Employment Hero was easy to implement and thereafter easy to use. We use it for both HR and payroll, opting for the platinum package. I am using this on a daily basis and have found it has helped streamline onboarding, management of personnel details and management of payroll. Customer support staff are always friendly. Integration with outlook for calendar management is great. Regular system updates occur supporting continuous improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have found a few technical issues with the app but the support team are always quick to look into it and to provide a solution or raise it with the technical team to improve. I think there needs to be some consideration around profiles for Executive Assistants to allow them to make updates on behalf of executive staff. The option to default visibility of staff calendars would be great too (when an admin approves), as at the moment it only displays direct reports with you having to switch the view each time to all staff.
