The program is fantastic, and I enjoy using it as it helps me feel that my projects are well organized. Workfront provides us with the resources we need to efficiently and effectively manage our projects, from initial planning and task assignment to progress tracking and team collaboration. We have been able to save time and reduce errors by creating our own workflows, using reminders and fully automating repetitive tasks. We have improved our efficiency and obtained an indisputable structure for our performance procedures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The program interface is buggy, slow and difficult to make adjustments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Adobe Workfront is one of the best tools I have come across to manage my work, I can monitor growth in real time and this software has helped me a lot in tracking each phase of my project and helped in effectively coordinating with my team members.
With real-time growth monitoring and employee performance tracking, Adobe Workfront is a powerful and intuitive work management application. Its review and approval tool is quite helpful for tracking project phases and coordinating teams effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The app is frustrating due to its ability to handle user errors and occasional issues with clients or sales representatives.
However, the problem is usually fix that same day and sometimes it is user error and not the program at all.
Couple times of year we have a client or Sales Rep. that has a problem with the app.
Frustrating Software That You Have to Bend to Your Needs."However, the problem is usually fix that same day and sometimes it is user error and not the program at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that we can have multiple business units filtering into one queue and that they can be color coded for that unit. I also like that I don't have to manually move a project when it is done. I mark it done and it moves back the the Project Manager. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Workfront took is taking long to get used to, you need to have at least 3-4 windows open to navigate per each job which makes it difficult to navigate when working on multiple projects. It is still in its infancy stages here but over all I guess it is fulfilling the business needs. It need improvement in some areas. (Please make it more user friendly.) The hard part was learning all the intricacies of the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Workfront is an amazing tool to make sure our team is aligned and communicating with each other effectively. We use this for all incoming marketing projects, campaigns, and initiatives, and without it, I'm not sure we would be able to thrive as well as we do. We have a LOT going on, so this platform helps keep things organized. We are able to outline processes, establish timelines, and set deadlines. As someone who was new to this platform, I was able to learn very easily how to operate it as well as teach my team about important features. This platform also allows us to integrate with many other platforms that we use like Microsoft365, HubSpot, and others. We use Workfront daily because without out we would be drowning in email threads with each other or stakeholders involved in certain projects. I love that you could implement guest users to access the platform as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do wish Workfront had more training materials and/or videos. And I would like to know more about the integrations it's capabable of, but truly, there are not many dislikes about this platform! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the home page where I can customize what I want to view. I had my project list where it notified me if a project was in different status allowing me to know where things were at without needing to open each project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I disliked, and it might have been user error but I could not figure out how to work aorund it. When we deleted a field in a template for the issue brief that was no longer needed for future projects, it would delete the field from older projects where that field was needed and we would lose data. Therefore we would need to keep old fields and making issue brief long to go through and fill out, because we werent able to delete a field no longer needed. Please feel free to contact me if you need me to explain this further. Thank you! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Workfront enabled my team to track many different projects and ensure resourcing was being evenly distributed to ensure projects could be finished in time. It allowed for collaboration from outside teams to input information about evolving priorities and create custom dashboard views for stakeholders. The Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
With the types of projects we were working on that could have a fast turnaround time it was difficult for team members to keep up on entering completion dates. The interface for enterting dates was slightly cumbersome and for those who needed to enter dates for multiple activities at once it was not easy. There were some projects we tried to use workfront for but teams did not adopt it and opted for simpler systems as it was slightly too detailed in the types of inputs and maintance it required to be useful. Adobe is known for the vast array of programs and applications under their brand and Workfront is no different. Creative Suite programs are usually all interconnected so having something like Workfront brings a different depth to the ecosystem that Adobe offers. The amount of features that it contains allows you to account for most of your workflow needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The one thing I don't like about Workfront is the lack of simplicity. There is a definitely a learning curve that isn't present in other project management programs. The amount of tools they offer you is nice, but I found myself getting lost with the amount I could actually do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Workfront has been our project management solution for years. I really think it is a wonderful tool that allows us to track feedback of our stakeholders and easily get approvals. The best part is the tracking of the updates, the tracking of the amount of jobs, the amount of hours etc. We do thousands of jobs a year and this tool can easily meet that quantity. Implementation is complicated - I wish we had someoone that was assigned to just be the Workfront manager. We're also looking at utilizing their DAM feature, but have not been able to integrate that. If only we could hit pause on our workflow for a few weeks! :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We were sold a picture that Workfront seamlessly integrated wtih the rest of the Adobe suite. It was also sold as a flexible system that could do anything you wanted. None of this was true in practice for our work. Our points of contact at Workfront changed several times in the two years we were with them, though they did try to be helpful and help us identify resources Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So many things about Workfront turned out to be a disappointment compared with the product demo. Implementation through one of their recommended partners was very expensive and not all that helpful in the long run. We continued to pay managed services for more than a year because the system was so hard to use. The lack of flexibility was also a constant frustration. Labeling and things like that are very flexible, but the system itself does not work in intuitive ways. Our company and even our managed services partners were costantly trying to find workarounds to get the system to do the things we needed it to (things we now have found very easy and common in other project management systems). We tried to encourage, then incentivize, then force people in our company to use the platform for daily work and adoption was always very difficult and low because the system is so unintuitive and difficult to use. If you go with them, make sure to sign a short contract to make sure you are getting what you're paying for. Integration is expensive with Workfront, so factor in extra budget for that. In our experience, Workfront is not what they bill it as, even after great effort and expense is invested. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the collaborative effort that can be used. the number of features included is especially nice. its easy to use, easy to implement onto new teams, and the integration of the software was welcoming and straightforward. My team and I have used this to plan product codes and implement better practices for each specific machine at my company! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I havent had any downsides using workfront, at least not any worth writing down! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. It works with other Adobe products. If you’re already using tools like Photoshop or Illustrator, the integration is smooth.
2. The customizable dashboards are a big win. They give me a clear, up-to-date view of where my projects stand, who's working on what, and what deadlines are coming up.
3. User-friendly the platform is
4. Plus, the automation features help with task assignments and tracking deadlines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. there is a bit of a learning curve when you’re getting started. It takes some time to get the hang of all the features, but once you do, it’s well worth it.
2. Another thing that could be improved is the mobile app. While it’s handy for quick check-ins, it doesn’t offer the full functionality like desktop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
