The convenience of incorporating At-Task into our business process.
I found it surprisingly easy to integrate some of our business processes into At-Task. My next challenge is obtaining buy-in from peers and stakeholders. I have not had this ease of use in several products and the products that have comparable capabilities when I last checked were cost prohibitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
* Accidentally click/dragging tasks around in the project-task view.
If the web page loaded slowly or my computer struggled, sometimes I would inadvertently click on a task and drag/drop it into another task. Since the updates save instantly, one mistake can skew the project schedule and there is no "undo" feature. On the other hand, the Legacy Gantt chart did not have an undo feature either. Despite the impact, it is easy to undo accidental changes, though annoying. Aside from this pet-peeve I think At-Task is a great product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Workfront is an all in one tool for project management. It has tools for project planning, document management, reporting, forecasting, resource planning, timesheet logging, and custom dashboards. You can create templates for projects, track work requests, approve documents, and communicate with the project team effortlessly. Unlike Microsoft Project, you can do everything in the one software and don't need to link and sync numerous other small bits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Workfront is great for EITHER project management OR project finance tracking. When you try to make it do both, it really struggles. If you take steps to make the finances accurate, you mess up the project plan structure. If your focus is project planning, the finances need custom workarounds to work and it's frustrating. Also the gantt view is terrible, the tasks are scrunched up. The columns take too much space. And the timeline doe not always line up with the task. Also there is no way to setup to get notification when a project, task, or issue goes over budget and you have to actively be tracking the project to notice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I discovered Workfront a while ago, and I didn't know such a platform existed. It is definitely the reference in the Marketing field in terms of software and services. There is no need to look further; you have everything you need!! My team and I have plans to use it even more to help with the project management tool research! For now, I haven't come up with anything I dislike! I would say the only thing is probably that there is so many choices that I didn't have the time to look at all of it, I can't wait to do so! I guess time will tell, but when we'll get there, customer service might be able to help us if there's a problem\ Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like most about Workfront is how practical and complete it is for project management. Its structure makes it easy to organize tasks, assign responsibilities, and track progress, which improves teamwork and optimizes delivery times. Additionally, its real-time dashboards are a great advantage, providing clear visibility into project status and helping make informed decisions quickly. It’s a very useful tool for keeping everything under control without losing agility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike about Workfront is that it’s not very intuitive and requires a lot of programming to customize. While it’s a powerful tool, setting up workflows and tailoring it to specific needs can be quite complex and time-consuming. This can make it less user-friendly for those without technical expertise, and at times, it can feel overwhelming to get everything set up properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Adobe Workfront is one of the best tools I have come across to manage my work, I can monitor growth in real time and this software has helped me a lot in tracking each phase of my project and helped in effectively coordinating with my team members.
With real-time growth monitoring and employee performance tracking, Adobe Workfront is a powerful and intuitive work management application. Its review and approval tool is quite helpful for tracking project phases and coordinating teams effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The app is frustrating due to its ability to handle user errors and occasional issues with clients or sales representatives.
However, the problem is usually fix that same day and sometimes it is user error and not the program at all.
Couple times of year we have a client or Sales Rep. that has a problem with the app.
Frustrating Software That You Have to Bend to Your Needs."However, the problem is usually fix that same day and sometimes it is user error and not the program at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Very easy UI, very navigatable. There is a lot of support for the app. Emailing the customer success rep at Workfront is no issue at all. I really like how organized it is and seems well positioned for my role.
Workfront facilitates smooth, consistent, and uninterrupted collaboration among team members. It eliminates communication barriers and inefficient information sharing, particularly through its integration capabilities with other platforms Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Can be a bit tedious at times. Many subtasks that might have been unceccessary
Additionally, It can be expensive, especially for smaller teams, and requires a significant learning curve due to its complex interface and extensive customization options. Some users find the setup process time-consuming and the Gantt charts difficult to manage. Additionally, the platform can be overwhelming with its many features and potential for micromanagement. What I liked most about Workfront is the Ability to centralize projects , tasks in one workplace . it is much easier to track progress and collaborate with cross- functional teams and ensure accountability .Visibility provided both at team and executive levels helped with decision- making and prioritization. It is kind of unituitive and complex for new users. It is a great tool but sometimes it looks like you need a dedicated - admin just to keep things running smoothly . The learning curve is steep and setting up workflows or reports can require a lot of upfront time . However, it remains a great tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like best about Workfront is how it keeps large, fast-moving projects organized—especially when working with a major client like Anheuser-Busch. With so many moving parts, working with different teams such as analytics, investment, strategy etc. , and tight deadlines, having everything from tasks to approvals in one place is a game-changer. The visibility it gives into timelines and workloads really helps us stay ahead and deliver consistently at a high level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I don’t love about Workfront is that it can feel a little overwhelming, especially when someone’s just getting started. My project is huge and with different teams, and people with different skills. There are a ton of features and ways to customize things, which is great—but it also means there’s a bit of a learning curve. The layout isn’t always the most straightforward either, and sometimes it takes longer than it should to find what you need. It’s definitely a powerful tool, but not the easiest one to jump into right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The one thing I like best about Workfront is that it is a great project management and work collaboration platform. I have been using it for several years now at my current company and I must say it has certainly helped me keep track of all my tasks and projects. At the start of each workday, I like to view the tasks that have deadlines approaching and prioritize my work accordingly. Moreover, it ensures that everyone is accountable for their work and if there are any delays or bottlenecks, it is very easy to identify those with clear project layouts. One thing I don't like about Workfront is that even if a task is assigned to me, I don't receive any notifications or updates if there are other team members commenting on it, unless I am explicitly tagged. Oftentimes, this may cause delays as there might be other team members discussing the predecessor or succeeding task but because they either forgot to tag me or the comments aren't really for me but are related to my task, I don't find out about it until I check on the task myself and view those comments there. Overall, Workfront makes it easier to keep everything organized and esy to implemetation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
On the other hand workfront offers a lot of features, it can feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially foe new users. The interface might take some time to get used to. In addititon, setting up the system and customizing it according to team's requirement can take little time. Last but not the list, the pricing model little bit expensive for the small orginization Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think the ability to access projects by different team members and stakeholders along with the ability to scale back how much and how little you customize the features makes this software essential for any project and quick to integrate into your daily routine. We noticed how efficient we got and how there was no better way to organize projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I feel like the ability to review design projects or video projects from within Workfront are never as good as advertised. Any company that uses this software is looking to make high end work. I feel like their software makes the files look compressed and make the review process harder. We've found the best approach is to use SharePoint or Dropbox and just include a link within each project update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
