain all our processes to a paperless module and we seamlessly are able to do everything online. It has helped us digitalize everything and the onboarding and offboarding are straightforward processes now. It is a breeze in term of compliance management. The ongoing feature developments and communications around it are great.

Few product updates are made and the system looks and feels slightly different from an user perspective. This gets a little confusing till we get used to the changes. This is only a minor issue, nothing major.

Mainly administrative workload has reduced. recruitment and compliance features are great too.

**What do you like best about Employment Hero?**

It's free (I am using the Free Payroll option), it's simple to set up and use. It connects to HMRC and so keeps us compliant. 
The support is excellent - I had to ask for help a couple of times and got prompt and helpful responses.

**What do you dislike about Employment Hero?**

The only thing we are missing in the Free Payroll option is to be able to auto-calculate annual leave accrued, as we have lots of part-time staff who can work different hours week to week. To combat this, I have created a simple spreadsheet where we can record each member of staff's weekly hours and the spreadsheet will do the running calculations for us, which works just fine but obviously would be simpler if it could all be handled within Employment Hero. 
I understand there are paid subscription options that would grant us this facility though.

**What problems is Employment Hero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had a lot of issues trying to set up the payroll on our accounts software and found Employment Hero whilst looking for  alternative options. Employment Hero was easy to set up and does what we need it to do - with the added benefit that the Free Payroll option is completely free to use! (Whereas, we would have incurred a cost per employee if we had used our accounts software), so it saves us money too!

I really like that after we upgraded our plan in Employment Hero, it opened up many more features for us, which seem promising for future use. The additional workflows and different types of performance reviews that we can set up now are really helpful. Managing expenses and creating policies has become easier, and the Recruitment section has improved significantly. Our initial setup was a bit hard for the field staff, but now everyone is happily using it. The support is great too; when I had an issue with creating an expense category, both the AI and a human agent helped solve it swiftly.

Allowances are not being tracked in the HR platform, hence the Payroll platform has no option to sync that part from the HR platform except by manually adding them, which I think could be improved. Also, the initial setup was a bit hard for the field staff.

Also, I found the simplicity of the two-factor authentication to be quite good, especially with how it was explained. The app is brilliant, and now that I'm using the laptop version, I think that is brilliant too.

I couldn't get Employment Hero on my laptop and could only access it via the app on my phone. This made it okay to request time off, but I couldn't write the review on the app. It took a long time, a good few hours, yesterday. Starting on the laptop version took a long time, might possibly be simplified, but I'm not sure how. It's all good, but this was a bit of a hurdle.

Employment Hero is a user-friendly platform and offers great support via the in-app Help chat and the Help Centre, where there are good webinars and tech advice. The initial roll-out process was very smooth and it's a very easy product to use and the team are very communicative and prompt in responding whenever I've had questions about additional features and special offers, etc.

**What do you dislike about Employment Hero?**

A few colleagues had some recurring issues where they got stuck in a 2FA circle for a while, which was inconvenient, but this was eventually resolved. There is sometimes a little more time needed to navigate and administrate Learning courses for our team but this is more an issue with the Go1 experience rather than EH itself.

**What problems is Employment Hero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Employment Hero is very helpful in solving the problems of accurately tracking annual leave, ensuring company docs are available in an obvious, easy-to-access location and tracking when company policies are acknowledged and by who. This reduces a lot of admin investigative work re: leave taken and simplifies the process of updating company docs and ensuring that everyone is aware of their location, reads and acknowledges them. It has also helped with performance reviews, ensuring a more streamlined process where notes are archived easily and reviews can be accessed by the appropriate people only. It is also very easy to update if there are discrepancies in annual leave or new policies need to be uploaded or if Admin permissions need to be assigned or removed.

Shift replacements in rostering is horrible, sales team sold us a product different to what we got, told certain aspects could be done to find out it couldn't be. Implementation was horrible, EH staff would keep coming suggesting changes which made me go back to square 1. We turned off HR for a while which we were paying for but no one could get it all to work together. The minimum 2 year contract is horrible when EH doesn't do what we were promised it would do especially from the rostering and timesheet point of view. Then some aspects of payroll is really poor, such as no flag for if an adult enters on their tax form they are under 18 and don't need to provide a tax file number. Lots of manual checking for a system we pay huge amounts of money to use. The upselling when using the website is also horrendous. When you're going in to complete a quick task the product appears like a sales ad rather than something you're processing. Upselling is insane for a product already so expensive. Especially the new push to change to their super product when there is already an inbuilt one we are paying for.

Onboarding to the platform is straightforward. I like being able to add contractors within a team and manage their pay and leave in one place. Viewing payslips and adding to-do lists is a nice bonus, and I’ve been using those features a lot.

