The app is super handy and has an easy-to-understand interface. Adding money is a quick task. The interlink/ implementation between machines and scanning is super quick. One odd positive thing I'd like to add is that the app runs with minimum internet connectivity too. The machines in my building are in the basement and unless you're connected to the building wifi, there's barely any mobile data coverage but still, the app manages to run smoothly. The prices could definitely be cheaper. The full use costs 6 pounds for a single use. Suppose the frequency of use of the machine is 10 times a month, that's 60 pounds which is not a small sum for the services it provides. Cutting the prices by 20 to 40 per cent would certainly prompt more people to use it.

While the app is good, some functions are faulty or buggy. Like whenever I try to check the remaining timings, it simply crashes. Also, sometimes it fails to scan or start a machine after scanning or will show a machine is in use when it's not. Timely troubleshooting of bugs will make the functions run smoothly.
