We were looking for a tool that would allow us to communicate with our customers via multiple channels while also being relatively simple to integrate. The integration and onboarding process is fairly well-organised, and you can always count on prompt responses from their end. We're a small retention marketing team and have found Xtremepush very efficient and powerful for our web & mobile push messaging communications. Xtremepush allows for granular targeting based on our segmentation or set of action events. Troubleshooting is easy and should we require additional assistance the support service is very good and efficient. The Xtremepush team are also very open to custom implementations and improvements should this be required, as well as providing insight and information on communication channels we are yet to take advantage of. Xtremepush is a great multichannel app where we can send email, sms, webpush, richinbox and app pushes from one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- There is no click stats on the SMS analytics. This prevents us from calculating the ROI as we do not know if our SMS spending is generating profits.

- Downloading analytics is not always a simple route and a lot of manual work is needed. One example is removing undeliverable users from the system. Instead of being able to segment these users and exporting a large list, we have to individually export each campaign send, identify the failures then reupload the list to remove users.
