**What do you like best about Weave?**

Weave makes it very easy to communicate with our patients.  Before Weave we didn't have a way to text our patients and most patients respond more to texts than a phone call these days.

**What do you dislike about Weave?**

Right now, there is nothing that I dislike about Weave.

**What problems is Weave solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication! Besides communicating with our patients, it is now easy for us to communicate with staff without having to get up or yell across the office!  Appointment reminders are primarily sent through Weave text.

Being able to reach our patients through text message and them being able to communicate back to us freely and not it just being an automated service.

**What do you dislike about Weave?**

Sometimes messages go out for hygiene recall when the patient has just been in the office or has gotten their cleaning not too long ago and patients get upset and opt out of getting messages.

Being able to get more confirmations or cancellations in advance.

**What do you like best about Weave?**

I love being able to send text messages to patients. Some patients are difficult to reach, and this makes it easier for them to reply own time, rather than waiting for them to call the office back and potentially not get in contact with their appropriate party.

**What do you dislike about Weave?**

I dislike not being able to forward voicemails. I work in a practice with more than 5 providers and when messages get left on the wrong answering machine, it is annoying that I can't just forward them to the right person.

**What problems is Weave solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Weave is making it easier to communicate with patients, which allows them to have their issues resolved in a timely manner. We are able to quickly message patients in between appointments, which reduces the amount of time we spend on the phone.

**What do you like best about Weave?**

The most helpful thing about weave is being able to pull up client's accounts to help them more efficently and quicker. I have not used competitors but find no need to even try any other company.

There is nothing that I dislike about Weave.

Weave solves the problem of guessing who is calling. We are also able to listen back on calls or see who has answered clients called with the recording feature.

I like how easy the software is to use and train new staff members.   We can communicate easily with our patients.   The phone system is the best I have ever used, and you truly get more than a phone when you use Weave.  Also, Weave constantly keeps up with new ways to improve its software.

**What do you like best about Weave?**

Being able to send our patients text reminders, scheduling reminders, and text communication have been a game changer for our office. It has allowed our staff to assist our patients better and saved time.

**What do you dislike about Weave?**

We are still waiting for the day we can port our number from the local telephone company so that we can use Weave's phone services as well as the texting/messaging capabilities.

The automated messages informing our patients that they are due to schedule their next appointment has saved us time and money, allowing us to schedule their next appointment without making a phone call or sending out postcards.

**What do you like best about Weave?**

Weave makes faxing documents much easier since we have switched to online records. Texting our patients or allowing them to text us has also helped significantly with booking and when they have questions.

**What do you dislike about Weave?**

There are two things I would change about Weave. 
1. Allow a "run at startup" command so that Weave automatically opens when I turn my computer on.
2. Allow us to resize the window to see more text if it is a particularly long message.

It allows our office to communicate more freely with our patients. It has been wonderful to be able to communicate with patients who are unable to use the phone for calls.

Text to pay, encouraging patients to leave reviews, the mobile app is very helpful as well.

The cost is really the only down side, beyond that we really enjoy weave.

We have been using Weave at our office for about three years now.  The setup and use is very easy and intuitive

**What do you dislike about Weave?**

There are rare occasions where it can be difficult to hear the person on the other end of the line.

We are a church.  Our office has 17 Weave stations.  Weave has been a great way for us to keep our office connected to our congregation

I like that I can message patients about an upcoming appointment, or they can ask questions through the messaging part of the app.  I also love the mass communication feature

I love the text message opportunity and I like the way we are able to fax!  I like being able to use my cell phone after hours as well.

It does not remember my password so I have to put it in every time.  When your patients are transfered over, you cannot edit them.

We love being able to communicate directly to our patients and each other. This helps us with reminders, confirmations, and good communication within the store. We also love the review feature.

Weave seems to need a lot of updates, which causes a lot of glitches with our messaging. We have gotten used to it, but it is annoying at times.

Weave seamlessly integrates with Dentrix.   They also have an app that makes it easy to communicate with patients from home.

The VOIP phones can be frustrating depending on your internet connection.

Patients do not often call you back but will text immediately even from an app on your phone if need be. You can also listen to recorded phone calls for training purposes.

Call in messages from our office can be recorded as they are needed to meet the situation.  We are in control of messages like emergency closings and bad weather notices too.

**What do you like best about Weave?**

The most helpful feature about weave is the template feature in messaging. Instead of having to type out the same paragraph to every patient, the template will already have it pre-typed and ready to send.

**What do you dislike about Weave?**

The least helpful feature about Weave is the voicemail set up. Most of my voicemails transfer to my phone and I cannot pick or skip any voice messages . I would have to wait and listen to every single one before I get to the one I want. However you can skip them if they appear on your computer screen, but that is not always the case.

**What problems is Weave solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Weave is benefiting me by having everything organized in different categories and making it easier to contact patients and vise versa. Having all the icons on the Home Screen makes it super simple to figure out where everything is. Also being able to chat with numerous patients at the same time through messaging helps get the job done quicker.

Weave benefits our practice by making communicating with patients easy with little effort.  We also like the app to check messages on the go and look at our Schedule.

The only downside we have from time to time are tech glitches. However, the tech support team is always pleasant and helpful. These inconveniences are not as frequent as they used to be!

Weave fills the gaps in communicating with patients. With a smaller private practice, it is beneficial to communicate via text while managing other front-office tasks as it does not take away from our in-office patient experience.

The transition to an easy form of communication beyond the phone call and having direct messaging with the patients has made Weave one of the best clinical tools we have integrated in our office.

