What do you like best about Weave?

It connects with Open Dental, Great as a call identifier, it shows you when our patient's next appointment is as soon as they call and we have access to the phone for after-hours emergencies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Weave?

It has had some issues and bugs. I hope next time they have those issues, at least let our office know via email so we are prepared and call our patients through other line. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Weave?

At first there were bumps in the transition since we wanted to integrate two separate databases, but their developers worked tirelessly through my impatience to help us overcome hurdles. They have added many new features that are useful and not just gimmicks. I can literally praise almost everything about the software. I drank the Kool-Aid, and I don't care. Everyone I talked to at the company is engaged and seems to enjoy their job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Weave?

My dislikes are that I am stuck in a VOID contract with someone else and can't use their cool phones yet, and I would love to see them partner with an email encryption partner or offer encryption themselves, so I never have to leave their platform to communication with our patients. What do you like best about Weave?

The Text Messaging! People love that when we miss a call, they can text us. All is HIPAA compliant as well. When someone call in, it pops up their name so you know who you're speaking with before they even tell you. Oh, and no contracts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Weave?

I wish they had the online scheduler, but I hear it's coming soon. A possible downfall if it you don't have good internet streaming the phone lines may drop, but I have not had that issue in years of their subscription. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Weave?

Love to be able to access patients from anywhere, anytime. The App is terrific when you are not in the office and can even contact the patients from the office phone and not your own. Birthday messages say it all. Patients love them. Confirmation texts cuts no-shows way down. I can go on and on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Weave?

I like how easy we can communicate with our patients and everyone can see who sent the last message or talked to the patient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The new update to the messages. It makes it harder to know if someone replied to the patient. I liked the old unread tab better and wish it would show if someone did read the message who opened it. Messages are falling through the cracks now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
