Lately there have been glitches in the system that have taken more than a week to resolve, though customer service was trying to be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the compatibility with my companies office software that we use. It is easy to use and user friendly. It wasnt a long or hard process to integrate and implement into our office staff. Weave is used in our office 5 days a week, and we use both the phone service and Weave app for communications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The complaint that I have had with Weave is the customer support on our complaint of how our phones are constantly "static", and we get complaints of others on the phone line that we are "hard to hear or unclear". The customer service rep I spoke to, stated that we could change our phones, but now you have to "pay a monthly fee", and when we signed up over 2 years ago, that was not the case. With the amount of phones that we have, it was not suitable to add on this monthly fee, when our phones are "free" now for the devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Decent phone service, very configurable auto attendant and auto messaging. Online forms are very useful as are text payments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Very unreiable automessaging. Weekly failures of the system requiring calls to get support to restore functionality. Very time consuming and frustrating. No explanation from Weave about why the problems are fixed and then repeatedly fail week after week.
In addition, the desk app interface is very small, the size of a cell phone screen. We've requested that this be increase and made scalable since we started using Weave, but they haven't changed it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The communication factor between office and patients is amazing. Easy, fast and totally beneficial. Mutliple times a day we are able to communicate and reschedule patients without picking up our phones and calling them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our office LOVES Weave. It is easy to use and so easy to keep up with our patients. We have a large population of paients who love to be texted rather than called and this is the perfect software for that! Not only do we love it but our patients have told us the same. I love how easy it is to navigate through the weave portal! so many different fautures that come in handy and there is so many amazing thins it lets me do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been utilizing Weave at the practice as the Dispensing Optician. It has allowed me to stay in touch with my patients in one place. I can email, text and even call a patient. I don't have to look up information. It has helped me to update patients their glasses are ready and it allows us to send an automated message two weeks after the glasses are dispensed. This is very helpful tool. I get all the calls direct to my department so it streamlines the process for messages. I can look up the message through via or call into my phone voice mail. This is especially helpful when I am with a patient but can't take the call. I have been very happy with the ease of use. It is also helpful because we can chat with our team inter office too.
