1. When I choose "Optimove template" I know that there will be a certain group of people specified in Optimove. But at the end of preparing a push in "Review & Launch" tab there is different numer of people. Xtremepush has been greatly useful in drawing user attention to certain promotions that would generally be ignored if they were present as text on page. The platform is very easy to use and the A/B testing capability it comes with is very valuable. Also very happy with the support we get from the team on building out custom requirements. Recent studies show pop ups are discouraged by users, and one of the main features Xtremepush offers is the ability to show them. I would hope to see capabilities to add dynamic on-page elements too. Moreover, the fact that the service is totally based on cookie acceptance not only limits our ability to target 100% of our users, but also the value we could get out of this platform if we were to introduce a 'Reject all' button on the cookie banner for instance.
