What do you like best about Xtremepush?

What do you dislike about Xtremepush?

In the multi-stage campaign, it would be preferable to target users based on additional events hit instead of using segments created outside of the workflow, especially when the events are not related to the event that initiated the campaign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Xtremepush?

I've been using XtremePush in a couple of different roles for 4+ years, using their SMS, Web Push, Inbox messaging and On-site message tools. As part of a small marketing team in a fast-paced industry, we require an agile and efficient tool that can be used to send marketing comms and CSAs at short notice, based on automated customer segments, manual lists or customer activity, which XtremePush allows us to do easily. The customer service and account management are very helpful with deploying new features and smoothing out any issues we've come across. What do you dislike about Xtremepush?

There's not much to dislike, we're very pleased with the value XP gives our marketing team. There's some scope to improve the reporting and analytics dashboard but I believe progress on this front is already underway. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

XtremePush has allowed us to add more channels (SMS, On-site messaging, Inbox, Web Push) into our marketing and CRM strategy. With XtremePush, we have been able to turn around these campaigns quickly and efficiently, which has helped us increase retention rates by improving awareness of and engagement with marketing campaigns. With very little training, anyone can use this tool. It has a straightforward UI that is easy to navigate and building campaigns is a breeze. There's good documentation, and their customer service is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its simplicity that allows most users to quickly and easily use this tool is also where more advanced users might use alternative options.
