What do you like best about Weave?

I like how easy we can communicate with our patients and everyone can see who sent the last message or talked to the patient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Weave?

The new update to the messages. It makes it harder to know if someone replied to the patient. I liked the old unread tab better and wish it would show if someone did read the message who opened it. Messages are falling through the cracks now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Weave?

I love that everything I need to use is here! I don't have to use another app for faxing or texting. It is all in one! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Weave?

Immediate ability to see incoming faxes, texts and phone messages is great. The team chat is useful for speeding up checkouts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Weave?

We were told we could customize our forms, that the Weave team would work with us to personalize them. which turns out to be a flat-out LIE. The wellness form is of no use at all. Same with the fax cover. NOPE. We'd have to do it manually. Also, the initial install was a nightmare. We didn't get all our phones set up immediately, and then the promised on-site tech never came the day we went live. It was a very busy day and suddenly boom, we had a whole new phone system to use. What do you like best about Weave?

The ability to text to and from with patient to communicate a number of functions, shoot texts for patient reviews on Google, screen calls and view missed calls, & having access to all patients through the Weave system on your desktop Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish that companies who use multiple locations, like ours, had more capabilities to customize automatic reminders. Be location specific, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I want to be able to make custom Newsletters that are mass emailed to my patients. This is not available to do at this time, yet seems like something that should be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Weave?

Weave has made it easier for our customers to interact with our office. The texting feature has been very popular with our customers. What do you like best about Weave?