**What do you dislike about Employment Hero?**

As a manager, the most important things for me are being able to view my team and manage their leave. I’d also prefer a simple home page that lets us show or hide multiple sections of the tool.

That said, the UI/UX isn’t the best. The home page, in particular, feels a bit overwhelming at first glance. I also didn’t need to use the AI features. It would be great to have multiple profiles, along with the ability to customise the home screen and hide unwanted elements so it stays clean and minimalistic. Given my role in the company, I don’t think I’ll ever use the AI features.

**What problems is Employment Hero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the previous tool I used, we couldn’t add offshore contractors, so we had to rely on Excel sheets to manage their annual and sick leave. Employment Hero bridged that gap by letting us add contractors, which now saves a lot of manual effort. I no longer have to keep checking Excel sheets for leave balances or double-checking invoices against leave records.

I like that all legislative requirements are updated, there is lots of information given regards changes that are about to take place and the support provided online has always been helpful. The platform itself is easy to navigate through.

Sometimes it would easier to speak to someone about an issue. There are some things that we are still doing manually which can be improved with some support so some fellow up communication from the team
would be great. Also, if some improvements in such areas as the ability for managers only see only their team members leave on the planner would be helpful and timesheets sorted by normal time and overtime separately would also be great. The ability to link leave with timesheets so hours are corrected automatically, and a report to show anyone that has not clock in and out for the day and way to see accrued RDO time would also be great.

Employment Hero is great helping the business stay up to date all legal requirements very easily example the new super changes they have the system ready for use before the deadline in July so users can start practicing the way it will be processed. No doubt that EH is a complex piece of software.  It has to be to cater for so many industry groups.  It took at least 12-18 months before I felt confident in using its features.  I value support.  The Help Bot feature has been surprisingly helpful.  Quite often it has been able to help us with our enquiries and if not, we usually get a prompt response from a support member via the chat feature.  They are then able to supply us with links to the additional information we require.

**What do you dislike about Employment Hero?**

We have had some slow responses when we wanted to get features of our program turned off or changed.

**What problems is Employment Hero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is providing us confidence in the compliance side of payroll.  We are able to run Better Off Overall Tests (BOOT) to ensure we are meeting our payroll obligations as per industry awards. EH's Pay Condition Rule Tests enable us to generate the reports we need to complete this on a regular basis.

The reporting processes are not the best, example when getting report on expense claims approved, I can't see on the report the timestamp and the name of the person who approved it, same for timesheet report. When entering weekly timesheet, would be a useful to be able to copy across from previous week. The timesheet posting does not connect to Leave request, it should be connected!
Expense claims, very time consuming for approvers to individually open each attachment, causes delays in approvals, as a result caused delay in payment and frustration to staff. Not able to general PDF report showing approved time and approver name for records keeping purposes. The expense claim ca also be edited even after approved, this causes confusion and end up waiting time to double check (to ensure no double payment is made) Frustrating!

Once set up correctly, everything is laid out so we don't run the risk of underpaying, and we can customise rule sets to suit our particular industry needs.  The HR system has taken our small business HR to a higher standard and streamlined our onboarding and reviews processes.

Whilst we found that in our set up phase support was fast responding, once we went live we found it more difficult to reach support.  The AI bot only goes so far, and often gets answers mixed up between the two platforms, but you can't get to human support until you've exhausted the AI bot.

I really like that Employment Hero is a one-stop shop, making it easy to use and implement. It’s great for staff as they can update leave, tax, and super, submit leave requests, view their details, and change their addresses effortlessly. We can onboard, off-board, and hire staff, plus it's linked with our accounts package for seamless payroll processing. We can use it across multiple countries, and it tracks important metrics like sickness and absence. Additionally, I appreciate having everything in one place, including demographics, reporting, and contract writing. The online accessibility is a big plus too.

Yeah. As we used it in its infancy, the performance review section wasn't as fully developed. We had a lot of teething problems. We weren't able to have one template and tweak it, so we had to create multiple templates for multiple individuals, creating a lot of work in that aspect. There were a few problems because it was in its infancy, trying to roll out too much too quickly. It didn't fully do what we wanted, and it didn't cater for all users or requirements.

It's not their fault, it's just difficult to resolve issues through email. We'd be happy to pay for a service where we could speak to someone on the phone to resolve our issues. The turnaround time when going back and forth over email is also an issue, particularly when the matter is urgent. If we could speak with someone we could also ask additional questions that would enable us to gain a better understanding of our system which would reduce the need for support in the future. I cannot emphasise enough how big of an issue this is for us, so much so we're considering moving away from employment hero for this reason only.

