What do you like best about Weave?

Having weave is one of the best features in our office. You can set reminders, set up payment plans and much more. The training weave offers is easy to use and nagitive. What do you like best about Weave?

The ability to text patients to inform them of upcoming appointments, contacts or glasses being in and open texting with patients. It's also easy to copy and paste mass messages. Weave is integrated perfectly with our office program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Weave?

Though I was very worried and skeptical at first, Weave really simplified patient communication for me and my staff. With Weave's integration into our software we would get a pop-up with the calling patient's name; the texts link to patient names as well, the system allows you to use texting to request payments and it is simple for both patients and providers to use.

What do you dislike about Weave?

The onboarding process wasn't as smooth as I had hoped, but that was over 2 years ago - maybe they are rocking that too by now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Weave?

Weave is the best of all of the apps out there. Everyone is racing to become the all in one platform for dentistry. Text reminders, caller id, reviews request, faxing, etc. But weave has a more robust set of features. Their stuff works. Whereas other companies are racing to add features that may not work 100%, weave makes sure it works well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Weave?

The email feature is actually getting better. I wished it integrated into our practice managenent software more. Like if a patient had an extraction. Weave could send such patients a post op video/ email either automatically, or batch it for us to confirm before sending. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