The communication platform due to our aging patient type does limit the capacity to be able to communicate with all of our patients via the direct messaging service.

No longer using front end staff time to do tedious phone recalls for patients and easily reminding patients about appointments and when their custom foot orthotic devices are available. This has increased productivity.

We love that once you get your settings right, it pretty much does the work for you. Our patients love that we can send them a quick message that don't require a phone call.

Overall pretty happy with all services from Weave. I do like that we can access pretty much anything within one platform.

There are no alerts or reminders to update patient forms. It would be beneficial to know when these patients are due to update their forms. Currently, we do this manually.

Weave added a "TAG" button to EVERY SINGLE TEXT... with no option to remove it.... HATE IT!

Being able to TEXT patients that are not available to TALK because they may be at work is the BEST!  Sending messages to the team also works well for us!

Weave was easy to integrate with our office software. It is user-friendly, and all of our staff use it. We use it to communicate easily with patients and collect balances.

**What do you dislike about Weave?**

Weave automatically uploads messages overnight and sometimes patients will  not show to an exam. The survey message will still go out even if a patient has not come in.

Confirmations of appointments are better and save time for front desk employees by not being on the phone as often. This allows them to be more productive in other aspects of the office.

**What do you like best about Weave?**

Weave has done a phenomenal job adding features that have allowed us to eliminate additional services and apps.  They have positioned themselves to understand the needs of the industry and provide services that support those needs.  We find ourselves canceling additional services every year due to upgrades and features that are now a part of Weave.  This has been great for our team and well appreciated.

**What do you dislike about Weave?**

Weave has not done well on the support side of its business.  It feels as if the support team is short-staffed and quick to get off the call.  The wait times have been terrible and the knowledge of the team has declined significantly over the years.  Weave has done a great job provide supporting webinars to their customers but seems to have forgotten to provide those same tools to their support team.

**What problems is Weave solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Weave has done a great job understanding the needs of the industry and has addressed a number of those needs through the development of additional features.  The ability for our patients to be sent a payment link to meet their financial commitments has provided the practice with a huge benefit.  We did test out the insurance verification feature but it is not quite there yet for orthodontic benefits and does not communicate with Dolphin.  I am hopeful there will be a fix in the future - we know this feature will provide a huge benefit to our practice.

I like the ease of use. There is very little training that needs to be done when incorporating a new team member to use the program. Other programs we used took long to learn and were not as effective.

I think the only reason to dislike Weave is when there are technology glitches, but those are typically not under their control. They are great at finding fast solutions

I do with their customer service was a little better and that you couldn't use get more specific about who you send texts to but overall I can't complain

The most helpful thing about Weave is the ability to text patients through a secured line. Patients are able to communicate simple needs to the practice without calling.

**What do you dislike about Weave?**

Voicemail distribution and schedule errors communicated to patients to come earlier or later than imputed. This could be better by showing personal voicemails on my phone then having the access the app to listen.

The only problem weave has solved is being able to text and send photos directly to a patient's phone while compliant with HIPPA. It takes the extra work or faxing or emailing away.

I like how we can text the client. It's easy when we are on the phone but can still text someone else at the sametime. I like how we can also chat amongst the staff without disturbing our work.

**What do you dislike about Weave?**

The app will close randomly or not pop up when the phone rings. It makes it challenging to provide good service to our clients when they call or text. I find we are missing messages from clients.

**Recommendations to others considering Weave:**

Signing up with Weave was very easy. The team we worked with was very effecient and quick. I highly recommend using Weave.

This app is very user-friendly on both the desktop & mobile phone. We are able to better communicate with our patients, we really love the birthday list so we can text patients on their birthday.

When it freezes or when the actually terminal doesnt load. I have had problems now with taking HSA or FSA if the patient doesnt do it on the portal.

I like that I can easily communicate with patients after hours and on the weekends.   I love that I can access the schedule after hours  and on weekends as well.

I dislike that not all patients respond to their reminder text even though they received it and read it.   Most patients do but we still have to call the non-responders.  This is not Weave's fault.

Weave has cut down on reminder phone calls a great deal.   Being able to check texts from patients after hours and on weekends helps too.   If patients are canceling an appointment when we are not there, we can try to fill the appointment slot while we still have time to do so.

Ease of use and I like that the patients name comes up when they call so the phone calls can be quicker and more efficient.  The missed call text is nice and most people prefer to text these days instead of calling!

**What do you dislike about Weave?**

The 1 downside we have been experiencing is we are unable to sync our recall types with Dolphin due to too many appointment types.  We have had some issues with phone lines being down, but usually Weave is able to solve that issue quickly.

**Recommendations to others considering Weave:**

It's a great product and easy to use

Ease of communication, caller ID, easily confirming appointments and checking next appointment date right within the app.  We have been able to easily communicate with patients with the missed call text - lots of patients prefer to just text the office and we are able to get back to them quicker than calling back and playing phone tag.

We transitioned to Weave about a year ago, and it went very smoothly. We love that we can communicate with our patients via text; all appointment confirmations are done automatically saving us time.  We also fax through Weave, which saves us a lot of time. We can keep the fax numbers of those we frequently use, which is a great feature. Overall we are delighted with our choice to use Weave.

Confirmation time saver for our front office team,  (most) patients love being able to text the office and appreciate the appointment reminders. It frees up a lot of time from outgoing and incoming calls.

The only downside that comes to mind is not being able to customize a specific patient's preference. For instance, some do not want a last-minute reminder text, it would be great to fine-tune preferences.
