What do you like best about Weave?

What do you like best about Weave?

I love the fact that we can send reminders via text message, some of our patients are unable to answer there phones but immediately resond when we send text. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Weave?

When you go to retrieveNew Patient paperwork you have to log on multiple times before getting to the forms recieved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Weave solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Weave?

I really enjoy the texting feature. It helps a lot with the amount of clients we have to speak to in a day/ Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Weave?

I feel that there are small glitches here and there. Also, it tends to freeze on me randomly. I'll have to force quit the app to get it working again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Weave?

I like that weave is all encompassing, so we can use it for many things. It is also user friendly and easy to teach new employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Weave?

I love that I'm able to communicate with patients so easily. If we ever have an issue or question, they get back to us so quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Weave?

It helps us communicate with our patients. It also allows us to transfer calls to location to location as we have 11. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the real time messages can be off. Like if someone reschedules they will still receive a same day reminder for text Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
