What do you like best about Xtremepush?

This product is all you need for online real-time or scheduled communication with customers or visitors on your website or mobile app. The implementation is as easy as it can be, offers a wide range of channels to choose from, works very well, and is very reliable. As a matter of fact, I don't realize there was a single time when there was any downtime, an issue with campaign execution. Plus, you get a well-organized customer support service. What do you dislike about Xtremepush?

There is currently nothing that comes to my mind. There indeed is potential when it comes to analytical data and insights. I can see some potential there, but I'm sure the product team already recognizes this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Xtremepush?

Having worked with multiple providers in my career, I can honestly say working with the xtremepush platform is the easiest. The whole system is easy to navigate, creating customer audiences and sending campaigns is intuitive. Once campaigns are launched, there is a rich set of analytics that will help you understand performance.

What do you like best about Xtremepush?

Xtremepush proved to be a great addition to our MarTech stack from the get-go. The 100% uptime experience, the simple yet intuitive UI, and the excellent service are reasons why Xtremepush has been our partner of choice for over three years (since early 2019).

It’s an empowering tool, giving our marketers the much-needed self-sufficiency for setting up and managing multiple projects from a unified UI while connecting various marketing channels to a single push pipeline.

Their API enabled a convenient integration with other platforms we use, and their powerful analytics made it easy for us to track the channel functionality on all levels.

Their API documentation is straightforward, the SDK setup is easy, they offer detailed product documentation with guides and best practices to get you started, but what truly makes a difference is their responsiveness. Their support service is super prompt and professional. Furthermore, our dedicated Customer Success Manager always made us feel we are a valued customer.

What do you dislike about Xtremepush?

Since we integrated their service with a 3rd party automation hub, we can't use all the features available in Xtremepush UI. Advanced analytics, TTL on a message level or web inbox messaging (available under the same SDK) are things we are missing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Although we use their service primarily for push messaging, Xtremepush was a game-changer for our marketing strategy, allowing us to re-engage customers in a personalized, timely, and meaningful way. I have worked in the CRM world for over a decade, leading teams in telco, banking, and now online gaming. Having worked with Xtremepush this last year, not only do they have a robust product, able to create a true omni-channel approach for a best in market customer experience, but their service, delivered by two senior account managers in particular, Jenna Gorgone and David Humber, is second to none.
