It's very user friendly! Easy to learn and use for the whole team! Lots of features and integrates well with existing systems. Use it every day!

One of the only downsides I have noticed is that the AI summary tends to spell things wrong but other than that, can't complain.

Loss of calls. We have a high call frequency and are unable to get to every call that comes in, weave is amazing at intercepting those missed calls and allowing our patients to leave a message so that we can promptly get back to them.

**What do you like best about Weave?**

We’ve been using Weave at our clinic and it has truly transformed the way we communicate with patients. The platform is intuitive, reliable, and packed with features that have made day-to-day operations much smoother — from text messaging and phone calls to reminders and reviews, everything is streamlined in one place.

What we appreciate most is how Weave enhances patient engagement while saving our team valuable time. It’s been such a positive experience that we’ve already referred Weave to three other practices, and they’ve all had great feedback as well.

Highly recommend to any practice looking to improve efficiency, communication, and the overall patient experience!

**What do you dislike about Weave?**

It is not integrated with Athena yet, which would be a great added benefit since we could fill up our schedule a lot easier. Also it would be nice if we could add another line to it too, since we plan to switch to a hybrid concierge practice so it would be nice to have a separate line or inbox specifically for those patients. 

Also, it would be nice if the after hours calls were set up differently, if there was an urgent call from a patient it would be nice if weave could keep calling us until we pick up the phone from the patient, write now a text is just sent but the provider could easily miss the text or sleep through it.

**What problems is Weave solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Weave has solved several pain points in our clinic operations. One of the biggest issues we faced was missed calls and delayed follow-ups, especially during busy hours. With Weave’s missed-call texts and two-way messaging, patients can now get quick responses even when the phones are tied up, which has significantly improved our communication and patient satisfaction. Their automated appointment reminders have also helped reduce no-shows and last-minute cancellations, keeping our schedule running more smoothly. Before Weave, we used multiple systems for phones, texting, and reviews — now everything is integrated, which saves our staff time and reduces errors. We’ve also seen a boost in our online presence thanks to the automatic review requests sent after visits. Overall, Weave has made our clinic more efficient and responsive, and we’ve been so pleased with the results that we’ve already recommended it to three other practices.

**What do you like best about Weave?**

That it integrates with Cloud9 Ortho software so that the appointment text reminders are automatic. I also LOVE text templates that have merge fields for patient information, so the texts are personalized.

**What do you dislike about Weave?**

At times, our bulk/mass text messages haven't successfully gone through to our patients for some reason.

**What problems is Weave solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy appointment reminders, and texting in general, make patient communication simpler. This day in age, people respond more to text messages than phone calls.

**What do you like best about Weave?**

I have been utilizing Weave at the practice as the Dispensing Optician. It has allowed me to stay in touch with my patients in one place. I can email, text and even call a patient. I don't have to look up information. It has helped me to update patients their glasses are ready and it allows us to send an automated message two weeks after the glasses are dispensed. This is very helpful tool. I get all the calls direct to my department so it streamlines the process for messages. I can look up the message through via or call into my phone voice mail. This is especially helpful when I am with a patient but can't take the call.  I have been very happy with the ease of use. It is also helpful because we can chat with our team inter office too. It was easy to implement and our staff uses the program daily. Customer support and ease of integration has been great!

**What do you dislike about Weave?**

I don't have any downside to Weave just yet.

**What problems is Weave solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Weave is assisting me in notificaitons of order pick up, contacting patients about delays or general questions. It has been a big time saver and has miminized the time I need to spend on the phone and playing phone tag.

While weave has been allowing more customizations, there are still a lot of missing features such as paging groups

It’s easy to navigate, saves time, and makes communication and payments for our patients easy and convenient.really wish it could write back payments into the ledger. We send text to pay and when patients make payments after hours and then we post it to the ledger the next business day it throws off the deposit

Really wish payments would automatically write back and post into the dentrix ledger.

I love Weave and how far it has come. They are open to suggestions and improving the product as well.   It has simplified so many different processes in our office, from payments, to communication with our patients, forms and insurance verification. . I would highly recommend.

**What do you dislike about Weave?**

I would like it to breakdown insurance better for frequencies and also the age limits and last time the procedure was completed.  More like an insurance breakdown we get from the insurance faxes and or verification from the insurance websites . Some patients I have seen it pull all the data, but a majority of the patients it is still a work in progress. I have faith it will get there though.

Payments, text messaging, electronic forms, and insurance verifications. It saves us time and efficiency

The most helpful features of Weave are Ease of use and implementation. Their Customer Support is great, either with their chat, call, or email. They are quick to respond and have very helpful staff. The number of features makes your day work very easy!

I love the popups that let me know which one of our patients is calling. Weave Customer Service is also great, though we rarely need it.

The popups don't clear themselves very easily.

Weave allows me to text our patients, which is very helpful. The extra portal they have created on the web browser app has too many unnecessary features and I fear they're moving away from simplicity. Weave needs to just stay an ordinary texting service. The practice analytics portion is not accurate.

I love that I can have my phone calls, texts and faxes all in 1 place! With the ease of the desktop and phone app I am always connected! Using this software daily they are always coming up with new updates to help with integrating to our current EMR and customer support is always ready to help as well!

