They've really made a good mix between self-service and help is there when you need it and easy to access. They have webinars, training and knowledge bases that have everything we have needed and people to tak to if we need more.
There is zero customer service, the "purchase computers and manage devices through this application" is a complete waste of time, the products available are always inaccurate, the computers never get to new employees in time. there is no reason to purchase...
What I like the best about Warp is that how easy it is to use. I've tried a couple of other platforms but Warp is the easiest to implement for me. Warp has been very helpful, it makes my work easier and more efficient in a fast-paced work environment.
Charges $125 (3 times as much as Gusto). Horrible support (50% gets ignored and requires follow-up, 25% just gets ignored). I've been trying to downgrade to a single state account for 1 month now over 3 emails.
