Weave made our life so much easier because I can do so many things with it to communicate correctly with our patients in a way that is comfortable for them and documented for me.
I love the fact that all calls are recorded and easily accessible.
I love that I can change office hours for open/ close/ inclement weather with a few easy steps without calling anyone.
I love that patients can receive appointment reminders and Birthday wishes on their phone or email.
I love that i get to assign different users with different permissions.
I love that I can send review requests to our clients to review us on Google and Facebook.
They do have a credit card payment solution but i do not use it.
I have been using weave for over 1 and a half years and had almost zero outages.

It simplifies the work. It combines phone, text, email, and fax all in one. The way it interweaves with avimark is great. Making things simpler is the best way to describe it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes it doesn't work properly. I don't like how it doesn't show the number you are texting, only the name associated with the account. Be able to text multiple numbers and be able to choose what number on file to text. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The phones were very unreliable. Onboarding and set up for three locations was a disaster. Each contractor set us up differently and we had a lot of issues. When agreeing to our contract we were mislead to believe that Weave integrated with our patient EMR system for appointment reminders (not compatible with ours). We were not using the features enough to justify the cost. It took a long time to chat with somone online or over phone when we had issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What we like best about weave is the time cut spent confirming patients. The weave is easy to use. We enjoy the forms portion of weave, and so do our patients. The downside to weave is that the platform they use to provide their service can be inconsistent. For instance, our phones lose service now and again. The service is only out for a few minutes but can be upsetting when on the phone with patients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Right out of the box, the first feature that stood out as a patient fave is the Messaging app. Second is the Automated reminders. There is more that can be done with Weave than our old MiTel system we left. The fact we have less equipment (no servers, etc.) to deal with is a plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The first obstacle was user phobia to change. The administration of a rotating "on-call" provider is a bit clunky - it should be a couple or three clicks in one section of the console and done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that it's a flat fee, no BS. However, they don't include some services like insurance verification which is annoying. The support has been good and the onboarding experience was smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It seems like the onboarders are stretched thin. They always got back to me but never picked up when I called. As an IT person I handled most of the issues on our end, but it's a little annoying that you have to reach out to them to change settings like line keys and I asked if we could put our logo on the phones and they said it wasn't possible. It was, I figured it out myself, that's the stuff that makes me frustrated. I also don't think the quick fill list is full featured as it could be with tags or filters, with lighthouse it was really easy to offer patients an opening in the schedule. Weave allows me to quickly and effectively communicate with patients allowing me more time for other things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We had a considerable error with our credit card processing. When our Stripe account was set up, it was set up using our office Debit card instead of our bank directly. Our Debit card has a deposit limit and Weave attempted to deposit money from our credit/debit card transactions that were over that limit and therefore was rejected by our bank. Weave never notified us of this error. When the error was noticed on our end, it took an incredible amount of my time with Weave to resolve this matter. Also, somehow my personal social security number got entered for our office and all of our credit card transactions were reported to the IRS as income for me for 2020 and 2021. Weave is an adaptable program that helps us to communicate with and confirm patients about their appointments with us. We hardly ever have a problem with the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, there isn't anything I specifically dislike about weave. There are some times where the indication between who texted back on our account could be clearer though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
