This automation has greatly reduced the time and energy we would use in outreach. There is a lot that one can do with them, which makes it rather complex to manage, especially when you are understaffed and have to train your employees from scratch. Also, when it comes to the customer support it is said that they take much time in replying during the peak hours which has sometimes annoyed us as we required help urgently.
