The best feature about weave is the text messaging system, it's live texting as if you were using your own phone, it has emojis too which is pretty cool. Something very nice about weave too is that it connects to our ehr software which sends out appointment to our patients either thru text or email as long as we have their correct contact information on file. Also because weave is connected to our system, when a patient calls their name and information pops up on the weave screen which makes it easier for us to identify the patient and pull their file quickly. It also shows us our appointment book which is very neat because weave has an app you can download on your phone and use even from home! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The top complaint i have a about weave is that it does not make voice recorded calls for example if a patient has an appointment tomorrow and they don't have a mobile device or an email weave does not have a system to which they call the home phone instead with a recorded message to remind the patient of their appointment, and i think that is essencial because not everyone likes texting and not everyone uses emails either, so that one down side to weave. This customer outreach / VOIP software syncs to several practice management softwares and can be set up to do several things automatically. It is also awesome how when a client calls their info pops up on my screen. I can now see, for example, my schedule on my mobile device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Currently there are no available e-mail campaigns, but I believe that that feature is coming. Also, Weave does not make automated phone calls, just e-mails and text messages. It is hard for weave to interface when when you are not server based. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
