Good response time for Support tickets raise - quality of response pretty good. **What do you dislike about Xtremepush?** Biggest frustration is the amount of time it takes to review the Audience before activating the campaign. Sometimes I'm waiting 40-60 mins for an Audience of 3000 customers which is just not good enough. Analytics section not particularly helpful as stats don't align with Business KPIs. Accuracy of the data in the Analytics section also sightly questionable. Don't have the ability to copy Content Templates (such as Emails) to another Project area (for example from UAT /Test Environment to Prod). Frustrating as you can do this at Campaign level.
