Love that we can text patients suuuuper easily about appointments! I always text people when they dont answer me and I get a much faster response. We also use it as a chat when we need to send a quick message to someone on our staff Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some dropped calls here and there but for the most part I think were happy with the service. It would be cool if there was a way to cancel appointments inside of weave when youre on the phone with pts Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish that the insurance option was a bit easier to use- I know it is new and has a few bugs. It makes me refresh, before showing if the patient's insurance is active, after I put the plan in- I wish it would just grab it from Dentrix as soon as I put it in! As a financial coordinator for a dental practice, I love being able to text patients quickly regarding financial arrangements, overdue balances, and insurance-related matters. I don't have many negative things to say about Weave! Occasionally, they have an internal technical issue, but most software does. It happens so rarely that I can't complain! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is nice being able to text back and forth with our patients directly when they cannot do a phone call. The reminder texts can be customized to your standard which is nice and can increase the amount of times patients come to their appointments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Downside is it can be hard to reach support if needed but we do not normally need to. I would really like to see a pay online feature added to weave! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Being able to see who is calling, it makes my job effective.
Being able to look back at who answers certain calls. Being able to listen back to phone calls. I also like the feature where w ecan see how many phone calls each person answers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing I don't like or would like to change is that sometimes it automatically logs me out, always around 3PM.

The texting. It is so convenient for the patient and our office. We can text someone while on the phone with another patient. People send us pictures of their insurance cards and it saves so much time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have had the credit card machine go down but it is usually fixed or a quick update in a short time. The techs are very helpful on the phone and easy to reach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
texting patients and getting pop up notifications when people answer. we can update the sched quickly as needed. also helps being able to listen to recorded calls if you missed something or if you're having a conversation with a patient and something said gets called into question. not many things. it works well for us. not crazy though about the "schedule alerts" we get that are old. like they will give an alert for an appt that was canceled months ago and they always have to be dismissed. No other complaints though Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
