Integration capabilities are poor in the current systems. It also is compatible with Gmail and Hubspot, but I have worked with clients who use other common CRM software. I used it for outbound sales integrated with the CRM. Plugins helped in instantaneous video creation without having multiple points for media creation/saving/re-upload.
