What do you like best about Wunderkind?

Our ability to capture onsite behaviors and send retargeted emails via ID resolution helps our business create a more personalized shopping experience. We have over 15 campaigns in the market. We work closely with our CSM(s) to review campaign performance and optimize as needed. Over the past several years as a partner, we've completed A/B testing of links, email content, subject lines, timing, and frequency. We've incorporated and introduced various on-site email capture forms to increase our subscriber list during our most pivotal sale periods. The Wunderkind Client Success team is extremely responsive and professional. We built a wonderful working relationship and valued their insights, feedback, and support to our organization - thus viewing them as an extension of our nimble team. What do you dislike about Wunderkind?

It can take longer than anticipated for our team to go live with a new campaign or make edits/optimizations. Similarly, there are complexities in the reporting between Wunderkind and Audiences platforms. I'm hopeful the new Autonomous Marketing Platform will resolve some of the pitfalls. What do you like best about Wunderkind?

What do you dislike about Wunderkind?

1. The restructuring and account team is not great. We don't get the support we need in a timely manner

2. They over promise and under deliver on when products will actually be available. We have been waiting on Studio for months now.

However, there are areas for growth, especially when it comes to the flexibility of the software and the depth of data insights provided. The platform itself, while effective, could benefit from greater adaptability to meet evolving business requirements. For instance, more customization options and easier integration with our existing systems would enhance its functionality and better support our unique business goals. Additionally, while the data insights are useful, there is potential for more advanced analytics and reporting capabilities to allow us to make more informed strategic decisions. What do you like best about Wunderkind?

My account team is super helpful. Great at making strategy and testing recommendations and following up. I appreciate all of the quick changes and documentation they provide for us, and they're quick to respond to questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wunderkind?

I find that there's a lot of selling, and sometimes I'm unsure if recommendations are truly helpful to our business or they benefit WKND more. I wish there was a way to edit sign up units in the UI. What do you like best about Wunderkind?

My account representative and I have developed a fantastic rapport. He fully understands our business and has become an extension of my team. For each monthly meeting he comes fully prepared with the most recent data and ideas based on that data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wunderkind?

I really can't say I dislike anything about Wunderkind. The closest I can land to that mark is that because it is a concierge service we're not permitted to do anything... sometimes that slows things down or requests get lost in translation. Integration and onboarding takes time and you only get out of Wunderkind what you're willing to put in; resources and attention to detail are still necessary, as is a good and close working relationship with the Wunderkind team to maximize success. What do you like best about Wunderkind?

$$$. Using Wunderkind is all about driving more revenue through behavioral email and SMS flows. Their identification tech leads to more send volume on our highest converting flows. We've also been lucky to work with awesome account managers that know our business well which is a plus. I've utilized Wunderkind at my last 3 brands so that tells you something. I've used Wunderkind mostly while being on Salesforce Commerce Cloud but we are now migrating to Shopify Plus and have a new Shopify app that greatly reduces the level of integration effort. What do you dislike about Wunderkind?

The biggest objection is always price as it is priced of the revenue they are driving versus a flat fee. There are many low priced solutions on the market that do some of what Wunderkind does, but doing a true A/B test is very difficult. Beyond that, we've had some minor issues in the past with the ability to exclude items or make certain customization. Because their service is white glove, they've never had the greatest customer facing portal but they are currently improving those things and adding more self-serve features. What do you like best about Wunderkind?

Wunderkind is an exceptional service for e-mail acquisition. They're happy to A/B test various options to ensure maximum conversion on site. We saw massive gains to our flow sales through e-mail as well with various forms of retargeting that Wunderkind has mastery over. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
