Our old phone system did not have a text feature, so this has been great. I also like that there is a desktop app! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Weave?

The best thing about Weave is that it's the easiest way to contact our patients. We use to have only access through our system and most patients have it blocked where not so much with Weave. We can also attach pictures and patients can send us pictures of insurance cards and so forth. Makes communicating a lot better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Weave?

I like how it is easy to communicate with patients and send them their information over text, so that they can have written out instructions for the medications that they were prescribed at their visit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Weave?

I dislike how easy it is to miss a message from a patient. I also don't like how voicemails can be stored on weave itself and on the phone. This causes patients to become angry that we have not responded to their message. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Weave solving and how is that benefiting you?

Weave is allowing us to respond to patients more quickly when we do receive their message correctly. It is easier to message someone back about an issue, rather than calling them in the middle of the work day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
