"What I like best about Hootsuite is its ease of use and ease of implementation. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, even for beginners, and setting it up with all our social media accounts was quick and smooth. I also appreciate the wide number of features it offers—from post scheduling and content planning to analytics and team collaboration. The ease of integration with other tools like Canva and Google Drive makes my workflow more efficient. Plus, their customer support is responsive and helpful when needed. What do you like best about Hootsuite?

I love the ease of scheduling posts and finding data in reports that would otherwise take me forever on individual channels. The reporting is more reliable than Meta and X which changes too often and without reason. What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

The interface can be improved. I use tagging for reporting, and there's no easy way to add a tag after a post is published. When I export reporting, it's not turkey to be able to to share it with others on my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hootsuite solves the need to hop around 4-5 different social media channels because scheduling and reporting can all be done in one place. I still like to check the newsfeeds and messages on each social media platform but without Hootsuite, it would take me hours more to pull monthly reports and schedule posts. What do you like best about Hootsuite?

Hootsuite's platform makes it extremely easy for me to plan social media posts across all of our platforms in a time-efficient manner. I use Hootsuite one to two times a week to schedule our posts. It was easy for me to learn how to navigate the platform and setting up the integration to our various social media platforms was a breeze. What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

I have to juggle multiple roles within the company and Hootsuite allows me to take care of our social media needs in an effective manner. What do you like best about Hootsuite?

Hootsuite makes it easy to schedule content in advance for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, keeping us consistent without having to post manually every day. The bulk scheduling tool has been a time-saver, allowing us to focus on engagement and strategy rather than daily posting. One of our key goals in 2025 is to increase our Instagram following by 10%, Hootsuite helps track our progress with clear analytics on follower growth, engagement, and top-performing posts.

What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

While scheduling standard posts is seamless, we’ve found that Instagram stories and reels require more manual effort. Hootsuite provides reminders to post them, but it doesn’t fully automate the process. Tagging accounts also seems to be an issue through Instagram and sometimes Facebook.

The basic analytics are helpful, but to access deeper insights (like competitor benchmarking or advanced reporting), we’d need to upgrade to a more expensive plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hootsuite is helping me work with my marketing team in a way where everything is centralized, and able for everyone to locate, edit, and input ideas. What do you like best about Hootsuite?

I love that I can schedule posts to mulitple platforms. This allows me to sit down one time and schedule to have my business promoted for several days which frees up time for me to do other things! What do you like best about Hootsuite?

We love Hootsuite for reporting, tracking ad performance, creating relationships with customers for our clients, and how easy it is to use! We use this tool every day. The support we get for Enterprise is top quality and efficient. We had a very smooth integration and implementation process with the help of our account support person. Cuts our workload in half for our team. This allows our team to spend more time in other areas of our clients' business, such as building relationships, spending more time on quality graphics, and administrative duties. What do you like best about Hootsuite?

Hootsuite is a good starter program for social media management. The calendar feature is useful to be able to plan out content for a couple of days. The approval tool is nice and helps for content needing approval. The stream is an interesting way to see content laid out. Analytics is relatively useful except for its slight quirks and limitations. Customer support is quick and they have a lot of videos for training. I've attended some of their webinars as well, which have been relatively useful. We use this relatively often and I use the tags features on a daily basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

The create feature is nice, except the design tools in the software are limited. The Canva extension is useful, but the fact that you can't log in is frustrating because it won't save your design. What do you like best about Hootsuite?

We use Hootsuite now after using Sprout Social for several years. We've found that Hootsuite allows our team to manage workload easier by having the ability to cross-post to nearly all platforms at one time for each of our clients. Also, managing private messages and comments takes less time from our team members each day, including Hootsuite's ability to filter and automate responses to certain types of messages. What I have been most impressed with is Hootsuite's customer account team and implementation processes. We have had dedicated people that are always there when we need them and are very helpful when we come across issues. We use Hootsuite every single day, at all hours of the day to manage content publishing. It is very easy to train employees to use. With our plan, we can integrate as many social media accounts as we need into Hootsuite. We also love the reporting and analytics tools, as it can separate organic posts vs paid/sponsored posts. I love being able to customize my reports and format it to fit each client's needs to show the most powerful data and results that make an impact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

There are only a few things:

1. Facebook sharing

2. Filtering out/Removing spam and malicious links in comments/messages (also reporting spam/banning user)

3. Change cover photos/profile pictures

4. A big one: white-labeling reports. We can have our logo, yet they still all show Hootsuite on them.

5. We can't see or respond to Facebook reviews!

Posting on multiple platforms for each client. We don't have to sign in and out of every single account to make posts, so we can schedule ahead and even promote the ad all in one step. This saves our team members so much time to be able to give extra support in other areas for our clients. Our clients also love the easy to understand and custom reports we give them each month from Hootsuite. This saves us again from going into each account and platform to pull analytics one by one.