Would like the ability to be able to transfer voicemails to other phones via the app vs having to use the phone.

Weave allows us to focus on our patients and not waste time with busy work. It was easy to implement with Eaglesoft. Our patients love the communication and we wish we would have known about this product years ago!

**What do you dislike about Weave?**

There is nothing we dislike about Weave. The only downside is that it is a little pricey but the amount of time saved makes up for that.

It cuts down the time we spend on the phone trying to reach our patients either confirm their appointments or answer questions about their appoinments.

My only complaint is that it is difficult to speak to someone in customer care when I have an issue. It is a process of submitting a ticket etc.

Nothing. It has caused more stress for our office than help.

**What do you dislike about Weave?**

- Constantly loses connection with our server, creating errors with auto messaging to patients.

- Support is useless. I have had three phone calls with a combined 6 hours over the past 2 days and the most recent issue is not resolved (my request was simply to ask why some patients weren't getting 3 day confirmation reminders and others were. One rep promised to call back with an answer and instead emailed me how to be 10DLC compliant - this was not the issue, which another rep confirmed. The issue still persists).

- There is a new "glitch" literally every week that requires a new phone call and days to fix (with no actual fix).

It is not solving any problems. It is creating more issues for our front desk staff than solving problems.

I like having the ability to send and receive texts on the same business number. We use this on a daily basis and this makes appointments and scheduling a breeze. Also sending review links is super helpful.

If the internet goes down then are phones are out too. Also, I do not like the email client for marketing to our patients. The new email client also did not bring over our previous data

It is a one-stop for all communication with patients. It is easy to use, we use it daily, and it allows me to contact patients outside of work as well with the same number.

**What do you like best about Weave?**

It works well between the online interface and the app. It's a one stop shop for phone calls, texts, faxes, emails. It makes it really easy to maintain communication lines between facilities and clients. The phone records make training an easier job and provide fantastic feedback. It's easy to download app on your personal phone and easy to use so that clinic number shows vs personal contact.

**What do you dislike about Weave?**

Only able to route calls to 2 lines before transfers are sent to voicemail.

**What problems is Weave solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's extremely helpful when sending online links. The texting feature is beneficial for those that don't have the luxury or time to spend on a phone call throughout their work day.

I like the voice mail transcripts! this makes life much easier to quickly "see" the voice message and reply to them buy clicking on the phone icon, it automatically dials your patient!

I don't like that I can not upload a script or take a picture of a script/document and send. It just shows a blank page, and will not send

It's easy to set up for our needs as an office. Everyone is able to use it and our patients like the text reminders.

Sometimes it doesn't show recent text received. We have to refresh multiple times to get them to show.

Being able to send text confirmations of appointments saves our employees a ton of time not having to call everyone

**What do you like best about Weave?**

it is so easy to use I introduced it to our office about 2 yearsago and they all love it. easy to transfer our calls if we have a remote day. easy to text everyone and recieve pics if we need our patient insurance card. our faxes we wanted to stop using our printer, so much ink was waisted, electronic faxes was the way to go and I can save phone/fax numbers so we always know where it came from.it is so easy to download on your cell phone or computer. we use it everyday . its been rare but when I contact customer service they are on it and answer quick , you can even just chat online if needed

**What do you dislike about Weave?**

the only issue is it does not intergrate with our emr and scheuling does not transfer over

they made it easy to search phone numbers , block callers and manage everything on Weave portal easy

On time notifications, fast send off. Easy to use.

With the update, Once it's read it goes into the read folder so it can make it easy to lose in case I am in the middle of doing other things. I'd prefer to archive it when I'm done instead of it automatically going under 'read'. also when surpassing the cover sheet, i get asked every time and more than once. I would like to be asked once and that's it.

How seamless it integrates with opendental. It doesn’t crash either. Easy to communicate with patients also. Their app works very well too.

Need more AI capabilities. There are some things  on there but they need to have an oncall option.

Only problem is sometimes they identify a patient with only first name.  Makes it hard to tell who is communicating.

Our office LOVES Weave. It is easy to use and so easy to keep up with our patients. We are able to keep communication open with our patients when confirming appointments and rescheduling if needed.

I don't have any complaints. Every time weave is down it is always fixed in a quick manner and almost always up and running quickly!

We have been utilizing weave payments recently and it has been so helpful to be able to send a link for payment. Our patients love how easy this is.

**What do you like best about Weave?**

While working in a busy dental office, Weave makes my life so much easier when it comes to patient communication. I love the ease of being able to text or call patients using Weave. The patient payment feature is amazing as well. I highly recommend Weave! Also, it is super convenient to call customer support and speak to an actual representative to diagnose any technical issues.

**What do you dislike about Weave?**

No downsides noted. Although it's rare, all technical issues are solved with a live representative in a timely manner. I always feel comfortable to call with any help knowing it will be resolved.

Integrating payments into Weave is super beneficial. I love that you can store card info on there for patients needing the option of a payment plan. Patients can pay with the ease of access using a link on a text message- so easy!

I like that it verifies most of my insurance for me and will notify us of who’s calling, and how we can message coworkers through this system!

**What do you dislike about Weave?**

I don’t love that you can’t just have one person save certain messages from patients like everyone has access to list of messages and voicemails so then if we need to keep a message our coworker can still mark it as completed
