What I like best about Klaviyo is the segmentation and automation possibilities. We can create different flows based on customer actions, behavior, and lifecycle stage, so communication becomes much more relevant. The interface is mostly user-friendly, and analytics helps to understand campaign results fast. The thing I dislike most is that some advanced functions are not very simple at first. If you need to build more complex logic, test many scenarios, or find the reason of issue, it can take extra time. Also the price is not small, especially when contact base grows.
