International salary transfers are easy to complete, the timing is clear, and the money usually transfers in just a couple of minutes. I really like Deel Payroll because it makes the payment process smooth and seamless for me as an international contractor. I've never had any issues receiving my payments from another country. I also appreciate its flexibility and the advance feature, which is a great help for handling emergencies. I use Deel as a software engineering intern at Kaya AI, where my stipend is paid through Deel as a contractor. What I like most is that the whole process sits in one place. I would also like to see more seamless integrations with other HR and finance tools because this could reduce the need for manual data handling. Advanced reporting and automation would also be useful especially if the platform could spot potential payroll issues early or give more actionable insights.

Finally faster resolution, for complex support requests would improve the overall experience. The core payroll functionality is useful. Eu acho muito interessante a possibilidade de escolher em qual moeda receber e dividir meu pagamento, com uma parte convertida para minha moeda e outra mantida em dólar ou convertida para qualquer moeda. Também é muito interessante poder usar o cartão para pagamentos internacionais, o que ajuda a economizar no câmbio. What I like the most is the customer service, I had an issue with a withdrawal, I transferred a low amount to Revolut bank, they never recognized the transfer, I reported this issue to Deel and they assisted me right away, making simple the process and solving the issue (Deel acknowledged my concern, asked for evidence and then reimbursed the money back to my account in a few days. The only thing I dislike about Deel is the commission that I have to pay every time I withdraw money, also the currency rate is lower than expected, for example if $1 USD exchange is $17 MXN, Deel exchanges for $16 MXN.
