What do you like best about monday Work Management?

I find monday Work Management incredibly useful for tracking sales funnel, projects, invoices, and payments all in one place where everything can be correlated. I appreciate the ease of use and the simplicity in setting up automations. It's very handy that if I'm trying to do something and can't figure out how, I can ask the onboard AI and it helps me. The AI is great because it handles the menial tasks and provides guidance for more complex ones. The initial setup was very easy, thanks to the ample assistance from the Monday team. What do you dislike about monday Work Management?

I wish we could have more status labels. We've used all the available ones and had to combine some to track all the statuses we want. What do you like best about monday Work Management?

I like that monday Work Management is mostly table based, which makes it much easier to see at a glance what's going on. I also appreciate the integration with Quickbooks and Slack, which helps in connecting with other tools I use. The setup was easy, even though the first few boards needed some adjustments. We use an IT Requests board/table and that is really helpful, as it allows for assigning tasks to a person and uses a color-coded column to show the stage of each request, making it easy for me to filter and see what I need to focus on. What do you like best about monday Work Management?

It's easy to sort my daily small tasks. I receive a lot of work and it's good to input these individually as well as creating campaigns. I don't use the integration feature, so I can't give a rating on that, but the performance has been great and I love the automated features. The only aspect I dislike is that some features don’t update automatically. For example, when a status changes for a specific project, I don’t always get notified. I truly cannot think of something missing. Monday has thought of everything, it is very inclusive, very colourful and easy to use. I guess the only thing extra would be to add even more colours to the board! There already is such a wonderful variety but sometimes it could be cool to have more. I am currently only using the Work Management aspect of Monday.com and I have found it pretty easy and intuitive to navigate. What do you like best about monday Work Management?

I use Monday.com as our central hub for all CMS, SEO, and website work. One of the most helpful features for us has been Connect Boards and Mirror Columns. They let me link a main initiative board (like our website migration timeline) to more detailed boards for things like SEO audits or CMS content. That way, if a status or due date changes, it updates everywhere automatically—no more chasing people down for updates or asking, “Where are we on this?”

The Timeline and Gantt views are also really useful because they’re easy to adjust and make it clear how everything connects. For example, we can immediately see that a technical SEO fix needs to be completed before new CMS pages go live. Having that visibility has reduced a lot of last-minute scrambling.

We also use dashboards to pull in live data, so during monthly reviews stakeholders can quickly see where things stand. One unexpected benefit has been catching risks earlier; it’s helped us address small issues before they turn into bigger delays during the migration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday Work Management?

Performance & Speed: Boards can slow down when there are lots of items and columns, and I still run into occasional glitches or long load times. On larger SEO audit boards or CMS migration trackers with hundreds of tasks, the lag can be noticeable and makes day-to-day updates feel a little painful. The dashboards are useful, but they’re limited if you need deeper analytics, and some views/reports seem to require Pro+. What do you like best about monday Work Management?

Integrations are great and easy with other softwares. Support is also great, prompt to respond and helpful to accomplish the goal. you can customize your work flow to fit what you need, rather than the typical "out of the box" type of work flow mgmt software. never experience any significant lags or performance errors. occasionally there's an update that might pause automations for a half hour or so, but it picks up when the update is done. Pricing is a bit higher than the competition, but monday.com team seems eager to make that price worth the difference. My absolute favorite feature is the ability to set up work flows across multiple departments in our company and those work flows can pull/push information to/from each other to improve communication and efficiency across our company. What do you like best about monday Work Management?

I love that monday Work Management is really easy to use. All of the features are super straightforward and simple, which is really nice. I also appreciate the ability to get more complicated by moving into integrations and automations to add even more functionality. The initial setup was very easy as well, allowing us to start building boards right away with very little training needed. I think the only thing that really stands out as something I don't like, is that if you are inviting somebody to your Monday space that doesn't work for your company, for instance, somebody who works at a sister company in your organization, you need an admin's approval in order to add their email address if it doesn't match your domain.