I like the interface and ease of finding the right options on the platform.

**What do you dislike about Employment Hero?**

There is limited flexibility in some features, particularly when formatting performance review questions. We were unable to achieve the layout we wanted and had to compromise in several areas.
The 1:1 engagement check‑ins are also quite confusing and not very intuitive to use.
Telephone support being available only on the most expensive plan is not ideal, especially when timely support is critical.
The implementation phase, particularly the initial setup, is crucial for the ongoing use of the platform, especially for payroll. In our experience, it took around five months to get things set up correctly, which is far from ideal. As a result, we had to continue using our previous payroll system for an extended period, effectively doubling our workload.
While the implementation process initially appeared straightforward, it became increasingly complicated as we progressed. The stages were not well structured or thoughtfully laid out, which added to the complexity and frustration.

**What problems is Employment Hero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides a single platform for HR and Payroll which is what we were looking for. This offers greater visibility of staff goals, performance, HR related objective tracking for both employer and employee. The staff and management are liking the increases visibility and easier admin.

I really like Employment Hero for its ease of use and functionality. It's great how it integrates so well with our Payroll system. It's also easy for employees to find information, complete their onboarding details, and keep their information up to date throughout their employment. I also appreciate the built-in ability to run and customize reports if necessary. The initial setup was pretty easy, which was a big relief.

**What do you dislike about Employment Hero?**

I think there needs to be more training on new features and how to implement them. I'd love to start using workflows better, but I don't understand enough about them to use them confidently. It would be great to get sessions on how to use certain functions better. Also, we used to use the recruitment feature, but after the kerfuffle with SEEK, we stopped using it, and now our line managers don't want to move back to Employment Hero.

Employment Hero simplifies settings, helps activate new features, and integrates with Payroll. It's user-friendly for employees to find info, complete onboarding, stay updated, and run customizable reports.

From an HR perspective, it has reduced a lot of manual work. We used to print and manage contracts manually, but now everything is online, which saves so much time. Onboarding new employees has become much easier and more streamlined. I also really like that any changes made in HR flow directly through to payroll, so there’s no need to deal with manual forms like before.

One downside is that some features we previously relied on have been decommissioned. As a premium member, we used to be able to initiate new employee file changes, requisitions, and onboarding approvals, but that’s no longer going to be available.

I use Employment Hero for rostering, and I find it pretty simple to use. It’s also easy for staff to see and understand their hours, and I had no issues when setting up my account. Customer service is good once you’re able to speak with a support person.

I don't like the lack of a clear distinction between casual and permanent staff. There's no way to see people's FTE easily. It's also difficult to set up warnings. Thier support AI isn't very helpful and most times I need to speak with a human to get things solved

I find Employment Hero simplifies rostering by making it easy to see FTE and for staff to know their hours. It's pretty simple to use.

As a small business that doesn’t hire often, the constant emphasis on recruitment features isn’t really necessary for us and can feel a bit intrusive. Another issue is with the Xero integration, when an employee submits a leave request, it syncs correctly to Xero, but if the leave request is cancelled, it doesn’t remove the entry from Xero. This creates extra manual work to keep everything accurate and aligned.

Fails to deliver on some pretty fundamental things with leave, rosters, API compliance, terminations and workflow automation.  An opaque development system and unresponsive management provide no confidence that the paying consumer is ever actually being attended to.  No easy ATS migration from previous system means duplicating the entire database manually.

I really appreciate how user-friendly Employment Hero is, making it easy for team members to step in and manage payroll during employee absences. The how-to documents are great because they provide guidance on everything I need to know. Technical support is actioned quickly, which is a big help. I also find the automation of employee onboarding and tracking of leave requests, personal details, salary increases, and casual timesheets valuable, as it reduces manual work. Lodging STP is straightforward, and the entire payroll process is easy. We transitioned from MYOB Advanced Payroll to Employment Hero because reporting and the complete process are simpler, and setting it up was really easy with the assistance of the Employment Hero team, who provided training and support during the initial months.

**What do you dislike about Employment Hero?**

I don't like that if a leave request was reversed in payroll that you cannot delete it from the leave records in the HR side. This prevents employees from keeping a fully accurate record of their leave.

Employment Hero automates and tracks employee onboarding, manages leave requests and salary increases, and simplifies payroll. It's user-friendly, lessens manual work, and allows easy team operation when others are absent.

I'm just an end user, I'm not a person who implemented so I cannot talk about ROI or pricing as I don't have knowledge of it. When I have questions or issues the HR person find answers very quiclky so I assume support is good or the HR persona has good knowledge.
