I've been using XtremePush in a couple of different roles for 4+ years, using their SMS, Web Push, Inbox messaging and On-site message tools. As part of a small marketing team in a fast-paced industry, we require an agile and efficient tool that can be used to send marketing comms and CSAs at short notice, based on automated customer segments, manual lists or customer activity, which XtremePush allows us to do easily. The customer service and account management are very helpful with deploying new features and smoothing out any issues we've come across. Its simplicity that allows most users to quickly and easily use this tool is also where more advanced users might use alternative options.
