What do you like best about Weave?

What do you like best about Weave?

Overall pretty happy with all services from Weave. I do like that we can access pretty much anything within one platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Weave?

There are no alerts or reminders to update patient forms. It would be beneficial to know when these patients are due to update their forms. Currently, we do this manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Weave?

Communicating with our patients and interoffice is the BEST Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Weave?

Weave added a "TAG" button to EVERY SINGLE TEXT... with no option to remove it.... HATE IT! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Weave?

Weave was easy to integrate with our office software. It is user-friendly, and all of our staff use it. We use it to communicate easily with patients and collect balances. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Weave?

Weave automatically uploads messages overnight and sometimes patients will not show to an exam. The survey message will still go out even if a patient has not come in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Weave?

Weave has done a phenomenal job adding features that have allowed us to eliminate additional services and apps. They have positioned themselves to understand the needs of the industry and provide services that support those needs. We find ourselves canceling additional services every year due to upgrades and features that are now a part of Weave. This has been great for our team and well appreciated. What do you dislike about Weave?

Weave has not done well on the support side of its business. It feels as if the support team is short-staffed and quick to get off the call. The wait times have been terrible and the knowledge of the team has declined significantly over the years. Weave has done a great job provide supporting webinars to their customers but seems to have forgotten to provide those same tools to their support team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Weave solving and how is that benefiting you?

Weave has done a great job understanding the needs of the industry and has addressed a number of those needs through the development of additional features. The ability for our patients to be sent a payment link to meet their financial commitments has provided the practice with a huge benefit. We did test out the insurance verification feature but it is not quite there yet for orthodontic benefits and does not communicate with Dolphin. I am hopeful there will be a fix in the future - we know this feature will provide a huge benefit to our practice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Weave?

I like the ease of use. There is very little training that needs to be done when incorporating a new team member to use the program. Other programs we used took long to learn and were not as effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
