The Phone tree allows us to divert pharmacy requests to a voicemail and then be able to focus on clients calling that need direct attention. It has made it more convenient for the client. We love the two-way texting and know which client is texting us and calling us. Weave also makes it easy for the client to be directly transferred to the appropriate emergency hospital after hours. It makes it super easy to communicate with clients; they rave about it daily. I also love that all calls are recorded for training purposes, so I am able to use it as a tool to improve customer service Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our office loves Weave. The ability to integrate to Dentrix with appointment requests, etc makes it invaluable. Being able to check messages, schedule and use the app while away from the office is invaluable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Down sides of Weave would be having to rely on the internet to be working in order for our phone systems to work. Sometimes ours is variable when it works, so we have to use our cell phones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to use. The mobile app is a great resource for emergency closings or checking the schedule outside office hours. I find most of our patients prefer to communicate via text and am told almost daily how much they appreciate the automated text reminders and the ability to communicate via text. It is a GREAT time saver when we have last minute openings and send text with the Quick List. It has helped tremendously in filling last minute openings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Where do I even begin with Weave Phones? My experience with their products has been an absolute nightmare. The quality of their phones is abysmal, to say the least.
To make matters worse, their customer service was equally disappointing. When I reached out to them to address the issue, I was met with nothing but indifference and excuses. They seemed completely disinterested in resolving the problem or offering any assistance. It was as if they didn't care about their customers at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
