Occasionally, while using Xtre­mepush, I encounter situations whe­re the user inte­rface can feel ove­rwhelming, especially whe­n there are multiple­ active campaigns. What do you like best about Xtremepush?

- Very user friendly interface, easy to navigate.

- Customer Support is very quick to respond and is always extremely helpful. The XP team as a whole are very accomodating. There hasn't been an issue yet where we didn't find a solution or a suitable work around.

- Allows us to send more personalised comms to our members across email, SMS, push notifications via web/app.

- Journey builder is excellent. Very easy to segement our members so we can send the right message to the right members at the right time. We can add reactive messaging into this journey also which is very helpful i.e. if a member doesn't open an email, we can react by sending them an SMS etc.

- Allows us to contact large volumes of members quickly and easily which is particularly important for time critical messaging. With our old platform we had to wait days for lists to be compiled and validated. Now we can pull our own lists directly from the platform to send within a matter of minutes.

- Event triggered campaigns is something we never had prior to Xtremepush. We can now create campaigns very quickly and easily by targeting our members and also non-members who perform certain actions on our website/app etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xtremepush?

Any dislikes are minor in comparison to the benefits this platform has afforded us.

-Would be great to have separate folders for different departments across the business instead of one long list of any and all campaigns, drafts etc. The labels help with this somewhat but folders would be ideal.

- More analysis on SMS campaigns. At present, we can only see total number delivered and bounces. Click through rate on any links is not visible.

- When creating a template you have to save inside the 'edit template' mode and then again once outside the template, otherwise work is lost. We have gotten used to this now but could be more easy to save.

- In the multi-channel journey builder, if we want to change the time in a wait step so that the member gets the email earlier or later than we planned originally, members who are already in the journey will receive the email as per the old time we had in place even if they haven't yet reached that step in the journey. Only new members who enter the journey after the change has been made will get the email within the new timeframe we have chosen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Xtremepush solving and how is that benefiting you?

One stop shop for all our campaigns and analytics. We used to have a platfrom solely for emails and a separate platform for SMS. We can now send emails, SMS, push notifications all from the one place and the cherry on top, we can include them all as part of the one campaign in the journey builder if we want. This centralised comms tool has allowed us to become more efficient and ensures that all our comms are following consistent brand guidelines.

We now have a single view of the customer. We can create personalised, data-driven customer experiences. We can identify the most effective comms channel, improve tactical campaign measurement. As a result of the capabilities on Xtremepush around AB testing, advanced segmentation and personalisation, we have seen a significant boost in engagement, compared to our campaigns pre Xtremepsuh. XP is one of the most hands-on tools. With the straightforward UI, it makes it very easy to build campaigns.

With very little training, the tool can be used easily in day-to-day activities.

There is always a scope for improvement. More detailed documentation could help in a better understanding of the tool.

What do you like best about Xtremepush?

Easy to use marketing tool, we got a lot of support to integrate the system with our internal bonus tool and the integration was completed within the planned timeframe. I use it daily for building one-off campaigns and automated journeys. Xtremepush is flexible with adding extra atrributes that we need for segmenation purpouses. Their onboaridng process is standardized to some extent, that before you know it you;re on a riding train.... even if your own organization iss not 100% prepared for it... Also, invoicing starts by onboarding, not by production deployment... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very intuitive campaign builder making it quick and easy to create new and edit existing templates.

Can sometimes take a long time to import user profiles when dealing with large amounts of data.

No ability to easily copy an API triggered template to a single-stage template and vice-versa.

What do you like best about Xtremepush?

At my workplace, using XtremePush especially to send reminders to our customers about bonuses that they didn't use till now. I make reports on how pushes affect on response and without a doubt it gives my work a proper boost and encrease work results in its last stage.

I appreciate that Xtremepush collaborates with Optimove, so I can easily draw conclusions about my work and immediately make reactions due to them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xtremepush?

I would appreciate the option in creating new campaign that doesn't need for me to pick separately chanels IOS and Android, as I see it useless, because we always pick both of them to contact all of our targeter customers. Maybe this option could be set by default (both channels, but with the option to uncheck box one or both channels).

I would appreciate the option when selecting Default action to pick "Go to Deeplink", XtremePush could allow pick deeplink from saved drafts and edit the draft as needed.

Creating campaing -> Restrict delivery -> app push environments -> iOS -----> we always make unclick checkbox Sandbox App, as we don't need it most of the time. I think it would be helpful if this checbox would be unchecked by default. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Xtremepush?

What do you dislike about Xtremepush?

While the platform is excellent there are some limitations to what we are able to utilise as a company. We have trouble linking user identifiers with XtremePush to send targeted campaigns.
