What do you like best about Xtremepush?

I love how easy it is to navigate. The user experience is made a lot easier through the straightforward nav bar and template setup pages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xtremepush?

I'm not a huge fan of the dashboard. I think more detail is required. I also don't like how the campaign is auto-set at 13 hours to run. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Xtremepush?

Maxemail is still my favourite email marketing platform. The Xtremepush team are so responsive and always solve any issues really quickly. We're able to integrate our internal systems to create engaging, personalised marketing collateral for our users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Xtremepush?

It's been two years, 8 months since we started using Xtremepush, and our main focus has been App and Web push notifications. The experience has been amazing because the interface is user-friendly and the dashboard is easy to use. The fact that once a customer has opted in they are able to receive our messages every time we send out new campaigns it's just amazing.

It also gives you the analytics of all the campaigns, therefore we are able to tailor-make our campaign according to the results and adjust where need be. The conversion rate of every campaign is well shown in the analytics tabs and this guides the decision-making of any campaign.

The Xtremepush support team has also been helpful and very prompt if we have a situation. They are always ready to assist when need be.

During the Pandemic period, they took advantage and organized Webinars and training and they were willing and ready to answer every question which was really helpful and insightful.

To summarize we are happy with the tool and we plan to explore more, from website tagging and in App messaging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xtremepush?

What problems is Xtremepush solving and how is that benefiting you?

Since I work in a gambling company and it's always sports season, this tool helps us in sending messages on all apps both Android and iOS, and web notifications to our customers to update them on the games being played. Whenever we have promotions and updates from our end is an easy tool to reach a big pool of customers. What do you like best about Xtremepush?

We are a relatively small marketing team so we need to act and move fast. Xtremepush allows us to do this by having all our customers engagement channels in the one platform. It really makes sense to have one log in to all your comms. We are able to operate at scale and deal with large volumes of communications while keeping a one to one approach of personalisation. What do you like best about Xtremepush?

We use Xtremepush for mobile push and web push notifications to communicate with our clients with daily scheduled campaigns and real-time communication based on the client activity. The template creation is straightforward and very intuitive. Segmentation options cover all the essentials and much more. Integration with Optimove works smoothly. We are in the process of integrating Xtremepush further and using additional channels (inbox messages) to enhance our real-time communication with customers. The reporting is quite basic

The new dashboard lacks some information the old dashboard had, so I keep switching between dashboards

What do you like best about Xtremepush?

We use multiple communication channels with XtremePush: email, SMS, push notification, inbox. It is easy to use and it’s nicely integrated with our CRM tool, having a seamless experience in overall campaign management. There are also some analytics available. What do you like best about Xtremepush?

We have been using Xtreme Push for 3 years, primarily for email marketing but also some SMS and web push/pop-ups as well. It is a great tool with a very easy to use interface. It is simple to create templates and very quick to execute campaigns. Instant analytics are then available to view after sending campaigns. When we first engaged with XP, we were up and running in a very short period of time and were sending campaigns out within 6 weeks which was phenomenal turnaround time to get a new tool implemented and working. We had first class engagement from the very start with access to CEO, CTO and account manager on a regular basis. They are always available for a call if there any issues or you need any advice on the tool itself or trying to launch new marketing initiatives. They helped us with training courses/documentation and guided us on best practices that other clients use which really helped to embed the tool with end users. They go the extra mile to know our business well which really helps as they understand the customer journey and how they interact with the website and our many products. They are always proactive with ideas and when we engage in projects or change requests, they have a strong team who deliver quickly. Customer support is always on hand when required and respond to queries quickly.

During the pandemic, when external communications ramped down, we started to use the XP platform for internal communications by using APIs to integrate with Microsoft Outlook to synch email addresses and email distribtion lists. This has really helped us to be more efficient communicating important messages to staff for things like roster changes, training and compliance courses, weekly comms, personalised messages, covid return to work protocols, etc. In the past, we would have had to send physical letters, generic emails, multiple emails to different employees, multiple phone calls. However, with XP, we were able to send one campaign to 100s of employees using dynamic variables to communicate personal details to each employee. We were able to track engagement levels across different departments which is great to get instant feedback to know employees are receiving important messages. We supplemented this with SMS to tell employees to check company email for important notices. For front line staff, this has changed the game for how we communicate to them.

Overall, we are delighted using the XP platform and I have no hesitation in recommending them to other companies to use., You won’t be disappointed! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xtremepush?

There is nothing I dislike about the tool. They have regular SaaS updates, which are constantly adding new features and fixing any bugs. If we have change requests, these would be released on a regular basis as part of these upgrades. If we have any issues, they are always quick to respond, and the phone line is always open, even outside core hours, from CEO down to make sure any problems are resolved quickly. We have a robust process in place now with XP to manage permissions across our business, and XP is an excellent tool for communicating with customers. We are able to set up different projects on the platform for different business units and can control access to these easily on the platform.

What do you like best about Xtremepush?

It's beneficial to have all communications for marketing in one place and running from the same platform. You can create IOS/Android pushes, Web Pushes, emails, and more, so it's perfect for various channels. It's easy to use and very effective when dealing with a high volume of comms, helping to maximize the output of your marketing team.

What's great is that you have a record of all messaging and campaigns that you can refer back to and analyze to improve your marketing communications, so I'd highly recommend it to anyone who wants to optimize their marketing communications for their business. What do you like best about Xtremepush?

The interface and campaign builder is very user-friendly, I was sending email campaigns to consumers within a week! The email builder is easy to use for those without a coding background while allowing those who have to customize the HTML. Imagery is stored on the platform itself, which lessens the need for an FTP, and there is no requirement to use tertiary software to build/code the email, which can be the case with other platforms. The builder also allows you to pull in dynamic content to personalize each email. The built-in analytics has allowed me to track campaign performance easily and quickly retrieve figures for reports and presentations.

The max automation tool has allowed me to automate manual processes and trigger SMS and email campaigns based on customer interactions. The web pop-up, SMS, and email functionality have all driven positive conversion rates across the business.

The customer support has been phenomenal. Our account manager has worked closely with us to advise on segment creation (based on our unique customer journey and available data) and has been a wealth of knowledge in this regard. When we do need assistance in troubleshooting, the XP team are always quick to respond with a solution. I found the company to be very innovative and always bring new functionality to the table.

In summary, I have had a positive experience in using the XP platform and working with the XP team and have found the level of contact and support better than other providers in the space and would happily recommend them to other companies who require a similar service.
